    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile It is an iPhone X and as well know from Google, battery longevity is an issue, so in addition under the Sale of Goods and Services act (or whatever it is these days!) it is not lasting a reasonable time nor is the fault not present at time of sale (since it's common)

    @tescomobile so far I'm at 30minutes on your call waiting.... Quality service. And the tune playing on repeat would make you consider death a better option.

    @tescomobile Firstly, Which say different on warranty as does the law for documented common faults. Secondly, you did not collect the phone and your operative yesterday was trying to say that there was no record (and I thought you wrote everything down). It was reported under warranty

    @tescomobile iv just bought a Samsung galaxy 4g watch , which won't connect to the o2 network, it would be fine if I was another mobile network, can you advise Best regards Dave pass
