Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

@TalkTalk Hello, having major issues since we upgraded to Fibre 65. The connection is very temperamental. When it's running smooth it's fine, but quite often for no reason at all the WiFi isn't even good enough to play music on Alexa over WiFi, and I experience quite severe packet loss

Why is it so hard to speak to someone @TalkTalk NO internet for 2weeks and cannot get any help! This is annoying. I would like to make an official complaint and it’s asking me to speak to a robot with poor options. I need an email to raise my issue or speak to a person.

@TalkTalk you have the worst customer service. Took ages to get my broadband back on line, engineer came out and I’ve been wrongfully charged for them to come out. Told yesterday that I’d have the £65 removed from my bill and 36hrs later you’re still charging me. Useless.
