    @tescomobile Not a particularly great experience requesting a PAC code from you just now. I realise there may be little or no financial incentive for you in this scenario, but is the customer experience totally without regard?

    @tescomobile It got sorted in the end. The problem was the time it took. Over 4 hours. So frustrating!

    @tescomobile Hello, I waited over 2 hours to get through on the online chat, eventually made it but the person I was on to had ‘technical difficulties’ & disappeared. This happened twice! Is there a better/easier/quicker/less infuriating way to speak to customer services?

    @TDenyard CEO of Tesco Mobile. @tescomobile Shocking. Been with Tesco mobile for 20 years. My disabled Wife's phone is damaged 18 months into her contract. Tesco partner We-fix scammed her out of £120. Tesco didn't want to help with a refund.

    @tescomobile can you help keep my number, I've text swap, however I received a message to say I need to ring,after waiting for someone to answer I've been cut off 3 times now. It says the details supplied aren't right.
