@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk 15 days?? I was told 1 hour by the lady in the phone and the engineers. Also your phones arent working so every time you call the phones cut out your customer service have Calle me back twice and now given up

I’m a new @TalkTalk customer. The Amazon Eero router they supplied gives WiFi in one ONE ROOM of my SMALL three room flat. I’ve now been left hanging on their support chat for one hour…FIVE TIMES. Appalling.
