@tescomobile my wife spent half an hour on hold, successfully answered security questions and purely because the account is in her maiden name, your call handler refused to speak. She was trying to settle a bill issue. What is the point of security questions? Pathetic.

@tescomobile I've done all that...multiple times. Always no issues in your area. But it's not just one area. Most of Norfolk where I travel to I hardly get a good signal. I use to praise the network but its become a joke

@tescomobile Been doing that for over a month and the status never changes. We ordered a part. Missed some really important calls as I'm sure everyone else using this network have!

@tescomobile after hanging on listening to boring music for 20 mins your customer service is awful I would steer clear of this company I will definitely take my new contract elsewhere I only wanted to upgrade

@tescomobile truly awful service today ordering a replacement SIM. Call handler put me on hold 4 times, asked for my last name then uesd it twice as if it were my first name, then went to process order for SIM without checking which number on the account (there's 3) 1/2

@CatherineKissMe @tescomobile I have a friend that had the same thing happen, robbed of their data by #Tesco ...so much so they changed network, and Tesco STILL tried to charge them, even after they'd been on their new network for 2 MONTHS!

@tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m

@tescomobile omg, your customer service is appalling and slow. My Mum has been waiting since Friday for a number transfer from 1 tesco contract to a new tesco contract and still nothing!
