So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

So the last few minutes of my last day as a talktalk subscriber, plenty of highs with a few lows. Unfortunately not being able to provide 'higher' highs is the reason for change, up to 76 Mbps doesn't cut it in this day and age. A warm welcome to Virgin Media, don't let me down.

@TalkTalk The assurance I won't be charged leaving fees and an effort to prevent customers having such a terrible experience again is needed. Broadband companies behaviour is appalling especially after a year of tens of thousands additional customers and significant growth because of Covid

@TalkTalk appalling service from your support people. Your promise of 107mb, when we only get 5mb. Second time this has happened in 8 weeks. We want to cancel but you won't, even though you can't achieve your commitment. How can we resolve this??

@TalkTalk Not providing a steady service within your contracted period should incur fees directed at you. Breach of contract. Shall I send you a bill? Kept telling us there was no problem although the internet dropped All. The. Time. Switched to Sky and it hasn’t dropped once....

@VodafoneUK My switch date from you is 26/04 why in gods name have you turned me off today 17/04? worst broadband provider I've ever had and that's including talktalk, constant router reboots, slow speed and now this, can't wait to see the back of you!
