@virginmedia Ok spoke to them and same answer: Talk to TalkTalk and try and halt the switchover. The quicker @Ofcom makes internet a public utility, the better. Sorry I left you @Talktalk, you provided me years of hassle free service & great customer service. I will be back. 😔

@TalkTalk I have been cut off on your ChatBot twice, repeatedly hung up on and have been trying to resolve my issue for a week, with 2h15 on the chat already today. No internet and your engineer just refused to help! Please can you help me as I need urgent assistance. So poor!
