    once again @tescomobile you never fail to seriously disappoint me with the shittest service i have ever known. You as a company are incapable of keeping your side of a contract and your staff are incapable of carrying out their jobs to even a satisfactory standard.

    pretty sure a company like @tescomobile has a duty to provide decent customer care. I have been failed by them and they have lost 2 of my legal documents they requested as proofs !! @TradeStandards surely companies cannot get away with failing to provide adequate service

    Tried to find a way with @tescomobile seems like the only way is to leave. Suggest anyone thinking this may be a good choice think again. Their admin.promises and philosophy for customer help is sadly not there

    @tescomobile my wife has spent hours calling you about an issue with the data disconnecting on her phone, the data switching between wi-fi and 5G failing. 7 weeks and a replacement phone/SIM still has the problem. Cancel her contract asap and take your phone back please.

    God damn disgraceful service of lying staff 3 years I been with u . And I feel a manager taking up to 48 hours to ring me back even not having a phone could end up causing my death cheers @tescomobile know how to value customers. Every little helps my arse **** u

    @tescomobile OMG what a shambolic new customer experience. We stupidly entrusted you to transfer 4 numbers and spent hours on the phone giving pac codes. Turns out you had not done your part. Only found out when we called to find out about delay. Anyone transferring be warned.

    Fast forward to this morning. I realised what was wrong and called our doctors. I got an apt but they said someone would need to see him. I rung #111 who to be fair had a nurse ringing back really quickly. BUT apparently there was a problem with @o2 and @tescomobile use o2 masts.
