    @O2 @TalkTalk just spend 1hr 15 minutes trying to get my vulnerable elderly dad’s mobile transferred to 02 as his phone is broken - £5 per month sim only - but he only has a building society account. @O2 apparently can’t facilitate this without a bank card! He’s 82 & shielding!

    Hi @TalkTalk - I've been plagued with ridiculously slow speeds over the last couple of days, making working from home very tricky. Any known faults in the W14 postcode I should be aware of? I have less than 1mbps at times! Rebooting resets it sometimes, but then it slows again?!

    @TalkTalk Our service is all okay now, after 45 minutes of it being out, others in this thread had no service for up to 2 and a half hours though

    @Linzii1616 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They put my "late charge" on my credit report! I left them and gave notice and was never late with a bill. Try BT they've been brilliant!
