As I have had my old no 15 years I cannot access the NHS HMRC UC eBay it goes on. The only customer service is in South Africa. @tescomobile have caused huge damage by moving PAYG to essentials. Also the app no longer works as it says my number is not a PAYG,

@tescomobile what is going on with your pay and go service topped up £20 and its eaten £10 in a day with only half hour browsing not happy

  • mason151950 Ryan Mason (@mason151950) reported

@tescomobile NO I WONT SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM! COMPLAINTS TEAM! THEY KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE! TAKEN MY MONEY BUT WONT GIVE ME ITEMS!

  • ThomsAdrian Adrian (not on Netflix) Thoms (@ThomsAdrian) reported

@tescomobile This is outdoors and I’m banging on because at a service area where at times there will be maybe hundreds of users of O2 network trying to use EV apps or plan their routes on Google Maps or Waze this is shoddy. I don’t expect 100% coverage on the road network but I do expect it at a service area. There can’t possibly be planning issues putting up a mast.
