Jonesy (@craigyjones1983) reported@tescomobile @cyclist13 Afternoon. It’s tough to estimate the signal strength AFTER I’ve left the area. I need to know why the signal in the Swansea area around the ground and 1/2 mile radius is so bad ON a match day

Barbara (@BarbaraSutton15) reported@tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)

Jacob Valentine (@JayV1994) reportedWhat’s even the point in you lot? No signal anywhere in the entire country you’re ******* **** ! @tescomobile

Lee James (@wots_kraken) reported@tescomobile @RossGraham4780 It's not just area. I have 5g and I can have one bar etc and the signal is worse than old 3G. Let's be fair signals are a scam. Saying best 4G and best 5G etc when it's actually worse now. I can't wait til my contract is up. Im leaving Tesco and wouldn't recommend

🏌🏼♂️ (@Mr_k_hills) reported@tescomobile I’ve started a contract with you 2 weeks ago.. I ported my old number to you using my pac code. Since then I can’t make calls or text or use data off of WiFi.. and any contact I have with customer service I’m getting fobbed off. Can you fix this
-
Dave (@DjPre) reported@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable

Rob McPhee (@Rob_McPhee_UK) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.
