So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@WeAreOpenreach Thanks for the response. To clarify: I did go through service provider (Talktalk) who agreed that it was a legit complaint to file with Openreach. Gary refused to book it even after he confirmed that an engineer file an incomplete job as complete

@UKAirband What’s the point!!! You can’t even connect new customers up on time your DM’s are quite rude, so far the experience is terrible I swear you run on drug dealer time!! Are you affiliated to talktalk by any chance . So far dealing with @UKAirband has been so poor

@Charlot26289823 @GivingCuppa I'm not fearmongering, I'm stating a fact. They'll work behind the scenes with this corrupt govt to make sure they somehow claw it all back. The govt will support them. Or the companies will put people's accounts into default so they can't get credit. Happened to me with TalkTalk

@WeAreOpenreach Gary from Openreach just refused to register complaint from a @TalkTalk agent on my behalf. My internet is not working and Gary refused to register the complaint citing "it was an internal matter", ignoring broken internet. Escalating with @Ofcom

Why am I paying full price to talktalk for a second rate service, I have no working wi-fi, they have after 1 week repaired faulty email, with no bill reduction for this issue. Still no wi-fi for 4 weeks, still no compensation for a poor service

@IrelandDouglas @TalkTalk I’m sorry you’re suffering but it helps to know I’m not alone. After a 3 hour phone call yesterday and an 18 hour Titter conversation, not one TalkTalk person (despite being lovely) seems able to help or escalate my (very basic) issue. Maybe a letter to the Chairman would help?

@TalkTalk my parents cannot speak to anyone to help them. They've been waiting for talktalk TV box for months, due to arrive on 26/7 and nothing. They want to speak to 1 person to resolve it. You take the money and not supply the service. #shameful @MoneySavingExp #badservice

@claudiekeenan @TalkTalk They've gone quiet now. Just like when I call, they just hang up if they don't know the answer. I going to choose a different provider, but still going to take this all the way to @Ofcom if they don't make right the problems they've caused me.
