    @tescomobile Disgusting service. My mother upgraded 2 weeks ago and you deactivated her sim. 2 weeks and she still hasnt recieved a new simcard. 2 weeks without a phone. Customer service is beyond a joke!!

    @tescomobile Ok well I’ve tried your chat thing it was a disaster. Took 20 mins from my workday to chat with “maria” who closed the chat before anything resolved and it said “how would u rate your service”? Will try again in evening but this is shocking service. Waitrose has no prob using DMs

    @tescomobile Hi just tried to redeem clubcard voucher using the code from my points and it came back with an error saying contact support, I tried the code again it came back with , code already used. Help please

    @tescomobile Nothing to do with that, network is bad my she’s with Giffgaff she had the same problem because runs on O2 network

    @tescomobile hi, I switched 3 sim contracts over from Sky today but all 3 sims are still showing as 'not registered on network'. I have called your live chat but all they have advised is to call your customer services!!! Not easy when the phones don't work! Any suggestions
