@TalkTalk There is an outage ? Is that why my fibre has recently just dropped from 42 mb/s down to around 5/mbs ? Yet the talktalk service centre reports no issues or network issues...

  • RSCortina Aaron Nash (@RSCortina) reported

@TalkTalk we are having problems with the landline (no active Internet on account) can't hear calls due to static on line. Cardiff area. Any known issues? Can't use 'my account' as no broadband to check.

Never ever use @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for your internet. Mine has been down 9 days and they are doing nothing to fix it. They wont even answer half my messages. Pathetic! #talktalk

@TalkTalk I was at work last night until 10pm as well 👍🏻 should of finished at 6, but due to @TalkTalk outage. Probably going to be the same tonight. #WheresVirginAt

@OpenreachHelp booked on the 1st dec for an engineer to install today between 7am and 9am via TalkTalk, the engineer didn’t turn up, apparently went to the wrong address, no call or notification, have had to cancel order and rebook for a two to three week wait!?!? Poor effort!

  • mand282 Amanda Connolly (@mand282) reported

@TalkTalk received my final bill, cancelled as service didn't cover all flat when I moved. I'm still awaiting the credit to be put on for the return of the Booster (£20) you sent me. I also received a £5.04 credit that not on there. Can someone take a look please?

  • mand282 Amanda Connolly (@mand282) reported

@TalkTalk I had to cancel my account effective 25th Nov as you didn't cover my whole flat when I moved. But I've just received a bill for December! When I check my account the landline has been disconnected, so assume my whole account cancellation has been processed? Refund due?

  • brett_builds Brett Jackson (@brett_builds) reported

@vikkio88 @TalkTalk Can you not just cancel based on failure to provide a service?

  • doncasterrunner Martin James (@doncasterrunner) reported

I have been a @virginmedia boardband customer for 22 years (paying £62 a month for 350Mbps). @Cityfibre installed fibre last month on my street. @talktalk offered me half a gigabit for £35 per month, free for 1st 6 months.
