  Wednesday was my four-year mark I've been printing paper at school, and Thursday was the one MONTH mark of having NO WI-FI after coming back from Sicily! 😣 TalkTalk have been utterly useless to help us throughout the month, and we're hoping to finally get it sorted on Tuesday.

  @HylianBeanie_97 Awe, BT has always been a disaster. I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! I can’t play rd2 I am terrible at it I killed my horse by accident I haven’t been back

  what’s best isp for routing? TalkTalk is awful I have 30 ping without exitlag whilst pixelbot has 20 and he’s on the other side of wales

  @TalkTalk I have sent a DM, tried phoning & been referred to the website and hung on waiting for an agent for 45 mins last night. I’m afraid the service is so poor I’m cancelling today

  @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk Yeah, well after five months of fighting this battle I'm taking it to the Ombudsman. Because talk talk are by far the worst company I've dealt with.
