@TalkTalk I called up over 2 months ago to terminate my contract and have been charged for 2 months since. I spoke to someone on live chat and they ended the chat before resolving the problem.

@lukepaulgabriel @TalkTalk Hi again, as per the information under the Broadband Speeds COP provided previously, providers signed up have 30 calendar days to diagnose and fix the problem before offering the right to exit.

So @talktalk broadband gone down. Will take up to 5 says for a manager to call me to find the problem then maybe longer to fix. Children isolating so need Internet for online classes. Had to buy a whole load of mobile data just so we can work & study. Not good enough @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk my god if there was an award for awful service then you would win. Been with you less than a wk and have had to call 3 times to complain. Plus net here I come. I do hope you do record calls, please listen to mine and learn him to improve customer service!!
