    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

    Now they've stolen my remaining top up balance of £9. Offered to transfer to new sim/tariff which failed. The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile I’ve been unable to connect to the mobile network all day - my children are on the same network with older phones and yet have no issues

    @tescomobile That doesn't work when I have no service and can't make/receive calls or send/receive sms. Can no-one provide an update with estimated time frame?

    @tescomobile But not a problem, i just transfered my number to Smarty and will be requesting a refund of my balance. You lost the balance and the costumer for being greedy :-)

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    I wonder if @tescomobile is ever going to sort out issue we have with a number going from contract to payg .. ?? Nearly a month now .. numerous live chats , phonecalls and even a complaint ... To be told to wait ... And wait ... And wait ?? Waited long enough now

    @tescomobile Are you kidding, I’m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
