@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile hello. My son has topped his phone up and used it this morning, but it’s now saying he has no credit! He’s only used less that a 1gb of data, so can’t have used it already. Please help, only so much stroppy teenager I can cope with!

So I wanted to get a phone from in October and cancelled it because of their appalling customer service, now they want to charge me £1200 for a phone I never received. Despairing, not sure what to do, no one sorts out anything @tescomobile. Crying, they just want to fob me off

@tescomobile The watch which was part of the promotion was actually a Xiaomi smart band not a Samsung and why would I as the customer need to go chasing this as I paid Tesco to supply it surely it would be Tesco who would need to follow up with their supplier

@MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 1 You wait 'till you need the PUK code to use a different network that employs staff who have brains of more than a mere couple of brain-cells. You simply won't achieve it. Yull find all your efforts to be hopeless. Tesco mobile simply hasn't got a clue how to run ......
