Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you.
