    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk have got to be the worst broadband provider ever! Problems with connection ever since joining, slow speeds, now internet has gone off every night after 7:30pm for the past 3 nights 😡

    So @talktalk responds because it looks good on social media, but the response doesn’t change anything. “We can’t help you out of hours”. Need to change suppliers to a first world business. Definitely not @talktalk

    Openreach contractors fitted a new telephone pole on the street yesterday afternoon. Have been without WiFi since. TalkTalk broadband is an absolute joke. Paying for a service that spends more time down. Would rather up my mobile data. At least it's reliable!

    @TalkTalk why has my fibre broadband speed dropped by 50% during none peak times... I've had 2 bill increases since Xmas, reason cited was use are improving the service.... It dosnt look like use are to me absolute shambles Internet service provider

    @TalkTalk I have to wait 2 days for s/n changes to "settle down" before raising a(nother) fault. I'll retract my cynicism if it stops tomorrow. More to do with OR's failings, but I don't have a contract with them.

    @TalkTalk just had an email about my bill increasing, when you are not even providing the minimum ‘fast’ service I am currently paying for. Do I need to call in regard to this? I am WFH and barely able to do so due to your poor internet services

    @TalkTalk Instead of using the subject line, "News about your service" to tell me that you're charging me £3 more per month for my broadband... Say something like, "Check behind the sofa, Zack, our prices are going up".

    @WatfordScot @TalkTalk My vulnerable friend has been out of phone service for over two weeks, I can understand your frustration. Never experienced such awful service. They have made numerous appointments which they have not kept.

    Dear @TalkTalk your online help service is honking by the way! Just spent an hour and a half chatting to one of your "advisors" as my wifi is gubbed. Issue still ain't solved as the idiot wanted to know about my mobile phone which has nothing to do with my wifi...
