@TalkTalk You have systemic problems in your contact centre. But I'm sure you already know. Your system is not designed to make it easy, its so that you look good on paper to ofcom. It's like that on purpose. You know that and I know that. Let's not beat around the bush.

@TalkTalk Also, yesterday 1hr to TRY log a complaint, I got put on hold 15mins until it passed 7 and your agent transferred the call back into the IVR without telling me, your lines were closed, ***** tactic to ditch my call. No complaint logged. Called back today, and again another hr

@TalkTalk Nope. I’m not here for that, it’s being sorted and dealt with one way or the other like I said. I’m here to share my experience with the public and help dissuade anyone from thinking that talk talk are a good company, and to consider using an alternative provider.

@TalkTalk It has now escalated to a case manager because nothing has been done via online agents so I had to phone to actually get any sense or help. Your online advisors really need more training on technical issues & not just repeatedly tell people to reset/hard reset/power down

@TalkTalk Despite raising a complaint over 12 weeks ago I am still unable to log in to My Account area. I was promised I would receive my receipts by post 6 weeks ago. Still nothing received. Talk Talk are an absolute joke

@LWaysome I am beginning to think that wold have been a smart move but with all the phone calls over a long period we are beyond the point of cancelling. It is not straight forward for some reason, poor show on TalkTalk
