Scott Dixon (@scott_expert) reported@iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

Bully in the alley 🍻 (@WeeLeeMcD) reported@tescomobile Restarted phone, still no joy. I'm not on Facebook. Have tried your customer service (absolutely shocking, lied to me multiple times). I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

Scott Small (@scottjsmall) reported@tescomobile you are great at taking our money, but when it comes to leaving, you just lie. I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size

Ian (@iancharris) reported@HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.
