@TalkTalk I’ve been having internet problems for about 6 weeks. I thought that it was my phone, bought a new one last week. The problem persisted (keeps disconnecting). spent 6 hours yesterday morning writing an email I lost internet connection completely.

@TalkTalk Is there any direct contact to get through to someone to help with a recent 500mb FTTP install which is still capped at 85mb. ONT replaced by Openreach & Direct connection to ONT is still 85mb cap. Don't want to have to ring frontline support who can't grasp the issue.

@Valimatka @TalkTalk I'm on my second one from BT but I think it turned out one of the neighbours was actually having work done or a line put in that was interfering with my signal at the time, so my first router's probably fine.

@TalkTalk Talktalk that dont help but make you phone them for nothing and put you in debit and ask to dm for nothing as they dont help but lie and make you click every link as its bots answering.
