I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iβm hoping my luck carries on, but you never know π€

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided
