  @TalkTalk Will it help? I've just spent 40 minutes on a web chat where I was offered a 'better deal'. It wasn't better; it was pay more for the inconvenience of setting up another router for Fibre 65 which I don't need, on a Fixed Price Plus. I think the plus means you don't renege on it?

  @TalkTalk so you decided to update my elderly parents router & charged them for an adaptor! Problems ever since, now no Internet all week! Engineer due tomorrow which you tried to charge them for. Very poor customer service from you. Will be going elsewhere when contract ends! 😤
