Just recently changed my wife's sim from ee to tesco. Wish I hadn't. If there was a negative star rating I would give it. My wife's new sim doesn't work!!!

I have also tried Samsung Galaxy J6+ instructions, but it STILL does not work. I am hard of hearing and people need to know that, its not that I am NOT answering my phone! HELP
