This is the crap you get back of @TalkTalk I am no longer a customer of theirs as far as I’m concerned I paid the final bill & cancelled the Direct Debit. I want my old account details removed from their data base. They don’t have a good history of looking after people’s data

@TalkTalk @himynamesgavin So why did you sell fixed price contracts in 2021? All you have to do is honour the existing contracts until they expire, worst case 18 months from now, but again you won't. But you will however keep selling your services to new customer thus putting more strain on the network??

@TalkTalk Been on the phone to customer service for over 2 hours still no resolution to my problems! went from a great experience to the worst one in a matter of minutes.

@LaurenJThom @TalkTalk Same! Been having issues with @TalkTalk for ages. Weekly wifi problems from Monday 12am to Tuesday/Wednesdays. Talked last week, but it’s the same again. :( I WFH and have to use mobile data, and they haven’t offered any money off or helped, even though we have an expensive plan.
