  @tescomobile I have had no mobile data since porting my number, been sent a replacement sim which hasn’t worked everyone at customer service just says it’s completed when it clearly hasn’t as it is not working

  @tescomobile No chance of any message - it’s a holiday today. Very simple bank error has locked payments. Your instore staff refused payment. The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.

  @tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message,welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data,put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

  @AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

  @DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile They turned the 3G signal off which I know has caused me to lose signal in one area I used to have it.
