    @TalkTalk Learned yesterday that your Cust service advised my mum to take out a new 18 month contract and wouldn’t allow a simple name change after my dad passed , this the way you treat pensioners after their loss !!

    @TalkTalk so on the hottest day I try to resolve a tiscali issue. Just a password reset but they want to send password to the email we can't access!! 3 hours on chat and still not resolved

    @TalkTalk It's just I always get told that there's nothing you can do in my area for my Internet. I can't upgrade to a new package and apparently the only package that's available to me is the one I already have and the speeds I get are already slow enough
