    @TalkTalk Hi, I still cannot access my account. I have been trying for 2 weeks. I can access my email but cannot manage my emails. My wife has an email address that we cannot access. She has rang + DMd several times but still no help. We signed up for emailplus and paid DD but zero access.

    @TalkTalk The broadband speed to my router on the 7 day graph you supply in my account has been steadily decreasing from 33Mbps a couple of weeks ago to 27Mbps today. Can you increase my speed somehow at your end in my account settings? Not sure why it's gone down so much. Thanks

    @TalkTalk poor home move connection services. Both source and destination have talktalk but still could not install it on promises date time. Without internet for last 15days #internetmatters . Called to customer support for 3 hrs with no resolution. Account number 1012975349

    @tomhfh TalkTalk's failure was systemic, hence the huge fine they received. It was not a one-off incident such as the failure of one employee. The Savile decision was the work of one person in the organisation.

    @TalkTalk Hi. I ordered broadband 14th Jan for activation 31st Jan. It is 19.05 on 1st Feb and still no internet. I have raised a complaint which you have quoted to resolve in 5-7 working days. This is not acceptable. The agent disconnected after I called. Where is my internet?
