@TalkTalk To fix it would have taken 5 minutes and to just send out a replacement adaptor. But no, three different advisors wouldn't listen and just did what the computer told them to, and spent hours disonnecting internet and rebooting router

3 hours of my life wasted today with @talktalk live chat customer service, & got nowhere, now told they've escalated the case and i'll hear back in 3 days. I know what the problem is, I told all 3 advisers what the problem is. I JUST NEED A NEW PAIRING ADAPTOR. Woeful service.

@reiver_rover After almost a decade I left Virgin Media, & it was either PlusNet or TalkTalk, went with TalkTalk in the end & really glad I did, had very few problems, & when I have they've resolved it super quickly! Very happy customer!

@TalkTalk I'm now trying to view something on YouTube (on my phone) and it's buffering every 10 seconds. I switch off WiFi on my phone and use my precious and limited amount mobile data and I get ZERO buffering. PLUS I can watch the video in full resolution
