when talktalk doesn't even notify you on your bills being changed, and they should notify you. I'm paying almost 30 a month, which was supposed to be fast internet. Its now slow. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

The company talktalk are holding customers to ransom. They want agreement to charges before booking engineer to fix faulty connection! What a sad situation to long standing customers!
