It has NOTHING to do with the charges as the phone did NOT work at all until I landed back in the UK at LHR. Lucky for you there was NO emergency I had to deal with !

Richard Maunder (@rjm101163aux) reported@tescomobile Why did your staff in Bournemouth NOT tell me this then how many more honest taxpayers have been let down ?? If your staff had been honest then I could have just gone straight back to O2 and been looked after a lot BETTER by them.

It's NOT the charges that are a problem it's the fact it did NOT work at all ?? So I will be going back to O2 like I have used in the USA and The Bahamas.
