@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk is probably the worst internet provider I have ever used!!! People working nights having to deal with 12am - 6am maintenances and cant even get in contact! Absolutely ridiculous
