  So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

  @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @MrRoflWaffles Should see if @zeninternet operate in your area! I swapped over to them last year from TalkTalk and it's never dropped below what I pay for! their customer service is incredible too whenever I've called (Payment issues)

  @TalkTalk I said I want to speak to a customer service agent. That apparently was the key phrase that took me to a person. The Chat could have told me that. It didn’t. I’m have concluded the @TalkTalk chat is a poorly programmed AI designed to frustrate engagement with customers.

  @TalkTalkGroup absolute disgrace. Impossible to contact due to account number, log ins etc being forgotten (my 80 year old dad) and now we’ve cancelled and gone with Sky you won’t stop calling the poor man, causing him real upset. Scum bags #talktalk

  @travis542372663 I have made numerous phone calls and registered 2 complaints in writing to TalkTalk recently and they never call back as they promise to. I have been with them for nearly 20 years I have had terrible internet connection since the start of May.
