@TalkTalk I'm so over your service. After a ridiculous customer service experience last month my issue was apparently resolved, but now back to square one. So I have to go through the whole process again. Genuinely can't wait to leave. Not your fault, I realise.

@tombradby @virginmedia I feel the same with TalkTalk. While the intermittent internet is a BT Openreach problem they cannot book an engineer due to a system problem. 6 weeks.

Why is moving broadband to a new address always so ******* ****?! Rang TalkTalk last week to rearrange, was told a date that worked perfectly but they never actually updated it on the system. Always so useless no matter which company I've used.
