  @4had10 @TalkTalk @Ofcom They just cut us off after a 1 hour call being passed from pillar to post. We wanted to ask why we were not contacted regarding the complaint as promised. The fact they cut us off will be added to the complaint too

  @TalkTalk @MartinCaldwell Same thing here, in London and the internet seems to cut out each day around 3pm until late into the evening. We are working from home as per the government advice but how can we do this when your service keeps failing?

  @TalkTalk @JamesHart6WHU James, cut your losses and try Vodafone or virgin. Note when you try cancel they say their systems are down and they can’t process this, or take it in writing.

  @TalkTalk you cannot take people's money, tell them an engineer is coming and then after he doesn't show up let us know we'll only get connected in a month's time. People need internet for work and you have no backup service or offer any alternative. Tell me that's not theft?

  On Monday at 10:30am I was told @OpenreachHelp would fix external cables and I'll have WiFi with @TalkTalk within 48 hours. Let's see if they keep their promise, as I've now had no WiFi for a whole week...
