    @TalkTalk Hi. I'm in York on UFO and have just received notice that my price will rise from £27.50 pcm to £36 pcm for exactly the same service. I'd like to negotiate a new contract, or leave to use a diff. provider, but just end up on hold on the phone. Advice?

    @TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service in world. 10 calls today, everyone of them has got cut off, and you call yourself a communications company. Absolutely shocking!

    @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach been 2 weeks still no internet. @TalkTalk book an openreach engineer. Openreach cancel via text says it's being worked on. Rinse and repeat daily. Still no idea when it will be fixed. Loss of earnings is growing.

    @SteveJT67 @TalkTalk @CityFibre I have never been with them and never will. I heard they were rubbish. I have been sent a new router when I renewed which is supposed to be better but I can't face connecting my devices to it. I must do it. I think it's my Samsung TV that's the problem. The tablets the same Cr*p
