    @TalkTalk never use talktalk again, terrible service and hours to try and connect by phone. Better to pay a bit more and get good service

    @TalkTalk once again your service sucks I’ve upgraded to your fibre 65 and now my internet crashes every 20 mins for at least ten mins at a time, I’m trying to teach remotely and you are making it extremely hard. How are you going to resolve this?????

    @LadyHaywire @ConnemaraFarmer I had similar problem. Bought booster from Talktalk website, but it didn't say it would not work with business lines. I ended up rewiring and moving router into stairwell. That allowed signal through the building as walls avoided. So suggest check with provider first.

    The live chat has just cancelled on my wife. Is it possible to @TalkTalk to somebody? Not feeling like a #valuedcustomer , this now the 7th day of this happening. Not reassured by the responses from customer service so far.

    @gerigallacher @bt_uk Down for me as well and I'm on @TalkTalk. Only just went off 20 minutes ago or so though, so not sure if it's a coincidence or the area has a big issue

    . @TalkTalk so tonight my live stream went down in the middle. Your customer service is poor. I've had so much no-help-at-all from your "experts" . So many useless support calls. Hours of my time. And everyone I talk to has had a similar experience on #talktalk
