    @philpem @SpiketailedDino 2/2 That being said, happy to look into switching you. TTB is not the same as "TalkTalk" in the sense of retail. It is a bit blunt to say "oh no it's talktalk"! As on the wholesale side, we really don't find them bad (and we have BT to make comparisons with)!

    @TalkTalk we are having trouble with our wifi speeds. We are on the faster fibre package and getting the absolute minimum at best. Lots of buffering when live streaming is the main problem. Tried your support but they basically said nothing they can do, before cutting the call!

    @TalkTalk Joking aside is there maintenance work or something happening in the Hemel Hempstead area? Between 12pm and 3pm my connection would completely cut out for minutes at a time, happened about 30 times

    My internet hasn’t been working since yesterday morning @TalkTalk I had 2 online chats of over 2 hrs. The issue has still not been identified despite following advice given. I need access to work from home and my son needs it to home school. Pls advise as a matter of urgency.

    @TalkTalk @philpem I think you can start by telling @aaisp why TT Retail is talking to their customer. This is something they need to deal with and chase TTB/TTwholesale over as required.
