@tescomobile your customer support is atrocious. simple upgrade fails to provision for 2 months now. In frustration I got a PAC code yesterday but even that did not work. Tescomobile you can check out but you can never leave.

@tescomobile, it's telling me to top up when I have an active bundle with minutes on AGAIN! When I call you on 282 (which goes through*) the closed questions (options) lead nowhere. (*This cannot be the mast nearby not working.)

👎WARNING: Don’t sign a new @tescomobile contract if ur thinking about getting an @apple iWatch, they’re the only network provider that doesn’t support it & wont let you cancel the contract. They forget to mention it when they read out the smallprint 🙄O2 do, but @Tesco don’t

@tescomobile Absolutely useless customer service and managers. After 3 weeks of my son getting a brand new iPhone and contract, still no data working. I’ve had to call literally twice a week and still no help. I’m going to cancel the contract and I’m not paying a penny more.
