3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

TalkTalk is down again! TalkTalk went down at June 15, 2022 at 04:40PM in Blackwater. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. talktalk

Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

I’ve been complaining about my internet (totally stopped) problem since Sunday and only yesterday a customer service employee informed me that in the next three days @TalkTalk will contact me to fix the fault!! I am really disappointed. I am working from home and really affected.
