@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

@tescomobile hi, there’s been a mast down now for ages near where I live - I know it’s out of your hands per say - but when is it going to be repaired I can hardly use my date when out & about without flicking in/out of airplane mode. Cheers.

@tescomobile Hi Sean , we’ve spoken to the sales team in store who logged a call with your support , we were given a number to call and basically were told we shouldn’t have called this number as they don’t deal with that sort of thing.

@tescomobile charging me over €150 for data I used (in 1 day) of despair is horrible. After years of being a loyal customer, they can keep that nbre bse I can't afford to pay 150 and it's extremely inconsiderate to not make allowances for these things. I would 100 not recommend!

@tescomobile @Stephanie_Jane_ I have DMd. Only at home do I get this. I am now in my car outside my home and get 4g no problems. Only in rooms at home are there problems.
