  @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff

  @TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!

  Spent 2 hrs 50 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company

  What an absolutely sh1t company that is obstructive, uninterested and simply doesn't want to make anyone's life easy. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted on individuals who just don't give a ****! @TalkTalk #talktalk
