So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

Mum in law had letter from @TalkTalk asking her to update her contract up,a customer for years but only a £42 a month broadband & calls is available. Over 2 hours trying to sort, been cut off several times but finally guy said even he didn’t understand. We’ve gone back to BT!

@TalkTalk Almost every day - the same thing. Internet drops out for 5-10 minutes. Hard to work with this. Come on talktalk - please fix this. Getting the runaround with tech support.

@TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.

@TalkTalk why is it you charge old customers to keep their email address but when they call to pay it, you can’t do anything to help if they don’t have a Land line!? So now I cannot access my emails!?
