@kelefc I had to as I moved to a non fibre cabled area. Yes there still are those! Choices: 60mb bt, talktalk or sky. Choose Talktalk and tbh it is pretty stable, slow somethimes, but stable.

@TalkTalk Thanks Andy! But that's the number we are calling.... It's been 10 days!!! The support team are not supporting us! @The_Moff_Man has been on the phone nearly every day!!

@TalkTalk it gets worse. Sent a link. Advised that no one can call from the tweet account or unable to pass my DM details to a human with a phone. They are sending me back to the online form been on that 5 times with no success. If this is how you treat your customers shame!

  • stefwooduk Stephanie Wood (@stefwooduk) reported

@TalkTalk This is a joke right! I have vpn issues caused by your routers and no one will help me. Last help session lasted 2 hours+ and still not resolved. Not the service I am paying for.

  • DiggleRick Diggle Pickle Rick (@DiggleRick) reported

@TalkTalk It’s ok - just sit back and watch the rate in which customers cancel their contracts with you …. That’s what happens when you don’t listen to your customers.

  • sianm_xo Siân ✨ (@sianm_xo) reported

So our @TalkTalk internet has gone down a second time this week… just before a bank holiday. Marvellous 😔

  • DiggleRick Diggle Pickle Rick (@DiggleRick) reported

@TalkTalk I’ve spent hours on end trying to resolve my enquiry and have quite frankly given up - so I am now contacting everyone possible, to leave talktalk and join Sky / BT / or any other service provider that actually cares about their customers …..

  • marcwfarr Dr Marc Farr (@marcwfarr) reported

@TalkTalk honestly do not know how you can be charging me £27 for my standard internet just for it to go down twice btw I only get about 13mbps absolute joke

  • chriskneebone Chris Kneebone (@chriskneebone) reported

@TalkTalk No. Please read my thread again - and you will see what my issue is. I'm now being chased by debt collectors for a service that you failed to provide.
