@TalkTalk Services are STILL down in withernsea, east riding! 4 days with no service is ridiculous! Yet when we run your line checks it tells is its all fine! A formal complaint will be logged if we ever regain service!

@TalkTalk Yes just spent half the day on chat try to get an update on my order and to be honest the service was very poor and you haven't ordered half of it. Still waiting for wifi and a router!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Joined you earlier this year. Been left without phone & WiFi since Sunday. 6 x contacted your incoherent Customer Service teams. 3 x they failed to return calls despite assurances. Now on phone 7th time. Appalling service. Horrendous customer service.

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk are still insisting there is no problem. Yet a quick look at your records can show multiple engineer visits requested to the property in the last few weeks. Your engineers have consistently told us that the line needs upgrading to fibre optic. What can we do?
