Sam Moore (@mooreslaw83) reported from Lochwinnoch, Scotland@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

Colette Houlihan (@Colly_wobbles) reportedAsking @tescomobile If you don't see my credit applied, is this a fraudulent site? You're set up to pay for the online top-up service using your registered card, managed by Mi-Pay Ltd. Mi-Pay has collected the payment from your card.

Emily G (@emble64) reported@cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?

Chris (@geordiechris48) reported@tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?
