I don’t get any internet or the signal drops out. I am a vulnerable customer so if the hospital can’t get hold of me what am I to do?

andrew anthoney ⚫️⚪️ (@andytoon30) reported@tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?
