    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile The problem is when you look at comparison sites TESCO mobile is not the cheapest for the consumer and often far more expensive. SMARTY, LEBRARA and dare I mention it ASDA MOBILE are far much cheaper to the pocket than Tesco. So who is taking the pischatio?

    @tescomobile Could someone (anyone!!) please contact me?! I have an ongoing issue as a result of a fault your end that has still not been resolved over 2 months later!! I am not getting the service I am paying for! I am beyond frustrated now 😩

    @tescomobile @Burnside_5 My contract doesn't rise during my contract period. And the price will remain the same after end of contract, until I actually renew the contract. You network connection is pants and you cost more than my provider for less items in my now contact. No way will not go with Tesco.

    @tescomobile any idea when the network problems are going to be resolved? Impossible to send or receive texts for at least 4 days now.

    @tescomobile There are no known issues, already checked. Almost 2 weeks now and no reply when you text "balance" to get your balance. It was a useful service, makes no sense that you stopped it. @tescomobile Would also have appreciated prior warning that you increased my bill.
