  • ogger848 Martin Lock (@ogger848) reported

@TalkTalk That is all very well, but follow words with actions. Months later I am still without a resolution. I keep DMing, I keep getting fobbed off to the useless call centre and chat lines, I keep getting empty promises of phone calls. The reality is I get NOTHING. Hopeless.

  • MikeJon88061523 Mike Jones (@MikeJon88061523) reported

@TalkTalk why is it so difficult and time consuming to get a faulty router replaced? Four hours talking and line tests with your support and they book the wrong engineer and they can't change it. This is a nightmare.

  • luckiiiineko Kirsty (@luckiiiineko) reported

@BornToSnipe7 Yeah talktalk being **** as normal! I'll try again in the week when it's more stable.

  • DaysOutWitDaddy Days Out With Daddy (@DaysOutWitDaddy) reported

No, wait... as in, it will be 45 minutes' wait to chat with a retention agent. Or I could just dial 150 to cancel my account. At the moment, @TalkTalk are winning with an offer of £29 per month for broadband, TV and phone, but I'd like to know if I can keep my landline number.
