    @TalkTalk hi I'm currently waiting on the phone yet again. 3 times I've tried to sort out the problem that you have caused. You have caused me to have 2 fiber packages running at the same time and after you tried cancelling one I now have no internet since Thursday!

    @TalkTalk They made a bill of £214 up that they said I owed as they said I extended my contract .. but I never did and I’ve been fighting for it to be taken off. They have now finally admitted to their mistake however getting a date for the bill to be credited is another matter STAY AWAY

    @PhilBall1971 @SkyUK Been very happy with TalkTalk for 2 years at £23/month. When I moved home a few months ago, they upped the speed without upping the cost. 65mbps at the moment and not had any problems with it.

    @TalkTalk Can I just say that’s a complete lie asking for help I’ve been asking for over a month …….hrs on the phone and I’m still waiting for a credit which your company stuck on me. I’ve been lied to cut off on the phone Talktalk are shambolic

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My internet is not working since yesterday & I am not getting any response. I was given this number REP11448941, but after that I do not have update. Tried reaching tech support bt disconnected chat twice today. 7 time outage in 3 month service.

    @TalkTalk Is this the same Lisa who just told me to call in now as you can’t actually give me a date when this credit will happen.???? People need to know how bad TALKTalk actually are and how unhelpful not good for PR is it

    @TalkTalk OK, do I need to wait until I've transferred to Virgin first? Also, apparently my service ends on the 22nd of June but I don't connect to Virgin until the 23rd? Why are you disconnecting before I have the new internet installed?
