    @TalkTalk I had a power outage today. Everything is back on but internet is not working just getting a red light on the router. Can please someone get in contact ASAP as I will be home schooling 3 children tomorrow and trying to work

    @TalkTalk hi, our internet in York, postcode area YO31 is down and has been down for 8 hours, logging into the router settings says that wi-fi is enabled but there appears to be connectivity problems with the router.

    @TalkTalk must be the crappiest fibre broadband internet service in the UK as it seems to fail at least once per day, and sometimes for hours a day.

    So @TalkTalk keep ringing me to find out why I’m leaving but I can’t be bothered to be on the phone for half an hour telling them I had NO internet for 3 months in March 2020 and they would do NOTHING to help and we now have to rely on @ThreeUK MyFi to stay connected 😠
