  @TalkTalk I have moved house & awaiting my wifi to be updated however the bt box in my new property with the internet cable in does not fit my wifi box!! I need someone out to fix this! !!!

  Luckily a friend who works as a BT Engineer has told me that @TalkTalk have given me a faulty box. No wonder I've had issues, Yet talktalk said everything with the box was fine. Absolute bullshit. I don't want money added to my account, Sort out the box.

  @TalkTalk I've got 15 messages now from 10 different people and the OpenReach person fixed the cable and managed to get us a new TalkTalk router but 4 days later still no internet. We work from home and would like it to work tomorrow... How can you help us?

  @TalkTalk I'm not, I've been in contact with 15 different people without any results. The only person that tried to help us is the person from open reach. Now it's up to TalkTalk but no one seems to be able to solve our issue.

  @Janeyapplequeen @TalkTalk Im in the same boat, clifton moor area also. Spoke to customer service and was promised a call back. That was over 24hrs ago.

  @TalkTalk @Janeyapplequeen No one want to chat about the problem, they want reliable Wi-Fi provision. That’s basic and @TalkTalk can’t even manage that

  @TalkTalk Hi, i recently left talktalk and i was told that i will receive a bag to put my old equipment into and send it off for recycling, my service is ending on the 15th of march and i still havent received anything, that should i do? Thanks.
