    @philpem @SpiketailedDino 2/2 That being said, happy to look into switching you. TTB is not the same as "TalkTalk" in the sense of retail. It is a bit blunt to say "oh no it's talktalk"! As on the wholesale side, we really don't find them bad (and we have BT to make comparisons with)!

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to get in touch for 2 days now, I've had unacceptable service for the last 4 days and it's getting worse, what is going on. Sent multiple messages, last night no reply after 2 hours, with no follow up until 1pm today

    @TalkTalk has such trash internet service it’s untrue, paying for 20mb-30mb and we’re lucky to get 3mb asked for a engineer to come out 2 weeks ago and still nothing

    Tried to get a better deal from @TalkTalk after my massive price increase. Apparently someone altered my tariff to a more expensive one a few days ago. There's nobody here but me! So I can't alter it for couple of weeks. I have voted with my feet. Appalling customer service .
