    @TalkTalk Absolute shambles of an internet provider. Meant to install fibre cable, not capable of doing it, cancelled the copper line because the "engineers" closed the job, now no internet for 2 weeks. My wife works from home so started no end of problems. Useless.

    @TalkTalk So I am just making sure EVERYONE knows that TalkTalk feel it is acceptable to take 5-10 working DAYS to repair an internet fault. They have not even issued a work order to correct my issue. Do not use them.

    @TalkTalk they have delivered the absolute worse service ever. I get paid when I work and loose money when I don’t. I pay them for internet services. They expect me to wait just 2 or 3 days to get their services back. TalkTalk I am now telling everyone as it’s been 4 hours!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I am furious. The service has been a disgrace and I would advise anyone trying to go with Talk talk like i was to avoid.

    @TalkTalk Hi this service has been awful since the day we had it put in I have called given different things to do but nothing worked they then sent out a router to help last night I could not get connected to the internet at all. I have had enough of this I think I need to someone higher

    @TalkTalk they refused to put me through to a Manager. Offered me a fiver for my inconvenience. Spoke sarcastically to me. Still at 3:30 no resolution. Asked me to prove my son was disabled
