@TalkTalk All 3 gangs came without the correct gear to sort the problem, no one contacted her since contacting her on the 15th to say they are working on it and would contact her on the 15th. How about sending work men with correct equipment to unblock the blockage and get her connected?

@TalkTalk Oh yeah no, I've phoned them and spoken to the MULTIPLE times. They just don't give a ****. My account is STILL active after I moved out of a property 4 MONTHS ago. and they still haven't canceled the account and send a bill every single month. I feel like this will go on forever

@TalkTalk no broadband and landline also dead here is west London this am, what's happened? Please do not pretend its an issue with my router or socket, it isn't. This is a supply issue so outside ny property.

After 4 hours and still no broadband or landline @TalkTalk now tell me my router is no connected and it isn't! I'm feeling angry and helpless as faceless and box ticking customer service agents make me jump through hoops and then just lie to me.

@TalkTalk My dad has been charged over £900 in 10 months, we’ve put forward 3 complaints to your South African call centre, 2 promises of return calls to resolve and still waiting a week later.. Terrible service
