Tesco Mobile Issues Reports Near Stalbridge, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Stalbridge and nearby locations:

  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  • ClaireInOz Claire Mawdsley (@ClaireInOz) reported from Gillingham, England

@tescomobile Great. He just made it so easy and was so polite and lovely. Really brilliant customer service makes me want to stick with @tescomobile

@tescomobile But you leech off of the o2 network don’t you? That can only mean 1 thing. You have no doubt applied the same pressure you apply to fruit & veg growers for reduced prices. Not really an ethical thing to do to b!tch about other suppliers when you are screwing them over is it?

  • Nick2169Bruce N B P (@Nick2169Bruce) reported

@tescomobile No o2 customer unfortunately good news is contract ends this year.

  • arw84 Adam Whiteley (@arw84) reported

@tescomobile Same as you do at the petrol pump. Yet you struggle to drop the price when the costs go down.

  • Sound_invments Sound-investments (@Sound_invments) reported

@tescomobile Really gate Tesco si would never ever buy anything there

  • SarahNTA_media Sarah (@SarahNTA_media) reported

@tescomobile it's great that you don't raise your prices but do you have any plans to introduce wifi calling any time soon because signal is getting worse and can't rely on it to make or receive calls

  • tommijoga Tommijoga (@tommijoga) reported

@tescomobile I find this tweet pretty odd... slating the "big mobile networks" but you use O2 as an MVNO. Sounds like you need a big network to operate? 👀

  • douglasfilmuk Craig Douglas (@douglasfilmuk) reported

@tescomobile My phone is two weeks old, how would I fix if it’s my SIM card

  • RuleByLogic Let's Logic (@RuleByLogic) reported

@tescomobile Are you able to beat 60gb for £10 per month? SMARTY just doubled my data allowance at no extra cost. And it's a rolling one month contract. Best network I've been with.

  • grumpysorrysort John Mason (@grumpysorrysort) reported

@tescomobile spent hours upgrading to i11, over 24 months. Then get agreement through for 36 months. Then told we do not sign agreement and have to through upgrade again as it cannot be altered. We have done nothing wrong. Bad customer service.

  • Rumble_Strutter Rumble_Strutter (@Rumble_Strutter) reported

@tescomobile Simple ways to get my business: Charge for texts/calls that I make - no contracts that charge whether I use my phone or not. Do not charge for things I don't use or want, like data. Don't say it can't be done, because that's exactly the service I've had in the past.
