@TalkTalk what a shameful company to send a disabled customer and email with DAGGERS as bullet points! I am trying to set up a payment plan to pay my final bill but refused as I'm no longer a customer I am struggling with debt I will be taking this to the papers!

@Andy_Ross1962 @TalkTalk Sounds brilliant! We are using a Smarty sim in a mobile router. Have done for nearly a year. It’s the only way to get any WiFi. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

Hi @TalkTalk is there a reason why you sent an engineer round to fix a problem at my elderly parents just to leave them without internet or phone line for the bank holiday weekend?

@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
