@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

@TalkTalk I’ve not had internet for 2 days now and TalkTalk are still non the wiser when the technical issue will be resolved. Just a recorded message saying they are aware there’s a problem when you call them directly.

@TalkTalk And now you tell me you want £94 for not giving 30 days notice for ending a contract that you can't fulfill and that I need to give you time to resolve the issue of no broadband. Was 2.5 weeks not long enough??? Disgusting service

4/ oh and they offer help over the phone, but you can only access it if you have a talktalk phone nr or broadband.

@TalkTalk We've been having issues with our Internet since something was getting done by talk talk in our area the other month. On and off like a yoyo, not great when you rely on the Internet to work from home

@MartinSLewis hi any advice dealing with shell broadband i advised them i swapped to talk talk mid dec, and it happened 30th dec, shell still have taken january and stating as talk talk didnt advise them of line change they are fault, unsurprisingly talktalk state its shell help!

@dipurple @TalkTalk I'm just worried about the interruption of service. I went without broadband for 2 weeks at my old house when switching suppliers. Can't afford that now that my house is a school and an office for 2 people.

@TalkTalk I might want to browse up the conversation???? Really??? Promised failed callbacks, text messages stating that the issue is resolved when its not and you want to shift the blame? Loyalty to yourselves over the last few years clearly count for nothing.
