So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk @butlerd101 What exactly are you trying to get back on track? You claim in the dm that there's no issues with talktalk broadband! The donuts on the phoneline you told me to ring claim no outage incidents! So whats really going on? NO BROADBAND ALL DAY!

It seems like my Wi-Fi won’t work for more than about five minutes at a time. @talktalk why I’d you Wi-Fi so ****. Should have stayed with sky no matter how much more expensive it was. At least sky worked!!!!!!!
