  Morning @tescomobile , do you have a known problem in Central Slough with coverage, both me and another colleague had no service yesterday in and around the bus and train stations also happened one day last week, never had an issue before, be grateful if you could look into it?

  @tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

  @tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile Says no issues. The problem is it been going on for several months. Reported again for now. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

  @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code I’ve been informed I’ll be charged £220 to terminate the contract!!
