    @tescomobile Thanks. I went online but you need to login. If I login it'll be into my own pay monthly accouaandcandI order a voucher from there despite not needing one?and I don't know his login credentials to do it as him. My dad's phone is a trad - he doesn't have a smartphone with email.

    @tescomobile is there a problem with the network. Am not receiving SMS or calls but can send and make them.

    the year is 2021 and companies are still using indian call centres with staff that cant complete even the most basic of tasks. 5 minutes of blood-boiling poor service from @O2 and im literally shaking with anger. Remind me again why i'm not w/ tesco mobile already? @tescomobile

    The @tescomobile phones come with monthly data so are ideal for members who are likely to move around frequently or in temporary accommodation with no wifi or poor signal.

    @tescomobile rubbish service, can't get call waiting working and now I'm having to leave, less than a week after joining, as I require this bog standard feature to be working. It worked fine on another provider in same phone. "Customer Care", more like "Customer Can't" team...

    @IanMartin55 @NeilDavoDavies1 Our reception here is intermittent so I find it easier to contact my colleagues who also have iphones I got a good deal from @tescomobile on the contract price & the cost of the phone far (Tesco use the O2 network) better than my previous O2 account it pays to shop around.

    I dropped my iPhone into the river this morning, but I'm up and running on a new phone with the same number less than 12 hours later thanks to excellent service from @tescomobile at Crewe Tesco Extra, who were very helpful. I will try not to throw this one in the river!

    Well, that's my Nokia 216 finally sorted out, finally received a SIM card, and requested for an e-Top Up card too. Now l need to register my clubcard and the e-Top Up card to the mobile, soon as it arrives. Thanks to @tescomobile for the help, I can't wait to use my new cellphone
