How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasng activated, I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam them @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my £25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

I can only assume the call is scripted and this threw the customer services *** completely off track! I've just told her to cancel the Direct Debit.
