How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

rya (@rya89160347) reported@tescomobile Maybe, just maybe that's why the 'Big' networks are charging more, because their service works. Pay for this it's cheaper (subject to being outside and right next to a phone mast)

swanovic (@swanovic) reported@tescomobile I've just moved to tesco mobile & want to keep my old number. On placing my order I entered my PAC code online. I got an email saying to send a text or make a call from the new sim and that would prompt the number to port within 24hr. It hasn't yet ported. Pls help?
