@TalkTalk My mum's broadband and phone went down yesterday, and a BT engineer is scheduled to come today. But it turns out it was a regional problem affecting all Bowes Park. Internet and phone now working again. How do I cancel engineer?

@TalkTalk complete internet outage causing drama in Cardiff (CF14). No phone. No live chat. No way of direct communication. Which is ironic for a communications company called TalkTalk! I will be moving supplier!

@TalkTalk No internet in Kent either. When I check the website it says the only issues are in London. Also connection test shows no issues but none of my devices can even see the router atm. Been 4 hours no change. Are you aware of this issue?

@TalkTalk My broadband down for the third time since being installed just a month ago. Router light white but tv service giving a code of YMV104. Come on guys, we never had these constant outages with Virgin Media.
