@TalkTalk Can someone help us, my aunt has had her broadband increased to £30 a month, she never uses it. She’s 78 and this should not have happened. Trying to resolve but keep getting transferred on the phone

@TalkTalk Cost is a particular issue for this vulnerable client. Shielding and needing therapy. On benefits and reluctant of anything requiring a direct debit as knows benefits can be stopped at any point. Needs WiFi to access support as rural home is creating connection issues with dongle

Fed up @TalkTalk! 3 months of internet dropping out! Awful customer service, when I enquire about the two formal complaints I have raised you can’t see them no wonder no one has replied. @MartinSLewis can you advise please #help #stressful #workingfromhome
