    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Change supplier. If you get on to the right plan (Halo something or other), BT has a service guarantee. Use them, even if more expensive to get your local infrastructure sorted, then switch to lowest cost provider.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Mike, you *may* think there is a reason you have to stay with them, as you have stated in the past. But that is simply not true. I am offering my help and advice. It would be illegal if they say you cannot move providers.

    What is it with @TalkTalk ? I’m trying to transfer my existing landline number to a new provider. I’ve been kept waiting for over 20 minutes on an online chat to speak to someone who can help. Is it any wonder I want to leave?

    @TalkTalk You have the worst service I have ever experienced with any company on the face of the planet earth. I guarantee not even the admin uses talktalk otherwsise they'd be sat there for 20 minutes trying to send a tweet

    @TalkTalk Do you have a customer service number that works? Your numbers 0800 542 8081 & 0345 172 0088 are just hanging up on customers after people are getting through the selections.

    @TalkTalk Is it a deliberate tactic to call disgruntled customers, not talk when they answer the phone, and then leave a message blaming the customer for not answering the phone? There is nothing wrong with my reception, I've taken calls all day.
