    @TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

    @TalkTalk This was a nationwide issue. Your website was down. When I eventually got in it said my connection was fine. Two things. 1. Your diagnostic tools aren't working properly. 2. Why did it take so long for you to post a SM message saying there were issue.

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can โ€˜talktalkโ€™ to is a virtual assistant Wouldnโ€™t mind the issue resolved soon
