So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk Well it hasn't started well. Switched to your service on the 14th of March. Still waiting on my router to arrive. Phoned yesterday to check if openreach could still carry out work today. They could however I'm still waiting on equipment to actually use the fibre installed.

@TalkTalk #talktalk ordered fibre as a new customer a month ago. Scheduled engineer coming today? No. Equipment sent. No. They changed the date to mid April wi telling me. So no internet for 2 weeks. Zero communication from @talktalk
