    @tescomobile I got a text to say I owe ยฃ785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! ๐Ÿ™„

    @tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

    A bit peeved at @tescomobile. Tried getting @MatthewCutmore4's PAC code online. No joy. Tried phone, no one answers. We have four contracts with you. It really shouldn't be this difficult to leave the network

    Morning @tescomobile , do you have a known problem in Central Slough with coverage, both me and another colleague had no service yesterday in and around the bus and train stations also happened one day last week, never had an issue before, be grateful if you could look into it?

    @tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! ๐Ÿคฏ

    @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code Iโ€™ve been informed Iโ€™ll be charged ยฃ220 to terminate the contract!!

    @tescomobile Says no issues. The problem is it been going on for several months. Reported again for now. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data
