  @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code I’ve been informed I’ll be charged £220 to terminate the contract!!

  @tescomobile Says no issues. The problem is it been going on for several months. Reported again for now. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

  @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

  @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

  @tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile Hi, i seem to have an increasing number of people telling me they ring me and although they say my phone seems to be ringing i often get no ringing at my end, wife has same issue BL8 area
