1/2 @tescomobile I’ve researched a lot before choosing you from my regular provider. However after waiting 40 minutes to be seen, had 1 customer push in front of me just because he was a @Tesco employee then finally see an adviser....

@tescomobile There's no physical damage to the device or any liquid damage either, it's just the pre applied screen protector that is not advised to be removed has started coming away at the crease where the device folds

@tescomobile @Frankieboy1926 No plans is not a guarantee, if you at looking to you would spread your service over two or more network providers.

@tescomobile Also another quick question is it possible to make multiple payments to pay the remainder of the phone off or would it have to be down all in one bulk

@tescomobile Very easy for you to say when you’re an MVNO who doesn’t actually own, operate, or invest in their own network coverage. 2020/2021 saw the biggest surge in data usage for decades, upgrading the infrastructure costs money. Not to mention morons burning during brand new 5G Masts.

@VSDawson @tescomobile Well profit margin has decreased over the pandemic from 4.1% in 2019, 4.4% In 2020 and then down to 3.1% for financial year 2021... So not a lot of profit at all in terms of money put in.
