So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk hi there, fibre broadband in the SE4 area is down for me. Seems like a DNS problem with some sites still working but most of the web not being reachable.

Appalling service from @TalkTalk, initially informed them I was moving house on the 4th November, after multiple delays I’m now being told it’ll be the 29th December (7+ weeks) before my service goes live! Over 7 weeks without broadband.

@TalkTalk You’re aware that my new 35mbs fibre is struggling to achieve 6mbs. But that doesn’t mean you’re making any effort to cure the problem. Only intent on forcing me to not cancel !

Day 12 of no internet! @TalkTalk constant flashing orange lucky to get 10 seconds of internet 🤬 paying for a service I can’t use Had engineer out last week said there isn’t any problem inside BS10 please sort my internet!! Refund my missed days too!! #Talktalk

@TalkTalk Still no internet in N4. It's been 2 days. I've seen no updates, no reply to my messages, and now I can't even log into my talktalk account. Perhaps you'd like to advise why you aren't providing the service I'm paying you for?? So glad my contract is up next month
