@tescomobile can’t login to account through secure checkout, a pin gets sent to my phone but no option to input the pin and it says username or password are incorrect, I know for sure I am using correct password and username as I can login to my pay monthly acc as normal

@tescomobile I tried that yesterday & you refused to do anything & then cut me off without leaving me the opportunity to get the transcript of the conversation.Hours of our time wasted & you upset my mother, harassing her on the phone, making her worry about a debt she should never have had.

If you want a decent mobile service AVOID @tescomobile they are without doubt. The WORST mobile network I've ever had to misfortune to deal with. Rip offs of the highest order. I'm paying off my balance now then changing my network thank god.
