@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

Anyone else in SW11 with @TalkTalk Broadband having issues? Been without for over 2hrs! Chat support said issue at the Exchange and now waiting for case manager to call which could take up to 3 days… I kid you not! 🤬

@TalkTalk probably the worst and most inept pathetic level of customer service encountered. Staff that haven't a clue what they are doing, unable to answer questions, offer reasonable solutions, 9 people spoken to do far no resolution in sight. Pathetic. Avoid Talktalk folks!

@TalkTalk Internet has been down for the past Hour in EN2 - when doing a line test it ends with there's was a technical fault.... I do need to complete work that require Internet connection.....
