@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk My Internet went down at 11:30pm last night wtf is wrong now and why does this happen so often? I say so often bc it’s constantly happening I upgraded to fibre 65 same issues still how does this effect me leaving my contact can I leave for virgin???
