So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@BPrincelachlan @Benjjjyy @TalkTalk Last time I had an issue with an international shipping provider. I spent 3 days calling to solve the issue and got literally no where. One call out tweet to the company and they were in my dms gave me a call and sorted it in 20 minutes. It fully does work.

@TalkTalk I am still waiting for a reply to my DM. I am not paying a debt collector £70 for a router I returned months ago. Your customer service is disgusting.

@TalkTalk My broadband has been down since around 7pm and still hasn't returned. I have called customer services 4 times at cost to be told it's closed after all checks. I've done the usual stuff restart unplug so on several hours nothing. TalkTalk I'm having buyer's remorse.

@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk TalkTalk allowed my mum's account to be hacked a few years ago and the internet was moved to an entirely different country. Took them 6 weeks to fix the issue and gave us 12mb speeds

As we lost both @TalkTalk Internet and telephone services this week due to the ongoing intermittent @WeAreOpenreach we have taken the decision to cancel all live programming this weekend due to H&S reasons. We apologise for this continuing debacle.
