    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @xXxkeirabxXx @callummarkie I can also vouch for them, I moved from virgin to talktalk, except from one problem which they fixed in less than 24 hours, had no real bother from them

    Hey @TalkTalk, for a telecoms company your phones are dire. Just spent 36 mins on hold to try to sort a house move and the line went broken then dead shortly after getting through to somebody. Is there a more reliable way of getting in touch?

    @TalkTalk someone was supposed to call me today about my complaint!! I’ve had the worst service ever since taking out broadband with your company - apparently it’s all @OpenreachHelp fault. How can I get this resolved??

    @TalkTalk I've never, ever, EVER known a company tell me in such clear terms that they could not care less about my custom. It's incredible really. It's like you've come up with the perfect plan to drive customers away. Utter rubbish.
