@tescomobile As I suspected didnt have this issue with my old Andriod and as its my only source of Internet I'm begging to think I have a problem I have also contact @AppleSupport who have confirmed my suspicions so stuck with a phone I can't upgrade 😡😡😡😡

Hey @tescomobile you sent me my SAR request on a data stick but I don't have the password to open it. Could u provide? Also got my letter in as u have passed my debt to a third party. Ironically you would have been cheaper dealing with this as the FOS charge u £750 per complaint

@tescomobile @BrettMallinder Please look into your fellow employee Mr rich j puttick . He has been tweeting that he wishes the Queen would die. Unless tesco support this point of view? Many people are very angry at his nasty tweets.

@tescomobile tesco mobile chat is appallingly poor. I’m in a home from home country. Data switched off since 30/12/21. I landed on 29/12/21 it’s used my £30 buffer. Why have you done this. Maybe it’s time to change networks.

@tescomobile It is exactly the same situation as it was a fortnight ago. So. Do I stay with a network that is over capacity in the hope that someday it improves and still flinging you £7.50/mo, or look into changing networks.

It’s interesting how when I paid for 5GB of data on my old contract I never even used 3, now when I got a new contract with 3GB it always runs out, when I’m pretty much always home on WiFi… @tescomobile any explanation

@tescomobile Heya Callum, it was very strange. I tried everything - new browser, deleting cookies, etc. I went in circles with Online Chat but Tesco Mobile's Customer Service via Phone did give me a solution. Seems there is a fault in the online system! Many thanks
