    @Trishie_D @TalkTalk Ah you’re in brighton and with TalkTalk too? It has been terrible for us the last 10 days or so as well. I’ve been having to reset the router every other day to try and sort it but no joy. Must raise it with them this week.

    Day 7 still no WIFI and horrendous customer service from @TalkTalk got told yesterday the 4 hours I'd already spent on the phone were pointless as the agent didn't even escalate the problem so I've been waiting4 a city fibre engineer to contact me but they weren't ever going to

    @TalkTalk #talktalkcustomerservice Hi again. I'd like back the £50 you said I would be reimbursed, regarding my old email account. Online help asks me for landline/broadband account info. I've never had those - just tiscali email, so it seems you don't want to know. No?

    @bigleftyben @TalkTalk Where in Brighton are you? I'm in Portslade. They said they'd be sending out an OpenReach engineer in 24-48 hours so if the problem isn't fixed by mid-day tomorrow I'm a) escalating a complaint and b) changing suppliers.
