@tescomobile Hi, I wanted to transfer my number from another network to you when gifted a new phone. On Sunday I followed the instructions, and got a text saying I’d be texted in the next 24 hours to let me know when my number would be changed. I haven’t received it yet.

@tescomobile Sorry? I paid for a MONTH not 8 days! It's a MONTHLY tariff, and you have to, by law, provide it for a MONTH not 8 days!! A monthly payment covers a MONTH!! Anything less HAS to be pro rata, end of! Why are you not aware of the law, it overrules your T+Cs and complaint procedure!

LOL! @tescomobile advisor believes it's ok to charge for a full month's service for just 8 DAYS usage because a new phone joins the cycle of an existing phone... let's see what @Ofcom have to say about that then!!! #ChargingForServicesNotProvided #Illegal #ripoffbritain

@mouthwaite @EE Also agree with @tescomobile . I have 3 contracts with them ( was 4 till one of the kids started paying their own ) fantastic customer service wouldn't go back now to anyone else

@mouthwaite @EE EE is awful. They over charged me on my bill one month when I phoned to say it was wrong they told me I had to pay it or be blacklisted. I moved to @tescomobile and have been with them years! Best decision 👏🏻
