    @tescomobile you've told my mum tonight she can't use her upgraded phone for 3 weeks due to sim change (to smaller sim) but no one told her this when she upgraded? And she was asked 3 times how she got the sim which you sent with the phone!! This is awful customer service

    @tescomobile DO NOT get a tesco phone contract IF u live in Bournemouth BH4 area as signal non existent. Don't say it's good Tesco as it's NOT and never has been.

    @tescomobile need help, pls. My duaghter has purchased her own phone via Tesco. I still have a sim only contract for her on my tesco account. She needs to cancel the sim only and transfer this number onto her new phone with new sim deal.

    @MRSREALOPINIONS @tescomobile @Tesco I have been with Tesco mobile for years now and never received scam calls/texts from them. Hopefully you flagging yours up helps others
