    @TalkTalk You should really have some kind of announcement of this kind of outage online ASAP. I spent ages this morning trying to get support while all I really needed to know was that there was an outage.

    @TalkTalk I wasted an hour on the phone to you lot yesterday and got nowhere. Was promised a phone call back today at midday. What a shower of dog ****. People, don’t use this muggy company. They wouldn’t give you the steam off their piss.
