    @tescomobile why do you use DPD who are the most useless delivery service? I've been paying for a new phone for a week now and still don't have it!! I've taken 2 days off work, noone came. Made arrangements for someone to be in or asked for it to be delivered to my neighbour 1/2

    @tescomobile I still have no phone service after pac code sent 4weeks ago. No help from you & left in the dark & useless customer service! Rude response from fb messaging team.

    @tescomobile No problem, customer care manager has looked into the state of my account, he agrees its ridiculous and that the call back never happens, and even the complaints team don't respond so he's terminated my account for me

    @tescomobile your pay as you go app isn't working for android since the last update. It crashes upon app launch. please fix!

    @tescomobile - today, and since Thursday, I can’t make calls and my number is saying ‘you have dialled an incorrect number’ when it’s dialled. My data service works, but not my phone number. Has my number been wrongly disconnected?

    @tescomobile Thanks for the reply. I’ve followed the instructions and still cannot scroll up or down. Incredibly frustrating. Is there a number I can call?

    @tescomobile 5 days to reply - Really!? @tescomobile have already had weeks to refund my money (that they should not have taken) and now l have to wait another 5 days! Please provide a UK Complaint telephone number TODAY

    @tescomobile Liz the rudeness was the abruptness of “that’s it we can’t tell you anymore so that’s just tough” or that’s how it felt. After a month of being fobbed off I now can’t phone out on either phone & no one can help me! It’s beyond frustrating & given I wouldn’t choose Tesco again!

    Not a great experience from @tescomobile . Recently upgraded to a new SIM contract for my son. Since the upgrade, he cannot make outgoing calls. Serious welfare issue & have been waiting over 4 weeks for support, no urgency or updates. Not sure if this has affected others FYI.
