    @PeterBe74709927 @TalkTalk Morning - the update is the same, the loss of service is the same. Utility companies always give an estimated time of fix for problems - what’s going on at Talk Talk? We’re getting fobbed off in York with ‘priority’ ‘engineers at work’ - warm words - when can my business resume?

    @TalkTalk The link you have given shows that are no reported issues on broadband. The only status with a problem is telephone. In York we have lost everything including broadband.

    @TalkTalk Jo, I appreciate it's your job to publicly reach out on things like this but I can assure you: nowt will progress, nowt will change. We've been told a date, and if the problem isn't remedied on that date, I guess it's an escalation. Not your fault. Not even TT's, wholly.

    @TalkTalk @PeterBe74709927 That link is not taking me anywhere with updates on the York area. Looks like I have to log in and search to get anywhere. I gave up after a while. I don't think the update is going to tell me anything u don't already know. The internet is down!

    @TalkTalk assured no contract breakage fee for cancelling 25/03, 09/05 receive bill for £130 breakage fee. Called support yesterday, assured I would receive a call back that day after checking the original call, surprise surprise no call back. Sort it out. #OFCOM #fail

    @TalkTalk We've had no WiFi since Saturday evening and it's now been almost 3 days! Your tweet suggest it would be restored by Friday 13th May! That's a whole week of no broadband service! Are you going to compensate us for this or are we still having to pay service we're not getting???

    @TalkTalk HERE TO HELP? WHAT A JOKE. WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS. GOT THROUGH, NO HELP OFFERED. WAS CUT OFF AFTER ANOTHER 30 MINS. HAVE NOW SENT YOU POWER OF ATTORNEY FORMS 3 TIMES - NOW VERY DISTRESSED. I AM NOW CANCELLING MY DIRECT DEBIT. HUGE COMPLAINT WILL BE COMING YOUR WAY.

    Anyone recommend a decent Internet provider as i’ve had no proper service now for five weeks with @TalkTalk Rang them loads of times and they fob you off with a load of rubbish so looking for a new provider
