So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk It seems the internet came back this morning @TalkTalk However, if you are able to tell me there was an outage in my area, why couldn't the webchat adviser. I wasted more than an hour, plus my mobile data, plugging in routers etc! All I needed to know was what you have confirmed!

@TalkTalk Internet is back on so all sorted thank you (must have sorted the problem overnight). I'm concerned that members of the public on twitter had more information on the substantial exchange fault than your technical support team though...

@TalkTalk I understand that, but after loads have clearly done that, accept the problem and stop brushing it under the carpet. The Main Fareham exchange was down for hours, is that so difficult? TalkTalk customer service leaves much to be desired & the surveys 100% accurately reflect that

@TalkTalk Is there anyone on here that has had their connection / internet issues fixed. I have been trying to sort this for 4 days now and still nothing!! 2 teenagers with no internet, have run out of phone data!!! FRUSTRATING!

@GOTSA_ @TalkTalk @O2 Leave them a review on TrustPilot and they will remember you exist. They did similar to me at the end of 2020 over Xmas leaving me without service when I run my business from home.
