So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TeddyWATP @TalkTalk I was with them years ago and the service then was terrible. But I get the without Internet thing, happened to us too, none for a month due to an openreach engineer, and trying to get help was shocking

@TalkTalk Hey @TalkTalk I had a service outage (days) in July. I thought compensation for this would be automatically applied to my bill, but that does not seem to be the case.

Hi @NHS_Lothian the telephone exchange for Astley Ainsley seems to be down, the department numbers don't work, nor does the switchboard 0131 537 9000. Tried from Talktalk, BT and Tesco Mobile networks. Hope everything is OK?

@TalkTalk Been getting 3mbps all day, multiple attempts to contact you to no avail. Recently moved and ever since connection issues, will be cancelling tomorrow, never have I received such poor service

@TalkTalk Hi, I raised a complained with regards to the poor service I have experienced over past 2 months and I was told to expect a phone call but have still not received it. Can you look into this ASAP as this is some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life
