    @TalkTalk Hi we have Internet but no dial tone at my parents house. We have tried getting through by phone and live chat but haven't had any joy at all. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.

    @TalkTalk My Elderly Dad's landline isnt working - no dialing tone. Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.

    @TalkTalk It doesn't. I think it's not a problem with my device ,as I've looked at my local Facebook page and a lot of people are complaining
