@timmyvoe @BorisJohnson @SirPeterHendy We did . We wasted £37 billion on a system that doesn't work with the boss Dido Harding having no knowledge whatsoever. See what she did to TalkTalk. She should be taken to task for her failures and be made to repay the money wasted .

That’s the problem - no one at TalkTalk seems to listen to customers. It’s been the case in the 4+ years I’ve been with you and it’s simply not good enough. The £5 gesture is an utter joke. Rip off merchants.

@TalkTalk called twice regarding my account and pressed 1 to request a ring back when my place in the queue was reached but had nothing back. If someone doesn't contact me the next day then I'm cancelling my service

@TalkTalk Letter sent Saturday 27th February. Original email sent Wednesday 17th February. Second email sent Tuesday 23rd February. No reply to any. If you thinking of becoming a TalkTalk customer, stop!✋ I wouldn't want anyone else to get fleeced or completely WASTE THEIR TIME.

@djcarleyuk @TalkTalk Because they have a clause in their T&C's that allows them to break their contract and let you leave for free. In other words they won't honour it! *Awaits - never easy decision / 40% usage canned response *
