  @tescomobile I upgraded the 4 sim only contracts I have with you, & decided to add a 5th contract with a new S26 over 3 years. Ordered, paid, & nothing arrived. Cust 📞 service told me it was deemed suspicious & cancelled. I tried in store , but it wouldn’t go through…1/2

  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @tescomobile is the app down as it’s not loading on mine or my partners phones? I’ve tried deleting and redownloading etc but it’s not working
