So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk my broadband service is been appalling from the last 2 days, was unable to work from home with constant disconnects. I live in SS16 5TF. There are no service outages on your website but the service is very bad.. continuous drop outs. Thanks

@TalkTalk So I am just making sure EVERYONE knows that TalkTalk feel it is acceptable to take 5-10 working DAYS to repair an internet fault. They have not even issued a work order to correct my issue. Do not use them.

I’m so glad to be leaving @TalkTalk broadband. Had nothing but issues, over a month after my broadband went live and I still can’t access my online account. Stay well away from them

So @TalkTalk not even asking what’s my grievance. It’s like a fault is more important to customer service. Just they will have an update on the 20th, 21 days after service failure began. Wow.
