@tescomobile I have an old Blackberry that is locked to the Vodafone Network but they won't unlock it and say I have to ask Tesco as I bought the device from there. Will Tesco unlock the Phone?

@tescomobile DMd already "No issue" on your end, cannot cancel without penalty as data connection and calls/texts outside on 3 contracts we have. Wifi calling roll out slow. Signal inside is zero and patchy outside. Will post our signal image daily as a reference for potential new customers.

@tescomobile absolutely shocking customer service from Tesco Mobile once more. Was offered £30 compensation due to YOUR service outage for 3 weeks with no pre-notice given to customers. Your agent is a disgrace with his platitudes.
