.@TalkTalk are rude as. I expressed my frustration with their lack of internal communication-- and repeated requests they are sending me via twitter, only to have yet another person respond that twitter is not the place to deal with such things. Jeez.

@M_Davieswrites @virginmedia I'm with BT. When the price went up, I rang them and negotiated a better deal. I went to TalkTalk once and ditched them after 6 weeks. Never had any issues.
