@TalkTalk I've been holding on your online chat since 8.17. It's now 8.55 and I'm still waiting to be connected! My internet has cut out 4 times in as many hours - router had to be restarted. You have tested the line and all is fine. Does my router need replacing? Pls help!

@TalkTalk Wow. I’ve been in the phone for two hours and no response. Message you on here for help to be told lines have closed and to try calling back tomorrow. Awful service as you are happy for me to repeatedly wait and face same hurdles with no attempt to rectify at your end.
