@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

Dear @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Some feedback. When a customer calls to cancel their acct, plse respect their wishes & don’t a) spend 10 mins+ trying to change their mind & annoying them & b) don’t transfer to another Dept which doesn’t respond so that you have to start again ! (:

@TalkTalk hi I have tried to get through to FTTP team on live chat and phone the last three days. My households Full Fibre 500 has been down the last 3 days with no fix. The account also doesn’t show the updated right bill and costs.

@TalkTalk @CityFibre This Friday will be 7 weeks without Internet in my house. Why? And when will it be fixed? The last I heard someone came to fix it but brought the wrong tools, but didn't think to come back with the right tools. What is going on ????????????.

@TalkTalk Yeah usual in DM’s. No help except the number to contact which I already had issues with. Don’t ask what the problems are or even on how to fix it. Just the contact number to cancel which I already had. exactly why I’m leaving. I’d rather cut the direct debt off and bin box

Another exercise in frustration from @TalkTalk :( They emailed me re a fibre upgrade but I missed it since I do not use the Talk Talk email account, so the appointment that I didn't even know about was cancelled. Now I tried to use their help but I'm going round in circles 🙄
