You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
