    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    To go further that call from the manager from @TalkTalk I had been waiting on over a month.! The customer service received has been diabolical! Cannot wait to get out of the contract!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I have just received the most awful service from @TalkTalk you treat vulnerable customers is the worst manner. 1 hour using their online chat for a simple request is just shocking!

    @colinmcccarthy @TalkTalk Oh my goodness, that’s awful 😢 I’m so sorry this happened. I had to insist both cold callers left my elderly neighbor in peace as they were clearly confusing her into agreeing to services she just did not need.

    @SarahHemm @TalkTalk I hope you resolve this swiftly @TalkTalk. It's not kind or helpful to add to the distress of this grieving family. Common sense and attention to detail could have avoided this. Cutting off the service is 100% not the thing to do and comes across as heartless.

    Hi @TalkTalk - I just spent 2 hours on the phone to one of your agents, for a simple fault. The call was a shambles of bad practice, including them trying to "remotely reconfigure" a router with no internet connection. They also faked the call dropping at the 1hr50 mark. Fuming.
