@tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

Hey @tescomobile I’m currently stranded in Czech Republic with no mobile signal at all (currently on Wi-Fi at a stranger’s place!) spoke for an hour to one of your operatives try to get me online so I can contact my friends and get around. Help!!! ASAP

Trying to contact @tescomobile about pre-Ordering my new phone and I’m so unhappy with the service given. They are telling me false information and have no idea what they are selling. Trying to make me go for a phone that I don’t even want to suit their needs🙃

@tescomobile So I’ve tried in a different phone and no different.. I’ve also spoken with friends and colleagues on tesco 02 and it seems the network is just bad.. looks like I’ll be going back to EE .. I had almost full 5G coverage and never a problem. To be using a phone now on 3G is poor.
