So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk I have been trying to sort out a problem caused by TalkTalk all morning, via Twitter, but I get no response, even when I detail the issue carefully. I have had good experiences in the recent past by using this approach. I think your support service must be down.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They just make stuff up, Mike.Found that out when I was promised a letter I needed,which never came..Beware 0345 numbers, they will show up in your phone bill,mucho expensive!Talk Talk has/had, a very bad rep, thought they went out of business years ago? They are not BT anymore.

.@TalkTalk all unable to help in any way or suggest how to get password information. Only suggestion is a call back from a supervisor within 48 hours! It would be easier to get access to her bank account. All to fix your equipment which has failed at an address you can confirm!

@TalkTalk Had new fibre fitted on Friday spent two days on customer service , waiting today again as no phone line contacted and no new router sent as promised worst customer service ever

@Alexjackson1971 @TalkTalk My sympathies, my 90 year old dad has been without phone or internet for more than a month, endless calls and no resolution - dreadful disgusting service from @talktalk even their chat service here has got worse if that was possible
