@tescomobile As I suspected didnt have this issue with my old Andriod and as its my only source of Internet I'm begging to think I have a problem I have also contact @AppleSupport who have confirmed my suspicions so stuck with a phone I can't upgrade 😡😡😡😡

@tescomobile awful service, upgraded and phone arrives damaged and then when I try to get it sorted I’m passed from pillow to post and nobody is willing to sort it , will be cancelling the upgrade and looking elsewhere

@tescomobile @Tesco really bad service rang as don't use the phone to pay contact off told £109 to pay it off. line cut off after 20 mins on hold then no sir before we cancel it £131.94 fine I'll pay it. Then paid to close the account its another £12 will remove family contracts!

@tescomobile WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Waited for a complaint escalation call back (said within 5 days) nothing, had to call again to chase. They then called ONE RING and then text to say sorry we missed you complaints closed WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH
