    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk every instinct told me to avoid Talk Talk but the sales team were very persuasive. If only the company put as much effort into fixing the issue.

    @TalkTalk getting really annoyed with talk talk, I have a guarantee in place that I won’t get outage and yet this whole week I’ve had periods of the circle of doom on streaming sites and work teams calls! It’s a joke! Going to have to make a complaint

    Never, never use @TalkTalk They are the most appalling company. Awful customer service, and as for communication, they should be called SilenceSilence. They owe me money, and I am not letting them off the hook.

    Poor service @TalkTalk. Ordered full fibre 11 days ago, told it would be connected today, never received emails after giving bank details for DD. After an HOUR on phone yesters discovered order had never gone through. Could hardly hear or make out what Indian lady was saying..

    @TalkTalk After problems getting coverage my nan who had complained had an appt made for today between 6 and 9am. She has been up before 6am so not to miss this appt as she was told she would be fined otherwise. And at a quarter to 9 she is told appt is cancelled until the 30th.
