I am truly disgusted with the customer service from @TalkTalk . I have had no broadband/Wi-Fi for 10 days. @OpenreachHelp only accepted the job on 26/1. They were scheduled to fix fault today at 1.40pm & haven’t even attended the job. Now being told I have to wait til Monday.

The customer service from @TalkTalk is shocking. You ask for a mobile number in case we get disconnected by you fail to call when that happens.

Talktalk are quoting APRIL and I cannot fathom it. (Virgin is better, that's only a month but still not ideal) and Sky have been awful so I'm not keen.
