@tescomobile Hi it wasn’t a general service issue. It was due to an event going on the the area, the air tattoo, there is normally extra support put on but this year there wasn’t.

@tescomobile needs to better support the Google Messages app. I quite like using the Google Assistant to send texts and it always comes back saying failed

AND I need help from you @tescomobile. My Google Messages STILL won't activate. I've tried all the online steps and sent a deactivation request to @Google (but haven't heard anything). How do I get this fixed?

@tescomobile frequent very poor 4g data speed in East Kilbride for past few months. Used to get a minimum of 10mbps at any time of day but now routinely get less than 2mbps throughout the day. Makes streaming video virtually unuseable.

@tescomobile Really disappointed with lack of customer service. My sim stopped working while abroad and I requested an unblocking code to get another sim. Was told up to 7 days and that code would be sent by text. Told not possible to get via email straight away /1
