Wow finally forced these fraudsters at @TalkTalk to cancel my account without a fee. AVOID these guys at all costs if you want internet in your home. The worst I have ever experienced. Robot call centre staff that just pass you on, cut you off and tell you have a 'fantastic' day.

All I need when there is going to be a tube strike Monday and I'm delivering a 9.00am session to Med students on zoom, the internet goes down at home. All @TalkTalk can say is we can't deal with it now but raised it to 'critical' and will call back in 2-3 days!! Worst service! 😡

@TalkTalk My mother has moved into a care home and no longer needs her talktalk contract. Several calls: it will be disconnected April 12; it has been disconnected; give us your mobile we will ring you; she needs to go online - she is 96, no computer. It is still connected. Just awful!

  • TheBRMan1 TheBRMan (@TheBRMan1) reported

@TalkTalk been having repeated connection loss issues for probably just over a week now. Usually between 6pm and 7pm then it's fine. From about 5 pm yesterday it's been non stop. On for 5 mins off for a couple of mins etc etc

@handylibrarian @TalkTalk I feel your pain 100% - last time this happened to us someone knocked out a cable on a nearby street and it took them several days to find the problem. Hard to believe that reliable internet access is still so primitive. When we rely on it so much for so many things.
