@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with TalkTalk a few years ago. There was simply no way of cancelling and when I eventually got to speak to someone they hung up. I will never sign up for anything until I know what the exit strategy is.

@TalkTalk wtf is wrong with the service today, seriously annoying now. Constantly going off, then on for a min or so then off again 🤬🤬🤬

@TalkTalk If you are thinking of getting ftth installed ask Talktalk will they connect all the Wi-Fi devices on your existing router? I am a cctv installer and they do not reconnect IP cameras, they leave them disconnected. You will be charged for that service.

@TalkTalk no wifi since Saturday! Can’t do anything without it, signal is terrible at my home!! I called today spent 30 minutes on the phone to it not being resolved and just left on the phone and no reply?! Ridiculous, terrible broadband and customer service

@TalkTalk Hi, I was a customer a few years back and wish to return, how long do I have to be gone before I become a "new" customer again. Thank you.

  • Hells2001 Helen Smith (@Hells2001) reported

@TalkTalk Thank you, but my mother died some time ago. But, it seems your bereavement process is still not working so suggest you carry out an end to end customer journey

  • BobPrydderch Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported

@TalkTalk Talktalk use eero routers on FTTP, on these routers the two Wi-Fi signals ( 2.4ghz and 5ghz) cannot be split as with the vast majority or routers. Anyone with IP CCTV cameras will lose the connection as they need a 2.4 signal. You should inform the customer about that.

@TalkTalk Which department do I need to contact to cancel my service with no fee. This was agreed but the woman lied and didn't add it to our notes. I don't want to pay for the privilege of leaving a service that does not work and will not help
