    @TalkTalk Rang up to find out what plan the previous owner of my house was on and how much it was per month as if it was compatible to me I wanted to continue the contract. The guy on the phone was quite rude and told me to just go online without giving me the information needed

    @TalkTalk Been having connection issue the last 2 weeks or so. My girlfriend and I play a lot of online games. About 2 weeks ago we started experiencing high ping, and random disconnects. We ignored the issue hoping it would improve after a while, however, it has been getting worse

    @TalkTalk That was only the tip of the iceberg , promised it would take 15 mins to switch over, you didn't even send a router out to support fibre, customer services in Philippines lied & bullshited , still without broadband since Friday morning & my wife works from home shocking service

    I’m so frustrated. Contacted @TalkTalk to cancel last week and they have pretended Italk from taking over the line .

    @TalkTalk I sent a complaint to you three months ago and you have done nothing at all, other than asking for my account details 30 days ago, so you could look into it further. I sent this information immediately but once again you have chosen to ignore this matter. I find it so incredulous

    @TalkTalk You don't care , if you cared you could have sent the router via UPS at your expense, instead of waiting up to 7 working days but no, customer services said this was no possible, wow! The amount of profit you make & can't even fast track a shipment 1/2
