    @TalkTalk I have been waiting since Monday for a new eero router. Have been without internet all week. Have called numerous times with one staff member putting the phone down. Still not been given a day or time of when expected arrival is. Would not recommend using talk talk.

    Wow typical @TalkTalk as soon as your help line is no longer available 10pm the internet starts shutting down every 2 minutes. Your poor service has forced me to switch provider because I cannot deal with your awful services and lack of customer care

    @TalkTalk I don’t want to make payment I want to find out what I’m paying for. By accessing My Account. That has had “technical issues” for years for legacy email holders and in my case, 5 months. I’ve sent you a DM. I don’t hold any hope you will be able to help me.

    @TalkTalk yes as I have an engineer coming out and not had any decent service over the last 6 months, and you lot have not given me compensation of any kind!

    Further @TalkTalk @CityFibre update. 1hr 38 mins on the phone to 3 extremely patient women who have tried to solve the problem for me. It MAY be resolved by end of month, but i’m not holding my breath! 170223
