    @TalkTalk Day 5, no Internet and no contact from the customer service agent I was told would call within 48 hours - 120 hours ago. Its OK though,....don't worry,.....I'm not disappointed,......I knew better than to actually think it would happen. You suck!

    @TalkTalk It's been 28 hours with no Internet and still they are saying they will fix it ASAP.what a joke this company is... Do you really have competent engineers in your team to fix this or you guys can borrow it from some other companies..

    @TalkTalk It would help if you can be transparent about the real timeframe. We have been told this for the past 30 hours and if it is going to take long, it's important to share that info rather than giving hopefully vague timeframes.

    @TalkTalk After several years of being a loyal customer, today I have signed up with another provider after finding there was no option to even discuss re knewing my subscription, online chat stated no one available so finally bit the bullet. Had contact now it’s too late

    @TalkTalk Its been 26+ hours and you guys haven’t fixed the issue!!!!! Really bad service!! Are you guys going to reimburse for mobile data that we have had to use because of talk talk fault????

    @TalkTalk I’ve place the order on 12th December, on 28th my internet was supposed to go live. Is 9th of January and my internet still isn’t live. This is unbelievable how Talk Talk treats new customer, and now I have to wait another 48hrs for another update from them😡
