How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Solihull, England@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .
