  @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

  @tescomobile shocking service from this provider following a recent family bereavement. It’s nearly a week since the issue was raised with them and still no resolution (despite calling them 5 times). If you want good customer care then I would look elsewhere

  @tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile hello, my phone is saying emergency calls only and not registered on network, ive restarted, done a network reset etc. I cant receive a text to verify my tesco mobile app and this number im calling from teams doesnt work 03450330000 please help

  @tescomobile seems to be saying its fine but its not. 30mile journey from one town to another and getting terrible to no signal the whole journey. when it is showing 5g and 2-4 bars Internet still not loading. also zero bars on phone signal.
