    @TalkTalk Just be careful if you cancel your contract with TalkTalk (even when out of contract), as they can re-establish the contract without your permission and send you further bills.

    @TalkTalk I re-contracted to the fibre 65 service. Will I get a new hub? I been using the HG633 since I joined 4 years ago and it's rubbish.

    @TalkTalk I find your customer service and care for the elderly absolutely disgusting. You don’t seem to be able to fix faults or offer any help to families that are distressed.
