    @tescomobile As I suspected didnt have this issue with my old Andriod and as its my only source of Internet I'm begging to think I have a problem I have also contact @AppleSupport who have confirmed my suspicions so stuck with a phone I can't upgrade 😡😡😡😡

    @tescomobile can somebody explain to me why I am being charge £150 for switching my phone on at Doha airport and then immediately putting it on flight mode. how can that warrant a £150 charge?? Your telephone customer service are advising then charge stands. Absolutely appalling

    @tescomobile @keithy1988 Its not hardware. Have family on tesco mobile, all dire for signal and speed. All worked fine on Vodafone. All poor since moving across. Never network or provider fault.

    @MrGouldthorpe @tescomobile Omg you too. New Samsung phone. SIM not working in it. 3 chats, 2 phone calls to "care" team. 2nd of which was rude and unhelpful. Finally "we'll send out a new SIM". 🤯 Better work this time.

    @tescomobile I just going to state it IMO phone at £57.00 is just aout good enough for calls of which i take one a week. Other than that its slow, sticks, doesn't allow me to post and the screen sticks - I'm a tech expert. Had o for my job, my last phone was wasted by ____unknown

    @tescomobile why is the speeds and signal so bad constantly in Glasgow! Know people on O2 who don't have nearly as bad a service

    @tescomobile Ordered my 3rd phone with you on my account for my father, tried tranfering his old number (which was pay monthly on my sisters account). Tried PORT and SWAP, nothing. Customer service on the app is a joke, said they fixed it and haven't. SIM is now Emergency only!
