Avoid @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @talktalk been without broadband since Friday. 2 live chats, 4 calls… still no engineer or resolution. Customer service all lie and do nothing to help!! Complaint going to ofcom…

Without house internet now since Sunday, and who knows when it will be restored, @TalkTalk seem unable to say much other than an “appointment” for an engineer “within 2-3 days”, which they said, er, 2-3 days ago. Has been terrible service from the start.

@ohitsleils @TalkTalk Good luck with that. They don't have a manager you can speak to, I demanded one and the imbecile said there is no point speaking to a manager they will tell you the same thing. This went on for well over an hour and still no bloody manager. I was so angry! The worst service ever!
