@TalkTalk Intelligent way of “ not increasing “ the prices during contract. Make multiples contracts within a contract and train your staff to mislead customers into trusting you and when you ask to make a complaint you get blackmailed with higher charges. Well done Talk Talk

@dancludlow @TalkTalk I have requested that they fulfill the original complaint in the original 3 to 5 day timescale which would end tomorrow what they want to do is add another 5 days, I'm not impressed

.@TalkTalk is leaving me without internet for over a week, forcing me to commute to the office by train during a pandemic, treating the issue with a complete lack of urgency and refusing to cover any of the extra data costs I’m incurring. Definitely one to avoid.

So Virgin Media has once again 'updated' my package! Last time this happened I stopped getting WiFi upstairs. This time my v6 box is so incredibly slow. Its like being back with talktalk! What's going on?
