@TalkTalk @ofcom please take note - all they have actually done to ‘help’ is to tell me to make a complaint (which I have already done) - please look into their business practises and customer care as I won’t be the only one they have treated this way! #talktalk #noresolution #ofcom

@TalkTalk Thank you for you help. I think I may have to look at some of the deals your competitor's offer as I don't like the fact you have to ring up to cancel the TV, as it should be an option you can change online prior to renewal.

@TalkTalk @BRSL2HOTMAILCO1 If it is required. It is not acceptable to make your customer wait until June 7. When YOU pulled the plug on them by mistake. mistakes need to be rectified ASAP. 7 June is not ASAP.
