@tescomobile As I suspected didnt have this issue with my old Andriod and as its my only source of Internet I'm begging to think I have a problem I have also contact @AppleSupport who have confirmed my suspicions so stuck with a phone I can't upgrade 😡😡😡😡

Having an absolute nightmare with Tesco Mobile Customer Care or rather the lack of it-my iphone is not charging no matter what I try-it has taken me five calls to get thought to customer service who can only offer me a repair-I am furious @tescomobile be warned.

@tescomobile It doesn't say you have engineers working on a problem, only that this area is very busy. Knowing a little about how cell networks function, my best conclusion is that you don't have sufficient bandwidth in this area for the number of users.

@tescomobile can you help? I have paid for a contract for 6 months which I can’t use. I have been given 5+ sims that fail to work. I keep going into store, given a new SIM card and no other solution. In the mean time I have had to pay for a pay as you go sim. Any ideas?

@alcatelmobileuk @tescomobile I contacted Alex at your customer services with information provifed by the the coder of the Big Font app in the Google playstore regarding fix but he said he could not guarantee anything. Meanwhile the font on my phone is tiny due to the bug in the update.
