    @tescomobile I keep running out of data which for me is a safety issue as I work on nights. I have spoken to several people and email several times. I'm paying for a service I'm not able to use.

    @tescomobile Issue is still not resolved. I have asked simply to have my number changed whilst keeping the same monthly contract which I have had for years. The old number is now inactive but the new number was wrongly assigned to a pay&go contract.

    @tescomobile No, it feels good when profits go down. A sure fire indicator that pricing reflects costs. It suggests your suppliers and customers are getting a fair deal. Capitalism hates this post.

    @tescomobile 👋🏼 I received my new Tesco contract yesterday, I had full signal and mobile data, however today I’ve got nothing. Could this be due to porting my number across ? How long will it last? I need to make a call 🙈

    @tescomobile Tbh liz it’s not the fact that I have to wait for that I’ve been trying to cancel because of the appalling service and have gotten no where! That’s why I escalated and not expecting to be hung up on multiple times
