    @TalkTalk I raised a complaint on Saturday, and was told I'd have a receipt confirming it within 24 hours and I've had nothing. The device I've received since my switch had been simply awful.

    @DanielHyde @TalkTalk Yeah TalkTalk have said it's a line issue as well. We don't have a phone, no. I know how to get into the test socket, yeah.

    @DanielHyde @TalkTalk Already gave that a go (the PC the powerline adapters are normally used for was temporarily moved upstairs and disconnected from the router. Same outcome as originally found - barely 2Mbps down and not even 1Mbps up.
