    @TalkTalk It is now at least 4 days that I cannot make or receive phone calls despite the fact my broadband works. Being elderly and with health problems I have a Careline BUT that only works if the phone does.

    @CharliePinder67 @TalkTalk I think the fact so many people are at home at the moment is proving that when demand surges they don’t have sufficient infrastructure to be able to deliver, although they are still happy to receive full payment for half a service .

    @talktalk Internet and phone cut off to my 89 year old dad by an fault at exchange or box. He's totally cut off and alone but you wont escalate the problem because he is not registered as vulnerable. He can't register as vulnerable as needs to be done ONLINE. I repeat he's 89!

    @TalkTalk please help. I have had no landline or internet since Monday. I have lost all faith with customer service. I have been told an engineer is working on the fault. This is day 5 and the fault is still not fixed. It's impossible to work from home with no internet
