    @TalkTalk What about the issues with "my account" login. I had to get an extension and have to pay my bill tonight and my account is the only way I can do so. If I don't my internet will be cut and I have no way to pay it 🙄 Its been unusable since 8-9am it's now 6.30pm

    @MrHickmott Good Afternoon, We have had some access issues with the platform. The issue appears to be affecting customers who are with TalkTalk as their Internet Service Provider. We suggest using our app in the meantime. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards, Greta

    @OpenreachHelp landline down again. Last time it took 28 days to fix. Have DM going on with TalkTalk but they seem unwilling to report it

    God help @TalkTalk - fibre broadband is available to my property, it’s live and someone next door is getting it fitted. My pot is outside - it’s live, the installers confirmed. 50 mins and passed to 4 call centres it’s not available to me.
