    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @PhysicsAndy @Plusnet @tescomobile Tesco contract SIMs don’t yet have full contract SIM access to the O2 network, so only have PAYG access to O2. I’m guessing it’s probably the same issue, too.

    Terrible service from @tescomobile since switching. Spoken to webchat 3 times, been into store twice, and nobody can explain why my old no hasn’t been transferred properly. Can’t ring to complain as I can’t use my phones to make calls as the transfer hasn’t happened properly…

    @tescomobile No phone signal in RH16. The @O2 network checker says they are doing upgrades until 27th! You don't offer WiFi calling so what are my options?

    @tescomobile All it says is it can get busy we never once had an issue until the 5g lines where put in around our area now all problems poor connection loss of connection and unable to hotspot the simplest of things

    @tescomobile I don't remember getting one. Mind you it is only when I'm at work mainly. But I only used to be 4g not 5g so could it just be the signal for 5g isn't as stronge where I am?
