    @TalkTalk For the nearly 2 year duration of being with TalkTalk broadband, our internet connection drops, without fail, every morning between 7.30-8.30am, and we have to switch to mobile data until it reconnects later in the morning. Why is this?

    @TalkTalk We can’t surf the web on any of our devices this has happened a few times and we have contact you over the phone to fix this. The problem fixes for a few days then it occurs again. Why can’t we access websites on our devices?

    @TalkTalk So what further help are you going to offer me ? Guaranteed you would waste another day of mine asking if I'm on WiFi ect for the 30th time. 360 down 36 up Virginia Media here I come, Talk Talk contract is over this month which makes me very happy

    Customer service through @TalkTalk has been appalling this morning. 2 hours of my morning wasted

    @TalkTalk And when you can't pin it on something like my a PC, you tell me there is no fault and nothing you can do. Your service agents are like robots reading scripts, they don't listen and most don't even have a basic understanding of PCs or the Internet.
