@tescomobile when will signal issues be resolved? Your online checker confirms a problem with a mast in the area but no indication of how long it will take to resolve. A bit of communication with your customers to keep them informed goes a long way!!

@tescomobile Several attempts?? It was once with a follow up email asking either to give time and dates of availability (which I did) to no follow up or another asking if email was easiest to reach me (again I did an no feedback) 4 weeks of terrible service an still waiting

@coolchris24 Just rung @tescomobile & spoke with Lorraine explaining issues and the line goes dead took ages to connect as well this has been happening since May. No call back from them.

@tescomobile My SIM card failed Thursday and I’ve had a replacement SIM from my local Tesco Store. Installed this Thursday night. But still waiting for it to be activated to my original number. Can you help?
