    Hi @TalkTalk can you please help? I’ve not had wifi since Christmas Day and it says due to technical issues I can’t login to my account. I’ve also phoned up and nothing!

    @TalkTalk It never gets resolved though, I just get sent round in circles, with no actual help or compensation for the lack of service... Think I'll just look at other offers at this point

    What do I think of Talktalk cus service......useless. 21 days of reported problems and all I get is......please DM. Saying they are useless gives useless a bad name.
