@tescomobile Thanks. I've had a PAC from you and given it to my new network and I'm up and running. Does this mean Tesco won't renew my contract? I haven't received any message to say this.

@MrMarkH7 @tescomobile @Tesco From what I witnessed it was just staff members getting involved, no security personnel, & they were dismissive of the incident & openly offensive to the man trying to stand up for his carer & himself following the actions of the shoppers

@WhyNotts_ @tescomobile @Tesco This sounds an unfortunate incident...each store tends to have security personnel and these staff are normally available to deal with issues such as the one highlighted. My apologies for the distress caused to the man and his carer 🙏🏾

@tescomobile I hope so as no one from Tesco mobile has supported him properly during the 3 months that the problem has been ongoing, and for Tesco to now start making threats to remove his service is beyond any reason. And I will keep this going in the public arena until it is resolved

@WhyNotts_ @tescomobile @Tesco I know that Tesco take this type of incident seriously; it may be an idea to contact Customer Services and make them aware of the episode. I wish you well and hope you make progress 🙏🏾

@tescomobile How much have you made from over pricing food… How about you put you’re prices down so you’re profits are zero and help normal hard working loyal customers of yours survive! Now wouldn’t that be a thing? I won’t hold my breath!!!

@bernardandcathy @tescomobile @virginmedia It's due to UK laws, but it's okay, just keep changing your contact once a year and it drops back down again.
