    @TalkTalk my broadband hasn't been working properly since yesterday morning, when I do the service status it says all is OK but its incredibly slow and keeps cutting out. How do I report this please?

    @TalkTalk Why can't I escalate a complaint with your complaints department that you've deemed as resolved? The operative who was "handling" the call wouldn't/couldn't put me through to anyone. I'm not satisfied and want more answers.

    @TalkTalk I rang customer service today again not like they are arsed but day 3 with no WiFi they said it won’t be fitted till the 11th of March at the earliest that’s another week pure joke if you ask me

    @TalkTalk All I've had on this phone is my partner telling I've missed but my phone says I haven't missed any calls and the phone was switched off. ( It wasn't switched off at all) From Monday this ****, you've also made me miss a call from my work and health care worker, that was univali
