@talktalk had another #databreach I know who caused it and it went unreported. They threatened the customer with its illegal to open other peoples mail and bribed them. Nick gunga still wanted to bully me even though I had forgot about it

@TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hour trying to sort out my overcharged bill. Got absolutely nowhere. TalkTalk has by far, the worst customer service of any company in the UK. And that's saying something...I used to be with Vodafone.

@ben_quick Unlimited usage. £1 per month extra for static ip. I have signed up just now. Only £60 to break the contract early if less than 12 months. And I get 3 months free. Worth a go! Seems to be based on Talktalk Business network but not confirmed.

@TalkTalk It's now updated to say that there is a problem. Any idea on timescales, my husband should be working from home.....
