@tescomobile I do its the phone from you! The screen is cracked beyond use ive been using a borrowed one for a yr with no issues! When im not on Wi-Fi i dontt have internet either! I will try to reply but now at work

@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile There is no point in more DMs. I have communicated with 5 chat people in India, your Twitter team for 5 hours, called on the phone and been into a store. The problem is Mi-Pay Ltd. You need to change to a reputable company.

@tescomobile I have been trying without success to update my bank information for payments for a week. The problem is the shady company you use to process payments "Mi-Pay Ltd" who can't even spell in English. They don't wish to be contacted directly as their email box is "full".
