  @TalkTalk we have had no phone line for over a week and our internet has been on and off, yet you make it impossible to report the fault. Your troubleshooting guide provides no help and the service test just refreshes the page. This is useless and unacceptable.

  @TalkTalk Always no internet. It's a joke. Can't wait to cancel. I'm giving the engineer a chance CD Friday but I don't have high hopes. I'm paying for a servicethat doesn't work most days and having to hot-spot my phone! It's unacceptable. Internet has been off for three days solid now

  @TalkTalk am dealing with customer services only I am obviously one of several this Agent is dealing with as 1) big time gaos between each message and 2) not reading my messages so having to repeat? This is hell.
