So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@NadiaWhittomeMP Only if you do it through some kind of voucher scheme so that those of us that care about quality of service can actually choose a provider that isn't BT, Sky, TalkTalk, etc...

@hobbitoncentral It’s extremely worrisome. For those who aren’t particularly clued up. My mum gets fake phone calls from “TalkTalk”. I’ve told her to just hang up. If she’s in doubt ring 100 and the real TalkTalk answer. She’s 88
