@TalkTalk internet is down again, in Birstall Batley, what a constant no end of problems with wifi connectivity...we’re all working from home and trying to keep in touch with our loved ones and we’ve had nothing but issues all year

@TalkTalk Is THE worst broadband provider in the UK. It's more than 2-3 weeks that I have no network, support is terrible & meanwhile I paid around £60 for data to be able to work from home... and I'm still paying TalkTalk bills for no ******* internet.

@TalkTalk Hi. Since I bought a new router from you with new contract it keeps dropping down to 2mbs regularly and I've been having to reboot it daily. Any ideas? Old router was fine.

TalkTalk update: We found a problem between the exchange and your home, and booked an Openreach engineer to fix the fault within the next 2-3 working days. There is no charge to you and you do not need to be at home. We'll update you when it's resolved. 🤯🤬

@chrisdsteward @TalkTalk That's terrible Chris. To be fair, Ive had good service until now but Ive been left feeling as though I was tricked into a renewal at higher cost with no way to contact them to discuss it afterwards. Feels like a cheap and grubby to make money.

@TalkTalk wifi/Internet has been dreadful for at least three days now. Tools on your website say no issues, so why are download speeds a fraction of what they used to be???

@TalkTalk Do you slow down peoples Internet speed if they are leaving you? Because I swear, since I've had that phone call with your team, my Internet has been slow and sometimes unresponsive. I'm happy to go back to you in my next place, I just don't have a next place.
