    @tescomobile Jade, my point is that subsequent payments were made. I have moved house, have received no letter of disconnection, there are mitigating circumstances here and I’m not sure why nobody is willing to even engage in finding a solution. This is an appalling way to treat a customer.

    @tescomobile I would just like to say thank you to Megan in your Mickleover store for brilliant customer service. She was on her own and had a big queue but never got flustered and gave each customer 100%. A credit to your company. I hope she is appreciated.

    @tescomobile £268 will be offset against longer term recurring revenue here, otherwise we will simply open a new account with another mobile phone network.

    @tescomobile again 2nd day without phone signal! Week without signal last month.. 4 phones on contract in our House and cant be used.. CF43 area #Frustrating

    @tescomobile Tesco have been utterly useless for me of late. Unable to make or receive calls for three weeks. Fobbed-off with "turn your phone on and off" type advice. The rollout of 5G is the problem!!!

    @tescomobile I’m having some issues 1) with my bill - please could you tell me where to find your t&c’s for contract cancellation 2) do you cancel contracts (and charge) without communicating this? Thanks

    @salliejane9 @Ohholycow @tescomobile Not sure if you meant myself or the other tweet but for me, yes and no. They never amended anything during the dates from my problem to recently when my bill was due. It simply reset back to zero gb and I was not bombarded by tesco for ‘excessive use’.
