    @tescomobile Hey, loving this new 'guess when you'll have network' game. Been going on since 28th Feb...getting told it's 5 working days then another 5 days. No one ever updates me. Is there a leader board or prizes?

    @tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

    @tescomobile tesco mobile & its O2 piggy back a ******* shambles, A rubbish network, I wont pay to leave but Nov end of contract I'm off, tired of **** network connection (fob off customer service) on a very regular basis, yes fecking shambles

    @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

    @tescomobile my signal is down AGAIN and I keep missing important medical calls/texts. I have a telephone appointment tomorrow Iโ€™m worried Iโ€™m going to miss it. Can you please find out when itโ€™s going to be fixed?

    @tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.

    @tescomobile I have paid for two Sim cards which were sent to the wrong address. The third one also has not turned up either. I hope you can help this time. Also I have paid you 20 pounds for the first 2 Sim cards.

    @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.
