So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@OpenreachHelp Hi. I live in South London (SE25) and have had no internet since 10am today. TalkTalk say there has been a local Openreach outage which could take 48-72 hours to fix. I am working from home & cannot afford not to work for the rest of the week. Can you please help with an update?

Actually didn’t think it could get any worse than @TalkTalk - however @bt_uk are on another level!! First they cancel my order 5 days after my service went live. Place a new order to rectify this but only place a landline order not broadband!!! 😡😡😡

imagine cancelling your customer’s account for no reason?? and then making it impossible to reinstate it??? and meaning i’ll be without broadband without compensation for my phone bills on YOUR part???? @TalkTalk
