Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

1234 (@MissKillikelly) reported@tescomobile I did a network reset and still no joy. A member of your team told me to raise a formal complaint and this will be responded to within 24-48 hours. AGAIN, this has still not been fulfilled. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I want this resolving ASAP!

Rhys 🦢🦢 (@RhysSCFC_) reportedBest thing I ever done was bin @tescomobile off. The whole network is a sham, using O2 masts. Have had issues for years and nothing seems to improve just get worse. Changed to @EE today and literally had 5G everywhere I go where normally I couldn’t read an email before.

The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile
