There doesn't appear to be any problems in your area, try turning your phone off and on again. The IT Crowd strike again 🙄 Down Detector tells a different story.

It's unavailable and no matter how many DM's I've sent with online chat, nothing has helped. 'Give it 4 hours,' Still nothing

No flexibility comment relevant - absolutely no way they're going to allocate someone to sort the probem, no way to talk to technical people about problem. Inflexible (and incompetent!)

But the answer to a reasonable enquiry made me want to leave tesco mobile for good and never set foot in a Tesco again. Amazed at the lack of flexibility. 14 years of paying u. No loyalty.

It would be better if I could give ‘them’ feedback, but I’m just a loyal customer of 14 years and you’re the gatekeeper. Seems pointless you giving feedback to anyone really.

I am due a refund of just over £400 for a final bill even tho I have not left Tescomobile,I was told the refund would be 3-5 days and still waiting!! Called again got no help.

☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported@tescomobile Just ordered a new sim card. Assistant said while the new sim is on its way to me service will cease until my new sim arrives. I thought the service was only interrupted during the actual swap? Could you clarify which is right…thanks.
