budgiesmuggler45 (@budgiesmuggle45) reported@tescomobile I only tried to cancel the data plan to pay the cost of the phone after 30 days or so as i was busy. I already had a Sky plan with my old number so really didn't need to pay overpriced mobile plan that it was with Tesco. But it was advertised as rolling when it wasn't.

I understand why Tesco would just leave it to Apple and not offer any extended warranty period. Happy to take money and unwilling to provide good service.

Ian Arnold (@Ian_Arnold24) reported@tescomobile I have rung you about threatening letters sent to my 83 year old mother who has dementia and have been promised that you will call me back, but to no avail, despite me closing her account back in February! Utterly disgraceful customer service, shame on you!
