It was a rare occurrence that happened only once but clearly @tescomobile have no compassion or morality.

I could document all the errors here but don't think you'd appreciate the negative publicity. And, to mention, none of this is my fault and have complied 100% with your terms.

Gary James Britten (@gazbritten) reported@tescomobile I went into store. They said my sim is not working and have given me one to replace the one in my phone. Annoying as it has let me down a few times and had to make a special journey to get this sorted. fingers crossed it fixes the problems

Oli (@oliwhiteguy) reported@tescomobile Since the about a month after getting the phone. The data doesn’t work 80% of the time and whenever I am out of a town city there is no service at all.
