    @TalkTalk our Internet is down PE36 5EA. Has been all afternoon. We have done all the internal checks as advised. All fine.

    I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

    @TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless

    @TalkTalk Hi the link doesn’t work, and as a consumer it should be my right to pay via my chosen paid method. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.

    @TalkTalk when will you fix your god awful website. Takes forever to load and when trying view account setting it decides to log me out.

    @TalkTalk All is fine now. It was a DNS issue but fixed by around 8:30
