@mattcornock @TalkTalk How did you make it happen? They asked us for wayleaves, I pointed out they probably didn't actually need them, they laid it down the next street but missed ours out. :-(

so absolutely annoyed at the service from @TalkTalk . I get in touch as my internet connection keeps disconnecting from my router (a fault with the line?) and I keep being pushed to get Wi-Fi extenders or being told that it's a Wi-Fi issue! @Ofcom, any guidance?

@TalkTalk Yes, it is. It's still being provided by TalkTalk! Seriously though, I have had almost 2 days of downtime on my line over the last month and nobody from TalkTalk will even acknowledge it. @WhichUK, how low down on your list of ISP's does @TalkTalk come?

@TalkTalk In a day full of online meetings, my internet has cut out and apparently there is a line fault? I then received a text stating that it’ll be fixed within 2-3 days but I rely on my internet service to do my job, what can I do to speed this process up?

@TalkTalk hi there, we are trying to cancel our contract on your customer service line. We've tried twice now and your call centre provider both times passed us on to a dead line with no one there. We require a call back please to get this resolved ASAP.
