@tescomobile terrible customer service they appear to be unable to swop my old mobile number over despite 4 times being given a current PAC no. No doubt Covid is to blame not a good experience.

@tescomobile Guessing I didn't get the right phone, never had any issue with my Android, you live and learn, never again will I buy an iPhone, trying to self isolate, get Tesco deliveries so I can look after my 91 year old mother and to update my new phone I have to visit a store unacceptable

@tescomobile I’ve done everything customer services have asked, Tesco mobile are just not that good where I live. Leaving in 10 months.
