Scotch (@scotchgitt) reported@tescomobile Shame i got such rubbish advice and was told i could get the upgrade , downgraded my sim and ordered and paid for a new sim. Then when it all feel apart i had to pay way more to get my data back that I previously had RUBBISH SERVICE

Latest @tescomobile - there's now a PIN to log in to the account I set up - but it's sent to Mum's phone and she can't work out how to get it to tell me
