@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

Lots of @TalkTalk staff trying to be nice, but reading off a crib sheet of answers and not trying or willing to solve the issue. Lots of being passed between 'dedicated teams' who can't help

Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

@TalkTalk It's no use as all your advisors do not listen and demand a £50 payment to sort out the service your company is supposed to be providing. WHAT A CON!!

@neargeek @vimeous @BBCRadio4 Just to be clear, are you saying the voice service should be with BT Consumer but the broadband is with TalkTalk (full fibre)?
