@tescomobile It's a big misunderstanding of this matter. I had done chat conversations via the Tesco Mobile website with your staff this summer 3 times. They seemed to be very professional so I hoped all problems will be solved up. You can check the chat records and you can make a decision.

@tescomobile There was never a contract, you cancelled it, you took the 1st month's payment, you never sent the device, now you are holding my money under false pretenses, how can you produce a final bill when there is nothing to bill for?

@tescomobile Are there any issues with the network at present? Getting ‘emergency calls only’ for most of the day. Done all the usual checks but not getting any signal at all.

@tescomobile How is it that you take payment instantly but it takes you a month to refund? I never even received the device, now you are holding my money! Absolutely shady!

@tescomobile I know it's not your fault, but, this is down to a lack of staff and not because of increased calls. If you sell phones/sims obviously customer numbers will increase...

@tescomobile why on earth is 31st of March not a valid date? Your developers seem to think so because selecting it as a birthday gets an error when trying to buy a phone... do they realise that some months have 31 days in them? lowest marks for ux/usability, many more issues...
