    It's taken 19 minutes to get this prepaid envelope sent out, that I'm told should have been sent out already but hasn't been - @talktalk bit shoddy really. Esp as if I didn't take the trouble to go through this palaver, you'd be charging me £50 for a non return.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been through the portal and you wanted to charge my mum £60 to cancel her account with you even though she hasn’t lived there for 10 months and we have tried twice to try and cancel this previously with you but you can’t find our requests.
