Beware if you receive an offer from @talktalk to renew your plan to keep the price protected for 18 months,if you proceed they give you no way to cancel services you don't want & charge you for them without choice. No option to discuss. Worst customer service avoid at all costs

Just when I thought @TalkTalk were a terrible company for broadband @virginmedia come along and smash the record for worst service I’ve ever received day 4 with no internet or phone and they still can’t get anyone out until Thursday bravo 👏

Well @TalkTalk …. We moved into a property one week ago and still CANNOT USE TALKTALK TV because the box will not power up. The internet is fine, we just need a replacement box. I’m ready to cancel the service- why aren’t you answering my DMs??

Just got a message from @TalkTalk telling me to renew my package as the discount will be removed costing me >£14pm when I try to renew it it says I will be charged £4 pm for TV, I don't use or want the TV option but cannot find any way to cancel it & no contact details to discuss
