Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile The app won’t let me in at all. I can log into my account via browser but cannot do anything except view a bill. Webpages are also very slow (this is only on your site) and my broadband is working without issue

@tescomobile Every time my grandad up grades he sticks with the same amount of minutes, texts and data. Gets an entry level smartphone your service team advises him to get. But his contact keeps increasing.

@Albman55 @tescomobile If you're on O2 you may as well switch to Tesco to avoid increase in bills, it's the same network which covers 99% of the country

@tescomobile But Tesco offer a materially inferior service on those networks. You're gifting and pretending to be my mate.

@tescomobile My bills have consistently fallen (or improved package for same price) with @iD_Mobile_UK plus Three network is only one that anyone can use where we are. Would love to have O2 as we run a guesthouse and it's a regular issue. Any plans to improve coverage?
