@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

@tescomobile @EE Hi Maria, I am afraid we still have problems. The new phone has the old telephone number on it now, which is great. Unfortunately when my father is texting the phone is sending it from the new number it came with which is a bit weird. The old phone is turned off completely.

@tescomobile I’m finding that when I have Wi-Fi turned on but not connected when I’m out my mobile data won’t work, so I have to switch to airplane mode for 10 secs to ‘reset’ it. Only happening since I switched to you guys, any idea on a long term fix?
