@tescomobile Hi Maria, it was ”processed” on 8/9 and I spoke to another customer services rep yesterday who said it can take 3-5 working days!!! So disappointed to say the least 😣

@tescomobile I already did that. It said that it's slow in my area and you're working to make it better or something. I just don't understand how it was fine until a week ago. V hard to watch videos etc
