    New low @talktalk. Years of terrible service for mum. I close her account after her death. Phone to sort out refund and am asked if she can come to phone to answer security questions. 😢

    @millennialSarah @riz_ed @TalkTalk They told me engineers are working on it. I doubt they are. Cannot trust them. Apparently an outage on the exchange

    @virginmedia it's an absolute joke! Off since Tuesday, no TV, no Internet! And no engineer in sight!! Hopefully the issue fixed by 4pm 28/5/22!! When can I cancel and go with @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk My Internet is working but can't confirm if an Open reach engineer has fixed the problem as you sent me an email hour saying a engineer is required and will be at the exchange in 2 -3 days
