@tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

Surly as @tescomobile aren’t able to hold up their end of the contract by providing me with service I should be able to terminate the contract without cost? They do not provide the services that I pay for.

  • notoriousgreen1 notorious green (@notoriousgreen1) reported

@tescomobile Nope we are all on Tesco in this house and we are having the same problems as bob up the road and Mary in the next town!! It's not our new phones that we have all just been and up graded or the sims it's your Dodge network, apparently you know there is a problem in this area!!!

  • NickHackett2 Nicholas (@NickHackett2) reported

@O2 @tescomobile @actionfrauduk This is the message about your networking line phone mast Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it. Can someone at 02 actually fix it or put a new one in

  • CaronHarrison9 Caron Harrison (@CaronHarrison9) reported

  • gazbritten Gary James Britten (@gazbritten) reported

@tescomobile I went into store. They said my sim is not working and have given me one to replace the one in my phone. Annoying as it has let me down a few times and had to make a special journey to get this sorted. fingers crossed it fixes the problems

  • SJamesAuthor Steph (@SJamesAuthor) reported

It’s funny how @O2 @tescomobile and @virginmedia all say there is nothing wrong with the signal in my house, yet it drops constantly. Even tweets take a long time to be sent. I wish they’d just be honest and admit it’s crap in my area, than keep lying to my face.
