@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile It doesn't seem to be just the one place it happens, I haven't had a replacement sim from you but I, generally, use the O2 sim as that's the number I use. The no network problem happens across both sims. But I only realise it when I want to use my phone. If anyone tries to......

@tescomobile Hello, I am afraid it’s back to one bar. The only thing that helps fix it is to go into the mobile data settings on the phone, select another network and then turn automatic network selection back on again. That’s a trick I saw from a video which still works.

@tescomobile contact me while the phones playing up I don't find out until I restart my phone again. This could be down for hours as I'm not allowed to use my phone at work.

@nickjenner101 @tescomobile The other networks have always increased prices mid-contract whereas Tesco Mobile have never done that. Most of their customers can still avoid price increases if they want, but I doubt you’ll ever see a £4.50 sim deal now tbh - hard to make any money out of it at that price

@Ofcom - I have had a @tescomobile phone for 20+ years & it used to automatically connect to local signal when abroad. This time it won’t. After 2 days of trying to communicate, they told me they had put a roaming bar on - WITHOUT either my knowledge or consent.
