    @TalkTalk I am currently on the phone now for 1hr16mins and still nothing how is this acceptable? Promised fibre and boosters for full house coverage, nothing sorted your customer service is not to standard. We have been cut off as you do not resolve or communicate. 😒 #dissapointed

    @TalkTalk Well you can help by making my broadband work properly an send me an engineer rather than some one on the end of the phone doing silly tests for over an hour disgusting

    For anyone thinking of signing up to @TalkTalk please avoid. The company stole £1400 from me for services not requested over 5 years and refuse to refund arrogantly telling me sue them. They are using my long term illness to disadvantage me. Awful company staffed by awful people.

    Paying £45 for a new router. If this makes no difference to our ability to get WiFi then I expect to be repaid @TalkTalk and then it's up to you to fix the ******* internet

    @TalkTalk I got full fibre 5th January and it has not worked solid amber light on router and solid green lights on black box. Status on account states active fault working to fix

    @TalkTalk shocking treatment of my 85 year old mother in law who has no internet and phoned for help and after three hours of answering questions is still no further forward with no way to go, how does she cancel her contract with you?

    @TalkTalk Your call answering service is the worst by far. It's like you are calling a random person in their living room. Stop cutting corners and use a real call centre.. talk talk more like #notalktalk #unhappy
