  • CarlHar22800367 Gene Poole (@CarlHar22800367) reported

@tescomobile Is there anyway I can log in & manage my account online without the phone in my possession? It keeps wanting to send a OTP, but the phone is with my daughter who lives on a farm (poor signal), so can’t always receive texts?

  • leweygee1 Lewis (@leweygee1) reported

@tescomobile Yeh I am sorry too that I thought a company would allow you to use what you have paid for. I don't go to a restaurant and find that they have taken away my dinner before I finksh because they are ready to serve dessert. 100% lost a long time customer what a shame.

  • Wifeydee_PJA Dee (@Wifeydee_PJA) reported

@aquatic_reviews @tescomobile @O2 You do realise that Tesco piggybacks on o2 network right, if I’ve ever had an issue I would go on chat to them and it gets sorted so hope o2 can sort it for you, the bill is only going up by like a few pence the reason Tesco won’t do that is because the prices are already up to

  • thatjensenwoman Helen Louring Jensen (@thatjensenwoman) reported

@tescomobile my partner is a TM customer and currently in the USA on an army exercise. He can’t connect to AT&T, despite repeated attempts, and appears to have used up the whole of his safety buffer trying to do so. To add insult to injury, you’ve locked him out of his account!

  • RayRosario21 RayRos21💙 (@RayRosario21) reported

@tescomobile I recently made the mistake of moving to EE. Overcharged on my very first bill, advised of a price increase coming at the end of March and awful customer service. Thankfully I was able to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period and now happily back with Tesco...thank goodness!

  • Royst3r Royston® (@Royst3r) reported

@tescomobile @EE Then service has gone dramatically down hill, yes I know there is a pandemic but almost impossible to get through to them. I've been a good customer for a while and think I deserve better.

  • Shornoff Tony Rothwell (@Shornoff) reported

@tescomobile Please take this tweet as notice that I wish to cancel with effect from May 15, 2021 but I wish to keep my number and would like a PAC code.

  • megs_13 Megs 💙 (@megs_13) reported

@tescomobile Is there a way to cancel my pac code going over though

  • Bbroom74 🦅 bbroom74 🦅 (@Bbroom74) reported

@KetamineMr @klasing @tescomobile They've taken £50 in 2 months from me when it should only be £7.50 a month. It's only an emergency phone for my son. He doesn't even use it for calls and is well within the data usage each month.

  • amy_superginge S U P E R G I N G E (@amy_superginge) reported

@tescomobile help, there's something wrong with my bill! 😕
