  On Monday, we were supposed to be contacted by a @TalkTalk manager to apologise for the terrible service. They missed the 2 hour window and moved it to today, then missed it again and lied "we tried to call..." I've now been waiting for 2 hours for someone to apologise for THAT!

  @TalkTalk My UFO has been off all day told its an area outage and it should be fixed this afternoon I have just had a call saying tomorrow now I work from home thats 2 days disruption really not good enough

  @saintssara @TalkTalk Just been talking to support from TalkTalk and got "We just receive confirmation from Openreach that lines connected to the Trowbridge exchange are experiencing an outage. This affecting not only your line but others as well including those from other service providers" 1/2

  Don't you love big companies that do not give a hoot about the service they give their customers. Not been able to access my @TalkTalk online account for a year. Finally resolved yesterday only for no access again today. Support is an absolute joke too.

  @hotdogsz @virginmedia I went to the ombudsman for similar termination fee from talktalk and won - it's called alternative dispute resolution!
