How can @EE claim to be the best 5G network when my other @tescomobile sim card in the same phone consistently outperforms on 5G signal strength, call quality and Internet speeds??

@tescomobile Seriously like wtf 😒 why wasn't I told this would happen when a replacement sim was arranged use shouldn't of changed anything until the new sim card had been put God forbid i had no other phone and had a emergency I wouldn't of had no way of contacting any I would like

should be able to end the contract & not be fixed in these rediciculous long contracts customers cannot budget if @tescomobile can provide good pricing & customer care then the major network suppliers need to be less greedy I am with Vodafone but will not renew under these terms

also inserted a new SIM. Still same issue. Can I cancel my contract as the phone is not ‘fit for purpose’? Anyone have any experience of similar?? Been onto @tescomobile help desk for almost an hour this morning - constantly left waiting and as much use as a chocolate fire guard

@tescomobile Hi! Everyone in my household (4) on Tesco Mobile has virtually no signal whatsoever when we normally all get a strong 4G signal. Status Checker says upgrade work is going on but I'm waiting on a 2FA code and can't get it because of this. Help!!
