Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile is there and issue with your signal. Both me and my husband are ok your network and neither of us have signal. We have turned our phones on and off but it makes no difference.

@Tesco @tescobankhelp @tescomobile As a customer of all 3 I'm afraid after the ludicrous behaviour of Tesco staff in Gillingham not allowing an AED to be used to save a life I'll be looking elsewhere

@tescomobile perhaps keeping a case email address open until the customer is satisfied would help solve complaints quicker, especially after losing the phone sent for repair and promises to call back just don't happen...
