    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk He can’t be helped. He was complaining that your call center staff are in the Philippines and don’t speak English, but somehow they managed to increase his DSL Speed anyway. He’s just a Bigot. Not your problem 👍

    @TalkTalk Engineer booked to come out tomorrow. @Yodel driver stole our 'welcome' pack with our acc number and router, so engineer will be not be able to connect us tomorrow- ANY HELP ON HERE? We WfH and will have no internet if this is not rectified today. No luck on the phones

    These talktalk lot are proper pricks man 😡 So we complained about their slow internet, was not worth £35 a month they have knocked the bill down to £22 a month and now the connection is even slower than before and keeps going offline every half hour!

    @TalkTalk seems impossible to cancel a future fibre order placed yesterday 2 hrs on hold 3 chat agents all useless u want to cancel is this so hard to do
