    @JK1n1 @TalkTalk are currently restricting my 80 year old Dads service because of how long it takes to complete a change of ownership following the death of my Mum recently? He’s 200 miles away from family and this is extremely distressing to him do you think this is acceptable?

    @TalkTalk are restricting my Dads landline service following the recent death of my Mum because of an overdue bill that we can’t pay until they change the details to my Dads!! Absolutely awful service at the worst possible time can you help @BBCWatchdog

    @DigbyTW Check your contract, it may have a minimum download speed clause. If so they have 30 days to fix it at their own expense or you can exit the contract without paying the exit fees. I did this to TalkTalk a few days ago and got an engineer to my door in 24h

    I decided to leave @TalkTalk the other day and ever since my internet speed has been terrible I had an email asking me to stay but the way they have throttled my broadband they have no chance

    @Talktalk. Keeping us connected! Numerous people from Cullen, Buckie and Portknockie have been in touch today asking why the internet keeps dropping out. All told there is no problem. There is! An apology or a promise to look into it would help.
