There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

Dave Doohan (@drDoohan) reported@tescomobile That's really poor when you're pushed into a "deal" that isn't a deal. So effectively I end up going elsewhere because Tesco are inflexible. Yet you do sell Sim only after the phone is paid for. It's ridiculous.
