    @fight_director @TalkTalk Stop your direct debit with them they'll soon be in touch with you. Had a similar issue with Vodafone once.

    @TalkTalk You could actually let people finish a call to cancel without cutting them off, pretending not to hear them, putting them through absolute trauma and stopping your people from asking more and more personal questions to try to retain a customer you're sadistically distressing.

    @TalkTalk are you aware some of the agents you use are using misinformation to try and sell your products? Just been told because my router was black, I must be on the copper cables (I have Fiber65). And they'd never seen a speed test as low as mine "ever", it was normal range.

    @TalkTalk Hi. Any issues in DE1 for talktalk today? Our internet is very slow/intermitent (has been all day). Tried usual stuff (restarting router, checking wifi channels etc..) Connection from router to internet is good, just performance is poor

    @virginmedia Now my contract with virgin media finished in April 2022 now I have to decide whether I stay with virgin or go to sky or talktalk I still have not heard if i get any compensation for loss of TV service

    @singsongjim @TalkTalk They wanted the router back also otherwise they'd try and charge me £50 I told them to shove it, I had thrown it away a mont ago, there NOT charging me now as I was never told about having to return it? What a joke. Get everything in writing with these idiots, never again.
