    @TalkTalk This is really the poorest service I ever experienced. Your operators are kind and willing to help, however, the disconnection between depts is disgraceful. I am not pretending much, just an efficient service and competence in sorting the issues out. Today 🔝frustration

    I find it telling that you should choose to list "saving me hassle" as an incentive to stay with you @TalkTalk I am no longer your customer. I shall be bringing a claim against you. I have TOTAL SYMPATHY for those employees that must clean up after you. @ TristiaHarrison CEO

    . @TalkTalk why is your service so terrible and slow, upgraded from 'standard broadband' to 'ultra fast fibre' and it's only around 2Mbps faster, basically you're deceiving customers intentionally... don't even get fibre where we live so what have you actually sold us? @ISPAUK

    @JulieSwindell1 @TalkTalk Same here Julie! Be careful and check your bill. #TalkTalk charged by mistake something and since last week I am trying to get the amount refunded, but nothing yet. Very poor attention to customers. Awful service.

    @Charmerr @TalkTalk I feel your pain Matt. For weeks I had the same issues.I found the “unresponsive” behaviour and the fact that @TalkTalk try to reassure that the issue will be sorted out awful. Then sadly discover that did not happen and all your time on the line with them was a total waste!
