So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk no cityfibre engineers have turned up to get my new line working, neither have I had a text or a phone call from them. Bad service, do not tell me to call, as I am still on hold, so far 30 mins. Think I will move provider.

@TalkTalk you cancelled my original installation date by text, then sent an engineer 5 days later, who i tried to cancel because the equipment hadn't arrived and i was working,now I've wasted 3+hours on different departments and can't re-book one for love nor money. can you help?

@TalkTalk seem to be the hardest company I have found to actually become there customer. Gueesimg the customer service will be even worse once actually onboard so now to look at other options.

@TalkTalk It’s impossible to raise a complaint regarding your renewal process and unacceptably long waiting times. A customer complaints manager was due to revert within 24 to 48 hours and this never happened. Unacceptable and disappointing customer service for long term loyal customer!!

@TalkTalk, can you explain why as a future fiber 500 customer I'm having an absolute nightmare with your staff trying to UPGRADE to fiber 900 and being told its not possible? No manager available to explain so here I am.
