So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

HELP! I've been trying to become a new @TalkTalk Fibre customer for 3 weeks. It's impossible! Have placed an order 7 times (online & phone) Every time I'm given an order no. - and then NOTHING. You're spending ££ on TV adverts but your IT systems cancel new orders. @TalkTalkGroup
