    @tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

    @Top_CashBack tried 6 times to purchase through @tescomobile via @Top_CashBack and it fails each time - checked all details and tried everything. Called Tesco and they can't help (I.e. won't apply discount manually). Can you help please?

    My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free 🙏 so so nice 💛 #EveryLittleHelps

    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust Who to believe at Tesco Customer Services? Lost my husband's business phone number in device swap, assured on Sunday that new SIM would arrive by Tuesday, didn't. Was told processed Monday and would take 3 working days. Not arrived. Now told that it's 3-5 working days.

    @tescomobile I went to my local Tesco store to order an upgrade to a 5G sim, why could they not just swop my old one in store instead of ordering it online now I’ve still no network after 7 days

    @tescomobile So a customer service representative got in touch to help and has left the conversation without resolving the issue of not being able to swap my original number to a new SIM. 5 online chats, 4 phone calls, no help on twitter. Taking people's money and not providing

    @APhillips1962 @tescomobile My poor dad is 77 years old with no communication to family and friends, whilst Tesco keep fobbing us off, they’ve asked me for the sim card number untold times and they still haven’t managed to resolve the issue and now im being asked for it again.🙈
