  Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  @tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

  @tescomobile Selling contracts in an area where a mast is broken whilst showing someone an o2 network checker which showed good signal is just plain dodgy

  2/2 I was promised some credit on a temporary number but I had to phone back in 2 hours to get it added on. I asked if the customer care line would still be open at 7:45pm assured it would be and surprise surprise - they’re closed. Absolutely no service from @tescomobile

  @tescomobile @1986siggy Hi Tesco mobile our family facing the same problem is like to E mail Tesco r power of attorney issue if account holder can no longer cancel account due to lack of capacity/ death. Please supply contact E mail for this. Thank you.

  @tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

  Just spent the last 40 minutes on the phone to @tescomobile (4th call in 2 weeks) regarding a simple query or so I thought was a simple query but I'm still out of pocket. Come on @tescomobile for such a big company very poor customer service.

  @tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

  @tescomobile have been nothing short of a shitshow!! I’m so angry with the customer service i’ve received with an issue thats taken over 4 months and now, after DELETING MY NUMBER, they’re refusing to call me!! It’s made me want to move away from @Tesco completely! 😡😡😡😡

  @tescomobile I’ve contacted you many times over the last 2mths, always being assured you’re aware of the problem;yet here we are my phone still comes up with no caller ID, I’m trying to run a business it’s very difficult to do. I await your reply.
