    @talktalk What's going on? Everything very slow, loads of error messages, constantly having to reload pages..... plus iPlayer, etc, not a chance. Even Ofcom speed checker won't work! Tried turning router off & on again but no difference. Not just my laptop, same with phone. Help!

    @CraigLUFC77 @virginmedia @virginhelp I'm with talktalk and the speed is more consistent and not had any issues. Virgin were terrible

    @virginmedia In the interim, I receive a phone call from someone from Virgin trying to sell me a more expensive package. Full disclosure. I have already gone to talktalk to arrange signing up with them if Virgin cannot fix this.

    @TalkTalk Hi, you emailed to say you're putting broadband up, not only by £2, but then an extra 3.7% per year. As if times are hard enough for people. So you can shove it. I've moved elsewhere, got it cheaper with better speeds and service!

    @Sarah17312234 @TalkTalk Same here when I unfortunately moved over to them, thinking it would help as I'm working from home... slow connection and total break in connection a lot!!!!
