@tescomobile I didn't believe it when people said how bad you were because I hadn't had any issues, other than the signal in my house, but now, I know why people have complained. 2 x sims deactivated by you in error and now no phone calls or texts. 15 minutes for manager to ring

I've been receiving "awful" service yet again @tescomobile... had asked for a manager to call me back several days ago? And more importantly, I can't use your site to put money on my PAYG phone, your website is just terrible!?? Can you assist please? Thank you.

@tescomobile I am absolutely astounding about how bad your network is! And you don't seem to care one tiny bit, customer service response is ahh well its in your terms and conditions that network can be poor ....awhh that makes it alright to ignore any further communication!!!

@tescomobile That's a pretty poor response overall. Disappointingly so. To be a matter of weeks away from 2023 and to get a "don't know" response on what your charging approach will be - seriously? I'll start checking out the alternatives then.

@tescomobile I will be contacting the ombudsman if the manager doesn't ring about the problems due to your employee not following correct procedures and leaving my son, who has medical conditions, without the use of a mobile phone because you can't unlock his Tesco phone. 13 mins

I would never use @tescomobile (mvno on the @O2 Network) again. Switched to @LebaraMobileUK (mvno on the Vodafone network) WiFi calling and just a superior service 👍

@tescomobile How about your customer services stop repeatedly hanging up on customers, in regard to your faulty app ripping off customers, when attempting to buy data bundles, being refused but then being charged for them anyway. Treating customers as the enemy is not a good idea!
