    @TalkTalk Rubbish. Yesterday consisted of 2 agents hanging up in my face, 4 live chat agents who couldn't help me, and 20 minutes on hold with no answer which would beg to differ. And all because I want to leave TalkTalk. Ridiculous. You're terrible and should feel embarrassed.

    @TalkTalk Do you think that transferring me to different departments, cutting off my phone calls, and even giving me a BT number to call instead of their own, will make me want to stay with you? I just want to cancel my contract! Why make it so difficult? #shambles #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Been trying to sort this reoccurring problem for months, back in December I was left without any Internet for 10 days, my contract is almost up and as soon as it is im leaving to go to a provider thats more reliable

    @TalkTalk I was cut off twice trying to sort out an issue.I cancelled a contract with you after 5 days within the 14days time frame in November.Then yesterday I get a text message welcome to talk talk you are live. Trying to scam me to pay a cancellation fee.0/10 customer service
