andrew anthoney ⚫️⚪️ (@andytoon30) reported@tescomobile hi Tesco mobile. I am wondering how long it’s going to take to sort the signal issues out in ng18 and ng19 postcodes? I don’t get any internet or the signal drops out. I am a vulnerable customer so if the hospital can’t get hold of me what am I to do?

Sean (@SeanSav31) reported@tescomobile Helped my old man upgrade this phone other day. Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Nearly £700+ down the drain for a service he weren’t using or aware of.
-
Martitta (@MShazzzi) reported@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).

chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis @tescomobile Requested SAR over 31 days ago and been ignored - have tried to raise a complaint over 6 times and have had no acknowledgment. Tesco are not logging or adhering to ICO - please help

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedThe vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

Jason Unsworth | Atmosphere Airlines 🛫🇬🇧🇹🇭 (@JasonUnsworthAA) reportedAfter getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

Goona1978 (@Goona1978) reported@tescomobile Hi. I’m currently in Spain and having an issue with your data service. It was working fine and now has slowed right down. I’m still in my data allowance and wondered if there was an issue? Regards, Joe

Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.
