@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk 13th June I raised our broadband issue. It’s now 1st August & someone was meant to turn up between 8-1 and no one has. Customer service told me to just wait until the end of the day, and that they can’t find out where they are?! Appalling.

@Liz_Lash Sometimes it's cheaper to pay the exit fee & go somewhere else, however do your homework first you might get the same problem. I just say don't go to TalkTalk xx

@TalkTalk You keep telling me to DM or phone, but when I do, it’s impossible to speak to someone English. I just hear the same crap over and over again, clearly rehearsed lines, from someone who doesn’t even understand the simplest of words. I’m being ripped off by TalkTalk

@TalkTalk "wi-fi that just makes no sense!" was promised an installation date of tmoro. Now pushing it back to the 17th! shocking! this costs me time and money! awful standard of service.

Such a poor management of @TalkTalk , engineer appointment scheduled today, waiting since morning for engineer to visit, no communication that engineer is not visiting. Now the recommendation is to choose Thursday or Friday means I can't work till that date.

@TalkTalk what have you done to my TV service? Rang up and your agent tells me to call back as you have system issues. Also I thought I had changed service with yiu to get the NOW app with a new box included. Nothings happened after 3 weeks of waiting.Please address your customer

@TalkTalk 2/2 I received no reply and my bills went up again the next month. In the interim I've had Covid and work stress. Yr agent now says 19.95 offer twas never available in my area & it's my problem for not chasing repeatedly and more often
