So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

My internet is on my last nerve. I mean, unlike yesterday it’s technically working. By dial up standards. @TalkTalk sort it out! I don’t get a discount based on how many days it’s not working or hardly working! And yes, I’ve reset my router. Hard reset.

@TalkTalk If you’re open until 10pm, why did your agent hang up my chat at 9pm? Trying to resolve an issue on behalf of my elderly mother who is vulnerable, has Alzheimer’s and currently no phone line - utter disgrace 🤬🤬

@AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk If they’re not providing the service you pay for, they are in breach of contract so you should be able to leave. That said, all bar cable use the same infrastructure so probably better getting sorted with current provider. Should get some compensation though…

I and talktalk are unable to remove it. It seems that talktalk have a glitch on the system stopping them from removing it. I am aware that I am not the only customer that this is affecting. I have to ring up every month to get a refund for the ammount they are charging me extra.
