    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @iromg So @tescomobile say if I call them tomorrow they'll give me the number of phone thats gone missing So I can call it and find it tonight They said if their bosses trusted internet advisors to same level as landline ones itd be reasy to help me

    @tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

    @tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

    @tescomobile absolutely useless . Waited over 28 hours for a simple phone number swap from Tesco to Tesco only to be told to wait another 24 hours 😡. This is my business number which by not working is costing me money. Iv spoken to several customer service people & got no were

    @tescomobile have limited network connection. Was given a new sim - not resolved. Told to make phone calls outside. Not acceptable I am disabled and need to phone people for health reasons in my house. Want put of my contract but refuse to pay hundreds of pounds to do this.

    @tescomobile By the time it was all added it was far too late. What is the point of an emergency package if it doesn't apply instantly? People rely on your service for their safety and you left a young woman in a very vulnerable position. If something had happened to her it would've been 1/2

    @tescomobile 2/2 due to your delays. I see now that I have been charged for that extra data, there's no need for it now. I need to be put in touch with someone who can remove it because I'm not paying extra for shoddy service. When her contract ends she will be moving to a different provider.
