So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk Im a new customer &I’m already desperate to go back to my old provider - been mis sold full fibre that isn’t even available, engineers just didn’t turn up,have asked 12 times to speak to a manager, no response.customer service the worst I’ve ever experienced. Help.

@TalkTalk I've been messed around enough so thank but no thanks, unless it's to offer me a refund on my last month's bill and compensation for having to increase my mobile tariff to cover the lack of broadband service.

@MartinSLewis @TalkTalk any advice a to how to effectively make a complaint ? I have a ticket open but multiple failed booked ring backs and then random ones when I am working. Two weeks so far!! Any suggestions as to how to penetrate poor customer treatment ?

@TalkTalk I think I pass on wasting more time on your customer service I rather buy a router at 250 quid than go through your customer service 3 hours again doing the same thing.I’m livid at the already broken warranty sticker on the router brand new from you lot
