@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@MoneySavingExp what rights do i have for all the phone calls and time wasted trying to get @TalkTalk to cancel my contract or sort out the issue I am having? I have spent over 6 hours on webchats in last couple of weeks and over 2 hours on phone calls at 24p per minute
