So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@talktalk - 30 minutes in the phone queue. No pickup. No information on queue position, wait time. Just bad advise to go online, when online agent says must use the phone. Really a lesson in how to create poor customer service - well done!!!

@TalkTalk Same thing customer service department say sorry but cannot help as we cannot do that. Our process, but your process has failed well here you go to fix sign up for a longer contract or leave Talktalk

@TalkTalk can someone help with a diagnostic test. My mum in law is 500 miles away, her phone line is down and apparently you can't help because I'm not there. My mum can't phone to report as her phone line is down. This is a vulnerable 82 year old

@talktalk informing of bereavement via phone advises use chat service online. Used chat service - agent insisted only way to talk to bereavement team is over the phone. Another process fail!!

@TalkTalk Hey @TalkTalk, you owe me a £26 refund which hasn't been processed and your chat response times out/waiting times on the phone is hours... the service from you has been appalling. How can I get my refund? Also considering cancelling due to poor service. Only so much I can take.
