@TalkTalk lost internet connection to my flat on Friday morning. We were supposed to have an engineer out this morning, then this afternoon, and still nothing…that’s a long time without internet and a lot of waiting around and frustrating conversations on your chat service.

@TalkTalk I have shamefully been passed from pillar to post between departments the latest of whom asked me for my Bank details that you already have and so I am not prepared to give them again. I have been without broadband and telephone for a week now. You have broken your contract!!!

@TalkTalk , @TalkTalkGroup I opted for Full Fibre service on 26-Aug-2022. I was given the installation date as 26-Sept-2022 but no one turned up. Since that day I am waiting for my internet service to get up. It has been more than 2 months now without internet at my home.
