Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

Hi @tescomobile . I believe 08000328354 is one of your numbers? I don't appreciate the cold calls, and if, as they stated, offers are only available over the phone rather than online the this is poor customer service. Offers should be the same everywhere for everyone.

@tescomobile Hi it wasn’t a general service issue. It was due to an event going on the the area, the air tattoo, there is normally extra support put on but this year there wasn’t.

@tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

@tescomobile We will not be accepting this offer and have asked to escalate the complaint but have been told after 1 phonecard we have exhausted your complaints procedure and will be proceeding with the Ombudsman. Ironically the 1 phonecal was with one of the advisors we are complaining about

@tescomobile terrible data signal in LL57 4UB today, considering how close to a mast I am it is often very poor on 4G.

@tescomobile It's been like this for several months now, so I doubt if it's anything that is being worked on. It seems more likely that it is network congestion or speed throttling which is disappointing. And it's definitely not my phone as I get fast speeds when in other part of the country

@tescomobile No point, your staff weren't exactly helpful, won't be renewing my 3 accounts with you again, if you know the service is not going to be available tell vulnerable customers, don't tell them to restart the device as that's simply inept

@tescomobile hi may I have some support. I've been a contract customer for a while. To be honest if I'm outside the house and not on WiFi. The best I get is h+ and e internet. I hardly ever get 4g. So my phone is pretty pointless outside the house.

@WhichUK how can you recommend @tescomobile? Their cust service is appalling. For 16 days my phone & data have not worked. I cannot call, receive calls or use data. I have chatted online & called them daily and even been into an @tescomobile shop & each time told 24hrs.
