    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @MartinCaldwell @TalkTalk You will soon get a polite "Hi Martin, please DM us and we'll fix it for you" followed by NO HELP WHATSOEVER. @talktalk are the worst provider we've ever had. Their customer service is even worse than their internet provision. I'm sorry you have to deal with them xx

    Day 12 of no internet! @TalkTalk constant flashing orange lucky to get 10 seconds of internet 🤬 paying for a service I can’t use Had engineer out last week said there isn’t any problem inside BS10 please sort my internet!! Refund my missed days too!! #Talktalk

    @TalkTalk Then why have your staff been unable to access the cancel process for the last 4 days, is that under maintenance too ? Or is that just so my cooling off period expires and I can be conned into keeping a sun standard product ?

    @TalkTalk Still no internet in N4. It's been 2 days. I've seen no updates, no reply to my messages, and now I can't even log into my talktalk account. Perhaps you'd like to advise why you aren't providing the service I'm paying you for?? So glad my contract is up next month

    Second day with no Internet from @talktalk. You say you've resolved issue but engineer yet to even turn up. 45 mins on hold trying to get through on phone. Terrible service.

    @jonkalisch @TalkTalk @CharlotteA_PR They do have a Customer Service number.. 0800 049 1040 .. and the service quality is every bit as bad as the product quality.
