3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

The award for #clueless #CustomerService goes to @TalkTalk. So far I’ve had to make 4 phone calls, talk to 8 people, was cut off 3x and still nobody was able to cancel my Ultra Fibre service.

@nasstarchannel what kind of a company are you running, ticket#4212214, spent 3 hrs trying to get through to your tech support to be told "oh its with talktalk" how can you respond to a business customer as such, to everyone do not use this crap company! migrated and still down!
