@TalkTalk So a summary of the talktalk weekend support; we LL perform some checks, no feedback on what the checks revealed, then they ask to perform the same checks again to make sure they didn't miss anything. So in essence zero support during the weekend.

Internet down again and spent over 6 hours trying to sort it with @TalkTalk. Customer service poor, just repeating process again and again (not the staffs fault) advised to power out for 20mins again and then message says they are closed! 🤬Time to move on …

@TalkTalk 2 old home number back. We have spoken to live people several times on the internet and spoken to several people on the phone lines and no one will sort it out for us. One person told us we had to cancel the contract and then re open it in order to get our old phone

never get yoyr broadband from Talktalk, they have literally been scamming me, one of their service people literally told me I was missold my product it’s a scam always

@TalkTalk My problem is far from resolved after several attempts. I have been on the live chat attempting to get a cheaper rate and been cut off to three advisers. Completely useless customer service. Very frustrated. It was a joke. I have spent over two hours and achieved nothing.
