@BigTallTweets1 @tescomobile I just think they are all taking advantage Mark it’s doing my head in! The service charge on my flat was being increased by £90 a month! I went through the accounts and they were incorrect and I got it reduced by £30 but it’s still crazy xx

Apparently it is OK that @tescomobile keeps customers without service since January & into March then fob them off with a standard mass text response. Still collecting payments too. No compensation from a company which predicts profits of 2.5 billion this year. #VeryLittleHelp
