    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile Hey you do o ow the UK is nearly 80% white don't you? But you'd never think it watching your last TV adverts. It looked 80% BLACK & 20% White, never use you now

    @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.

    @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?
