    @TalkTalk No terrible, through an admin error you've attached my customer profile to a account to which I have had no historic or current knowledge. Now I am being chased for money owed on the account (CN:0867 8675). Please tell me when this will be resolved. I am not a Talk Talk customer!

    @angeem123 @TalkTalk Good luck I’ve been without internet since Friday same checks done . External problem with connection continuously asked for open reach engineer and has fallen on deaf ears . Insistent on sending a filter through the post . Agent more preoccupied in getting good feedback 😩

    @TalkTalk I'm just surprised how poor your systems are. Staff are polite, but system slow and rather ridiculous, hope it can be improved. I don't want any more to do with TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    @OpenreachHelp Hey Openreach, I’ve received an email from you this morning asking me to “advise which OGEA reference you would prefer for us to provide service”. As a consumer who has gone through talktalk, shouldn’t this be directed at them? How am I supposed to know?
