@tescomobile How do I register a Power of Attorney to act on behalf of one of your account holders who has a broken phone, is disabled and in a nursing home that I unable to visit? Chatting online useless. Helpline has no address to send the POA to. Vulnerable customer. 😔

@tescomobile The only reason they're having any success at all is because they're able to call people with impunity until they reach some poor soul who is taken in by them. This is a boiler room scam and they're all calling from the same place. More needs to be done.

@tescomobile Thanks for reply. Can't make calls. Sending texts intermittent. Not premium no images. Don't know what a DM is but the error message flashes on screen then gone so can't capture. Never had this problem with Tesco before.

@tescomobile your customer services are a disgrace what sort of business doesn’t have an escalated call process and refuses a customer to speak to a supervisor or manager? Ombudsman’s complaint has been opened and I’ll be taking all my contracts elsewhere as soon as they end.
