    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk VM customer service centres are a disgrace. We've canceled all our services with them. They owe us money as they cut the phone off straight away but really cannot be arsed with it. Glad to be free.

    @billykayscot Don't really have a direct recommendation (I use TalkTalk at the moment and they are ok, bit pricey but not had too much bother, always resolved issues and other companies mistakes well), other than to say i totally agree BT are a hassle and stay well clear!

    4 net drop outs in less than 3 hours... you going for the record here @TalkTalk your record if you forgotten is 26 drop outs in 24 hours. If you go for that record again you can **** off if you think I'm paying the bill next month

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Just renewed with Plusnet. Super fast Unlimited Fibre package for £21/month. 3rd contract with them and had no previous issues 👍

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk If you can, enquire with BT to fibre to the house. It’s being rolled out at an exponential rate. I’ve gone from Plusnet 45mbps to BT 900mbps and I get very strong signal from the router all over the house. It’s yet to dip below 700

    @jesseb4me TalkTalk were charging me £25pcm, then that went up to £27 with inflation. It came to my turn to switch & they immediately cut my bill to £20 and threw in a £75 Tesco voucher. No complaints on the service from them but they will try and flog you an upgrade every couple of months!

    @TalkTalk I suggest you sort your ******* **** out. I had to pay yet another bullshit admin fee, and yet my Internet is a shitshow. Sort it out or lose a costumer. Useless want stains.

    @TalkTalk Ordered Full fibre to be fitted today, no contact via email/phone/SMS. I waited in all afternoon. Guess what? No one came 🙄🙁😡 Poor customer service.

    @TalkTalk Nah rather not thanks, there is nothing more to discuss your customer service is the worse I have EVER dealt with! 6 hours on live chat, no resolution, so much repetition!, FIX WHAT WE PAY FOR! that simple really, THE ISSUE IS YOUR END NOT MY EQUIPMENT STOP PASSING BLAME!
