@TalkTalk my mother has had 4 engineers to her house since February as she has had trouble with the land-line. Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

@TalkTalk It was too late I'm afraid, someone I spoke to on call escalated before handing me to retentions and manager as requested, by the time I spoke to someone who listened it was too late to fix.

@Rachael_RLETC1 Hi Rachael, We provide the software within the boxes but don't supply the service/subscriptions. If you have an issue with the service you are receiving from BT or TalkTalk, we'd recommend that you reach out to them on here and they will be able to assist you further. Thanks

@TalkTalk I’ll continue to tweet on here so all other customers can see your poor responses. I raised a complaint over a week ago. You’ve told me I’ve not raised and complaint and are asking me to do it again which I shouldn’t have too as your calls are recorded.
