    @talktalk, I've dmed you but just so people know your service levels. Internet down last sat night. 1st level Sunday, couldn't fix. Into l2 contact in 3 days. Logged complaint Tuesday. No l2 contact till complaint handler contacted Thursday. Ran thru same stuff. Pushed f/w 1/

    @Plusnet My WiFi keeps dropping and has done for the last 2 weeks adt random intervals and varying times. If I wanted rubbish WiFi i would have stayed with TalkTalk. Please fix this.

    @TalkTalk Please, please, please tell me how come a short chat this morning resulted in resolution, when I wasted 3+ hours of my time being passed around your various departments, not to mention hours of orevious chats. I am livid!!!

    @Craigfox27Fox @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are awful. They should be called SilenceSilence. They left me without internet for over a month, they never communicated anything I didn't have to chase & chase, & 30 days after the resolving of the situation, they still haven't paid me the statutory compensation. 1/

    @TalkTalk After problems getting coverage my nan who had complained had an appt made for today between 6 and 9am. She has been up before 6am so not to miss this appt as she was told she would be fined otherwise. And at a quarter to 9 she is told appt is cancelled until the 30th.

    @TalkTalk getting really annoyed with talk talk, I have a guarantee in place that I won’t get outage and yet this whole week I’ve had periods of the circle of doom on streaming sites and work teams calls! It’s a joke! Going to have to make a complaint

    @markandersonrun @TalkTalk I was once let down by those buggers. I skipped their process and wrote straight to the CEO. They offered me my monthly bill refunded - I got £300. They didn't mess with me again.
