Can you believe this extremely poor company @TalkTalk . Appointment made by CEOS office for engineer to call after months of complaints, and guess what. No wonder they're rated the worst broadband company. You write to the CEO Trisha Harrison and staff, your totally ignored.

@TalkTalk Hey @TalkTalk, you owe me a £26 refund which hasn't been processed and your chat response times out/waiting times on the phone is hours... the service from you has been appalling. How can I get my refund? Also considering cancelling due to poor service. Only so much I can take.

@TalkTalk For what I have already spoke To customer services. If I want faster broadband I have to sign up for a new contract due to a mistake in TT migration cancelling my engineer appointment. Second resolution we will waive the leaving fee. This is what your team has said.

@TalkTalk my mother in law lives 500 miles away. For 2nd time in 4 months her phone is not working. You're staff are refusing to do diagnostic test because I'm not at property. My mum can't phone to report as her phone line is down!

So I’ve phoned @virginmedia who have set up my new fibre internet in less than 24 hours. Yet I am still out of pocket from @TalkTalk , unable to get anywhere with my cancellation of a contract I have NEVER agreed to and unable to speak to someone to advise. Worst service
