  @tescomobile you are disgusting my 90 yr old father has heart failure /dementia can’t make or receive calls for 5 days others on the same network can was told the phone mast is down but he also needs a new SIM card to resolve this but you are refusing to send him a new one

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.

  Hi @tescomobile I have had no service on my phone for 17 days. Customer service say they can't give any idea of how much longer this will go on. I have a child at nursery & an ill father in a care home. I need to be reachable by phone. Can you help, please?

  @tescomobile are u having payment issue today as cant get my first payment through on the S25 ultra deal... We have the emails and have received the digital signature code but then get get told try again later... So, are there payment issues or no phone stock...Ta.
