    @TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

    @TalkTalk Hi, been a customer for 1 week and internet has gone down for the 2nd time. First time was a line fault. Now can't speak to online chat (been waiting 33 mins for a response). Can someone fix this please?

    @TalkTalk Just had offer £30 a month on 3on 5g in my area so talktalk I pay £35. 95 a month why should I stay with you oh and I've been a customer since 2014

    @TalkTalk Thanks Isi, I'm not, but I believe neighbours have already logged calls. There's over 100 people reporting problems online locally which seems too many at once to be coincidence.

    Possibly the most infuriating thing, trying to make contact with @TalkTalk about the wifi being down but can’t get through to a live chat because I don’t have wifi and my 4G isn’t strong enough to support the system. How do I solve this!?

    @TalkTalk glad my contract is up. Fed up of being let down by poor quality fibre broadband. Outages are far too often

    @OpenreachHelp Hello, Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk and BT all having problems (namely all have no broadband) in KT5/KT6. That would seem to be everyone on Openreach lines. Is there a known problem please as my provider had no info?
