    @TalkTalk when is it likely you'll be fixing the issues you have, so customers actually get the broadband and land-line they're paying for? Also, invest some money in your customer service people!

    @TalkTalk You do not understand it, because you didnt wait at home all day for an engineer, but didnt show up without any reason. And instead of trying to resolve the issue, you are telling me the earliest date was in August?

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusting service from TalkTalk an engineer was booked to come to the house today between 1300-1800 as was told they must enter the property Had a txt at 1600 to say they are not coming as the line appears to be ok Customer service is appalling!!

    @Another_CJ @TalkTalk Hanks, I'll have to get my relative to get onto them. Not only is it slow but it's up and down constantly too.

    @TalkTalk For the record @TalkTalk have investigated tonight and will be sending an engineer once the account holder gets in touch with them to confirm details. Kudos to them for their prompt support.

    I’ve already tried to cancel @talktalk who never logged my cancellation and now cut off while on hold. I will stop the direct debit. Go to hell
