So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk Been on a chat box for 1hr 10mins with agent weenie who eventually agreed the TV remote was faulty. Never came back onto the chat, now I'm back at the beginning again. Total s**t show from TalkTalk.

@talktalk just been told by one of your support team that support calls can drop out due to weak signal. I'm reporting from a hardwired Apple Mac computer and not a mobile. Now approaching 2hrs to report a faulty remote control. Not a good story is it?
