    @tescomobile shame on you. After being told both my mobile phones were out of contract now you’re trying to charge me over three hundred pounds for cancelling early. It’s impossible to contact you by phone and your online chat can’t help 😡😡😡

    @tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m

    @tescomobile after hanging on listening to boring music for 20 mins your customer service is awful I would steer clear of this company I will definitely take my new contract elsewhere I only wanted to upgrade

    @tescomobile Are there faults on the network? Attempts at outbound calls are met with an "unrecognised number" announcement. Incoming calls from landlines are accepted.

    @tescomobile the worst customer service been without signal on my phone for 3 weeks changing over from pay as you go to contract 😒

    @tescomobile I really wish your website would work. Trying to upgrade and it doesn’t even let me log in. Seems to be a common problem from scrolling through twitter 🙄
