3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

@TalkTalk I spoke to many departments and they cannot get this sorted. An engineer was meant appointed on saturday but no one came and resulted in me losing a day of work! I have been charged a full payment and have not received a refund. Appalling service.
