Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.
