    @TalkTalk is there a worse customer services on the planet. called 03451720088 on there for an hour with a hopeless lady from south africa who ended up asking if i was big or small company - she knew i was just a plain joe with no email working - and still not but still pay

    @TalkTalk my Internet has been down for about 12 hours now but there aren't any reported outages, I've reset everything more than once and waited, troubleshooting giving nothing

    @TalkTalk been trying to call all morning and website won’t work. WiFi keeps going down and you’ve upped our bill for no reason
