  @TalkTalk following lying to me about sending an engineer today and reassuring that internet would start working,(despite I informed several times that the box to connect the cable is faulty) I can confirm that, as expected the service is still off and your staff is been useless

  @talktalk When will the problem with the wifi be sorted?It’s been 5 days now without working internet and I need it.Apparently an engineer has been to fix problem but it still isn’t on, bill has been paid 2dayan extortionate £36!I don’t know why since were not getting the service

  @TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk this issue seems to have spread to West Yorkshire. The box comes on ays for a few seconds then goes off. Then repeats. Reset the box and no change.
