So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk I want help with the service you promised us yesterday. 6 different call centre people have told us 6 different things from instantaneous to 24 hours. I had a call centre person refuse to speak to an engineer. He actively confirmed his refusal. This level of service is a disgrace

@TalkTalk My current contract is due to end on May 19th but I renewed to Fibre 65 at 23.5£ while I got another direct debit of 30£ coming up on the 13th. Should I cancel that direct debit?

@MelissaMartora1 @TalkTalk We had no phone line since Oct poor Internet complained then. nothing again in January.. nothing, when we want to send our box back after asking 7 times now they're stalling That's what they do to then fine you £50 they lie. Now saying are security details are wrong. Convenient

@TalkTalk day 2 of service provided by talk talk and day 2 of no Internet. Now being told it'll be Monday before we get it with a new modem. Now will be seeking legal advice
