I have made several visits to the store, countless calls to customer services, not to mention going overdrawn as a result of your mistake. It’s a joke.

I have a basic model alcatel 1- not happy with the bloody thing=- any ideas as to why messages are failing to send/recieve??

Leaving all without services sometimes for days? Your technical support is poor to all what they advising is to wait!
