@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk I’m a new customer to your broadband service. Installed last Monday. I had an issue with landline calls and raised with you. I’ve had no broadband for 6 days and I get the same excuses every time I call. I’m told it could be 2 more weeks! Worst customer service ever!
