    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @nookiehider @tescomobile It's honestly ridiculous for the UK to be so poor in such a critical infrastructure nowadays. Rest of the world are MILES ahead of us.

    @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

    @tescomobile Hey you do o ow the UK is nearly 80% white don't you? But you'd never think it watching your last TV adverts. It looked 80% BLACK & 20% White, never use you now

    @tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please don’t use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!

    Now they've stolen my remaining top up balance of £9. Offered to transfer to new sim/tariff which failed. The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile

    @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡
