@TalkTalk the most disappointing internet provider! After many complaints of poor service I was promised a faster line, only to be just as disappointed. It has made no difference. My TV disconnects for hours everyday. Having 2 kids makes it frustrating for them to watch anything!

@TalkTalk your customer service is as bad as your broadband. Over an hour queue for an online chat. Hour on hold on the phone to be put through to the wrong department and back on hold again.

@TalkTalk Bad service with a loss of payments we have had to pay out to another company, that shouldn't have been necessary. The package we have is nothing like was described on the phone calls. As soon as signed up, no communication?! Was recommended by a friend too. We won't be :/
