    Dreadful service from @TalkTalk today-after CityFibre upgrade-no phone, no broadband and no access to emergency care link! Offered engineer in 5 days time. My elderly mother is distraught and there is nothing I can do! Don’t use this hopeless uncaring company!!

    @TalkTalk have complete disregard for safeguarding. My mum is trying to sort out my granddads landline as it is not working and @TalkTalk have not helped and put the phone down.
