@TalkTalk Now out of the blue threats to charge me £50. I will be paying no £50 and given my recent CEO complaint, do you wish me to send a further conplaint? I am NOT going to any Post Office. The unit can be recycled by Sheffield City Council for free. Glen 91143273289

@TalkTalk Yeah my fibre connection has dropped about 7.40pm. Tried rebooting router. Looked at status monitor and it doesn't show any issues, buy no connection.

@TalkTalk No - the problem is you are trying to scam current customers for £2.50 extra a month, whilst still advertising for new customers with a £25 a month deal! It's immoral.

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, I have spoken to your customer service but they cannot find an order without a account number (we didn't place the order so don't have one) they advised @bt_uk can provide it but they also say they can't. Not sure what to do but can't work tomorrow. Thanks
