After they mistakenly cut my Internet line and won't reactivate for 2 weeks... @TalkTalk then cut me off the chat when I try to raise a complaint.. there's customer service!

Hi @TalkTalk - I just spent 2 hours on the phone to one of your agents, for a simple fault. The call was a shambles of bad practice, including them trying to "remotely reconfigure" a router with no internet connection. They also faked the call dropping at the 1hr50 mark. Fuming.

@TalkTalk service is as bad as ever. No internet since this morning and you can’t get hold of anyone to speak to them and ask if there’s a problem. I suppose you get what you pay for. It’s PE15 if you can bother to reply!
