@tescomobile I do its the phone from you! The screen is cracked beyond use ive been using a borrowed one for a yr with no issues! When im not on Wi-Fi i dontt have internet either! I will try to reply but now at work

@tescomobile The Tesco complaint policy didn't say "chase us endlessly until we respond", it just said escalate to @OmbudServices after 8 weeks, which I did. Sadly, they feel I need to chase more, so I have today...

Disappointed to have my complaint rejected by @OmbudServices as apparently I haven't tried hard enough to contact @tescomobile... hard when they won't even answer my letters. Another four weeks wasted there...👏👏👏

@tescomobile We're home now but that explains why we all had issues then so maybe @O2 can enlighten us as to whether we should of expected such sketchy service. Absolutely fine for calls and SMS but anything requiring mobile data connection was generally quite poor.

@klambechops @tescomobile I've had issues too. My account looks to have been hacked by somebody else. I now cant access my account. Trying to explain it to Tesco mobile is useless. I want to have another contract. I'm about to change to Virgin. I've had enough.

@tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.
