  @tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

  @tescomobile I’ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement.   @DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

  @tescomobile For any prospective customers. Every aspect of this has been awful. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...

  @tescomobile DO NOT get a tesco phone contract IF u live in Bournemouth BH4 area as signal non existent. Don't say it's good Tesco as it's NOT and never has been.
