    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

    @tescomobile How do you go about leaving for a different provider? I know it's not your fault personally (whoever responds to this) but the lack of signal and amount of times calls cut out is beyond a joke.

    Absolutely dire customer service from @tescomobile. Service was down for 6 days. Claimed compensation for the outage. Got an AI reply same day auto closing the case. Filled in their silly form from the next reply. Reply came back wanting more information!

    @ClionaQ @tescomobile Also with Tesco mobile and their customer service support is second to none. No hanging on the phone listening to stupid music for twenty minutes.
