So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk terrible service. My bereaved mother was cut off despite a request to transfer the account to her name when my father died. We were then told to open a new account, but you would no longer offer a phone line. A manager was supposed to call me 3 weeks ago, but nothing.

@TalkTalk why can't i get through to anyone about the fact my landline number has been spoofed? we're getting calls with abuse from people that have had some scammer call them and i can't find a straight answer on your website. i'm going to cancel it soon if it doesn't get sorted
