Anyone tempted by @tescomobile deals - DON’T. Cancelled in 14 day cooling off period mid Jan,never used the service,still they keep billing me. 5 phone calls so far, assured it’s resolved but yet another email today demanding payment Awful customer service

@tescomobile following my dad's death you now rank as the WORST company I have had to deal with. Despite assurances you cut my moms mobile off, isolating her. Despite 3 complaint escalations, no one in your faceless organisation wants to own and resolve your errors.

@tescomobile I did, although it is clear it’s a manufacturer’s malfunction. Tesco repair team are demanding £450, customer care is dead, they don’t care, just want more money. The phone is new, they say they don’t talk to @SamsungUK yet happy to sell their product. Treatment is disgusting

@tescomobile Did also win an award for crap signal? I often find myself with 3G coverage or my internet being really slow around peak times. Never have a problem with my EE work phone. 12 months left on my contract and I’m off.

Bought new Z Flip4 which malfunctioned (not flipping impacting screen) from @tescomobile. Greedy Tesco demanding £450 to fix it, saying @SamsungUK don’t cover manufacturers fault. How is this even possible when your product stopped working as it should? You only are about money?
