    @TalkTalk I was on hold for a total of 52 minutes and the phone was put down. I’ve had my installation date changed, 8 days after I’ve cancelled my current provider and the staff just told me it’s tough really. I’m annoyed.

    @TalkTalk I am having trouble with your services, I have been waiting for and engineer to come out last Friday and today and not turned up my Internet is still not live and sorted if this isn't sorted I will be looking else were, thanks

    @TalkTalk He has called that number 4 times, 3 times they hung up on him, the last time was helpful, but eventually tried to persuade him he needs Wifi & other ****!

    @TalkTalk Finally got there. Cancelled the account. I can't wait to have to call again in November to cancel the other one. Maybe my complaint will result in a large compensation payment and encourage me to stay? 🥴😝🤡
