@tescomobile trying to sort a phone del' customer service from you & DPD is shocking. DPD lied about del 12/2 then when rearranged for 14/2 which I had email conf' they decided to send back to you. Now cancelling order and shopping elsewhere.

@tescomobile I applied for a card weeks ago as each time I’ve tried on line, your system says I have one and need to enter random digits from my current card? I don’t and to my knowledge have never had a Tesco card? Someone was meant to get back to me and I’ve heard nothing....

@tescomobile I've been a customer since 2014!! Doesn't any communication work between colleagues? Simple enough to see the dd is set up for one mobile and no requests to cease the number remaining. It takes 2 hours to get anywhere I'm in need of you to take the dd . Not pester son for money.
