So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@PeteCityPrice @TalkTalk @skytv is probably the worst I've dealt with. A £60 a month deal for the first six months was offered, I signed up and never had a bill less than £95. I've cancelled already but but customer service was an absolute disgrace. They're all as bad as each other. Con merchants.

I think I want to scream! @TalkTalk customer service must be the most useless service I have experienced for a long, long time. Hanging up now- I've been on the phone and internet 'chat' for over 2 hours. 😡

I remember saying to the agent i don’t want to swap to @TalkTalk , they’re ridiculously difficult to deal with. I’ve had poor internet speed since jan 6 and it’s been reported weekly. They don’t do anything about it and their contact agents don’t seem to understand my accent.

@PeteCityPrice @TalkTalk Pete we’ve had an ongoing problems with a broadband company which has recently been resolved after probably 12 months. My son needs the internet for his work. Hope you get it sorted? x
