So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@ZeCyberChimp Had BT, Sky, Talktalk... all but Virgin are shite, and even Virgin has issues. Seems there is no good ISP out there at all in the UK...

Prices going up everywhere now we have @TalkTalk raising prices. I work as a counsellor/physchotherapist and offer free services and support online. Many of my clients are really feeling this cost of living crisis and won't be able to afford the rise. I can't even afford it. 💔

@TalkTalk The service I have had so far is shocking!! I out an order through for broadband on 15th Feb!! Was supposed to have an engineer out yesterday and go live . Only to be told that my order hadn't gone through and there has been a mistake! But no one told me this in 4WEEKS!

@TalkTalk having trouble with the internet cutting out on a daily basis for the last 3 months - I’ve spent endless hours on the ‘chat’ function trying to sort it and now being told you will charge £50 to fix it despite it being your error! This isn’t good enough please fix it!

@TalkTalk whats actually going on with your customer service, absolutely shocking 3rd day in a row calling and getting nowhere just been told to call openreach because yous don’t know what your doing. is there even a complaints line or someone without a 5 sec delay on the phones?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk I moved & the broadband is supposed to be live now. I've connected the router - not working. I was in the middle of talking to an agent & your connection dropped out. I need this fixed urgently for work - pls contact me asap
