    @TalkTalk I'm not getting help just stress I've been on the phone twice with you costing me £45 each time I went and bought a cable at your request plugged it into the modem and it did not work cancel that is on and off I'm unable to play 4K movies at all even 1080p doesn't work

    @TalkTalk Hi. Any issues in DE1 for talktalk today? Our internet is very slow/intermitent (has been all day). Tried usual stuff (restarting router, checking wifi channels etc..) Connection from router to internet is good, just performance is poor

    @singsongjim @TalkTalk They wanted the router back also otherwise they'd try and charge me £50 I told them to shove it, I had thrown it away a mont ago, there NOT charging me now as I was never told about having to return it? What a joke. Get everything in writing with these idiots, never again.

    @TalkTalk I regret ever using your service.I have been having issues with my router since 6th February with yellow light flashing without internet access, I have called you agent severally but they have not been able to solve the issue, 3 days down, nothing has been done. 1/2

    @TalkTalk @rooneygmusic Good luck with this. I just closed 3 accounts just so I could get one of them up and running again after trying for 3 weeks to get a router replaced. Now they’re claiming I owe THEM money and a they’ve placed a default on my CR. They. Are. Awful.

    2/2 and not to worry, I’ve had no internet since Monday, spoken to at least 25 different people from all around the globe. My advise to any potential Customer thinking of switching to @TalkTalk would be to avoid this company at all cost.

    @juliedobs0n @TalkTalk Unfortunately not Julie - the garage had it for over 3 hrs, then told me to collect but hadn't done either the Full Service or MOT - and you try to shop locally :(
