So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@talktalk Why does my latest TalkTalk router not have the minerals to provide a decent signal to my Tv in the kitchen? It’s ok with Tv in lounge close to router. Modern property, 2 bed mews. Disappointed. 😡

@TalkTalk @jedgamez Hang on a minute Your certainly not the best I had you for 6 years because you kept offering me deals & said you would change but I’ve had better speeds from BT in the last 2 years alone. Also you was selling me large fibre broadband even though I could only get medium 🥴🥴

@gendal TalkTalk is the goto ISP for the techno-illiterate, so these blocks are a pragmatic thing for them to do, given their focus on reducing their support costs.

@bt_uk @btsport for the 15th concurrent week.... This is the best I've had. You take money durum #lockdown2020 and never helped. Today We was by to cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I'm going with @talktalk my #broadband speed is meant to pull a minimum of 2 6 pay for (1/2)

@TalkTalk Still total black out on the north Wirral, no landline or broadband service since at least 06:00 on Friday 15th. Was told upgrade work taking place over weekend, but still no service? Any updates please?
