    @TalkTalk one of my beloved friends whom is deaf. Has just spent the best part of an hour trying cancel there contract, which shes been left denied again! Given a false number to which she was told is a messaging service. It wasn't! This is barbaric shame on you talktalk!

    @TalkTalk eero hub won’t connect to @ring doorbell. Stuck eero into “legacy mode” as advised and still nothing. If this is the future you can come take your equipment away. 0 point in having 150mb/s download speed when Wi-Fi signal is so weak it can’t detect device 50ft away

    @TalkTalk No connection at all since early morning. Every day have problems with talk talk broadband. Fed up. Won't renew my contract with you. Can't wait until April to say goodbye to talk talk. Never again.

    @TalkTalk My internet keeps going off, restarted router and still having issues and when try and run a test on line it fails, please help as trying to work from home

    @TalkTalk Please see my tweet regarding one of your customers who has dementia. You are being extremely difficult and don't seem to understand that their dementia is so bad they can't call you to cancel their account / contract

    @TalkTalk After 5years, I decided to leave. Price increased and a speed boost that I thought I was getting last year was never actually applied. I've just received a call from 03300577850. I declined to answer some security Q's as I wasn't sure who was calling and he just hung up. RUDE!!!

    Wherever we may end up one things for certain is I'm not staying with talktalk after april. The amount of times the net keeps going down is disgusting. It's been happening alot over the past few months and I don't know why

    @TalkTalk The text support said they would definitely arrive until after the time elapsed then said an engineer didnt need to arrive
