Ian Lawson (@lawson0864) reported@TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

Paul Chapman (@PaulChapman123_) reported@TalkTalk I’m a full fibre 150 broadband customer. Contract ends 8/7/27. You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Please explain as due to pay my next DD to you on the 13th for internet.

leon (@LeonLeontse) reported@TalkTalk I'll dm you but I still getting same rubbish. When asked if the cancellation is complete. Your agent responds he can see I've submitted a request for cancellation. No **** sherlock for the investigation?

Van Toeka Af (@Pontsho92529967) reportedThere’s a well-known South African male actor who has been part of some of the biggest shows in the country. The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and I was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. It’s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions don’t attract many viewers anymore.

Finiasfinn (@Finias) reported@TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!
-
Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.

Lee Cummings (@LeeCummings74) reported@TalkTalk Hi we have Internet but no dial tone at my parents house. We have tried getting through by phone and live chat but haven't had any joy at all. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
