@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk was on the phone for 3 hours with one of your engineers 2 weeks ago fixing broadband and land-line issues. Since then we have got 1/5 of the speed we used to so rang up again. The engineer ran a test, disconnected our Internet then left the chat. Now without Internet.

@alexbloor @TheRealRevK @M_at Openreach have a whole service for doing this - it’s what BT TV uses (and TalkTalk but I don’t know if they still use it) - it’s efficient, but BT seem to use it as an excuse not to invest in backbone capacity for regular streams

@TalkTalk hi, I am moving into a new house this week and it’s all been very quick to happen, so I’ve only just gone onto your website to see about moving over, and a £60 moving fee and a two week notice period is a lot to deal with, is there anything you can do to help
