    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    The tv I bought from Costco is **** and I hate @TalkTalk scamming bastards and @skytv were supposed to call me on Monday to arrange getting a sky glass tv and never called so WHAT DO I DO ABOUT MY TV

    @TalkTalk why have you cut off my grandparents phone line when I explained to your customer service manager that it was all they needed for their welfare? What an absolute disgrace.

    @TalkTalk it's a shame you're unwilling to help resolve my Internet issues. I have been without Internet since 20th of October. Yet on 25th you debited me, even when I haven't been using your service. You will leave me with no option than to take a legal action against you.

    @TalkTalk After 12 days without internet, speaking to multiple people with no luck and no updates on when the issue is resolved, is it possible for me to get a resolution and decent communication on the status of the issue? Do I have to resort to social media like this?
