@CousinJonny @TalkTalk I'm in Newtownabbey and having connection issues since last night, connection dropping and slow sync speeds... tried running the self-check line test and apparently everything is fine.... even though I'm having to hotspot to my phone to work from home today

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Whenever I wanted to get something resolved with talktalk I went straight to cancellations. They placed the only intelligent staff there to try and convince people to stay by actually getting the problem sorted. But if you can't even reach them...

Only way I've been able to get through to TalkTalk is via their press office. This is ridiculous. Phone their customer number & they say they are closed. I've had no broadband for 48 hours & I am deeply displeased. They can't offer explanation as to why their numbers don't work.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Virgin media is as bad. I left them months ago, now they've sent a debt collector for money & I don't know why? They said they'd send me a letter 4 money owed, I want a breakdown of how they came 2 that amount. They also never acknowledged contract end.
