@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk I’m already a customer. Openreach have just laid full fibre to right outside my house. My neighbour is having it installed as we speak. The infrastructure is there and you advertise full fibre to the house on your site, but the postcode checker says not available.

So my 83 year old mother has no phone working and hence her red button falls alarm not working!@TalkTalk customer services have been next to useless on both chat box and on the phone. I cannot believe in this day and age that we can't get this essential service restored!
