  @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile started a new way of creating extra revenue-by disconnecting pay as you go phone-coz they don’t generate enough revenue-so imagine how much credit they stole by disconnecting your phone&mine?when I complained- I was told tough **** we ain’t reconnecting SHAME ON YOU

  Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile

  @tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests you’ve still charged me double my rate for a ‘new’ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer 👋

  @tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him

  @tescomobile tesco mobile & its O2 piggy back a ******* shambles, A rubbish network, I wont pay to leave but Nov end of contract I'm off, tired of **** network connection (fob off customer service) on a very regular basis, yes fecking shambles

  @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network
