    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk Moved to Peterborough 20 days back and were hoping that we will have wifi today at our home.But the worst decision i took is, i chose Talk Talk over all other Wifi's in the market. You guys have created so much trouble just setting my Wifi up.

    @TalkTalk I’m getting quite frustrated…my contract is ending and I want to look into a different plan. Live Chat couldn’t help me, any suggestions.

    @TalkTalk 3.Still no data and the same issue. 4.Again called talk talk FTTP support and was told to wait for two hours and after 6 PM same issue. 5.Openreach engineer again called talk talk FTTP support and was told to pass a number on to me ie the account holder,

    @TalkTalk I have - but as I have shown, we have no landline based connectivity at all, and zero to very poor mobile signal, hence asking for a phone number

    @TalkTalk please provide contact name to resolve complaint. Not interested in livechat or service centre. Email sent to concerns@ and Letter sent to Manchester - no reply. Appalling service 3 missed appointments & no credit received as per your industry compensation scheme.

    @talktalk why do you always say DM us - then reply you can’t help and ask us to ring another number. Here’s a thought for good customer service - why don’t you pass it on and sort and ring us with a resolution/outcome #justathought

    I have never been so angry as I am with @TalkTalk having the nerve to say my internet connection is fine when its gone down 70 times in 3 hours. This is beyond a joke, wont book an engineer to fix and refuse to help. I adivsie you NEVER to go with such a shambles of company.
