    @tescomobile absolutely unacceptable service. After 3 weeks, 8 calls, 2 emails and 4 failed promises of a call back, you still have £200 of my money and I still have no phone. Why not look after your customers rather than hide behind DPD?

    @tescomobile @WhichUK I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement SIM to be sent to me...award winning service🤥😫😤 Ended up going into store today to try to get it sorted. I may get back ‘on’ by 6pm tomorrow. Appalling service😡

    @tescomobile think it's acceptable to have no coverage for its customers for 3 weeks. Warning to others avoid tesco mobile. Service is not fit for purpose on all levels

    @tescomobile Meant to say is that I ask somebody to remove my payment card from the system because when I sign into my account by my computer I can see my bank details online through my card my personal site and I want it to be removed but you're a customer services if I just told me they

    @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews Shes 70+ wanted to upgrade/change her old mobile/keep her old number & come to #tesco mobile because she's a loyal customer but no help/it's nearer for her as she shops there every Sunday.She's got one now with EE who was very helpful.A #tescovoucher wouldn't go a miss for her 😔

    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I went back into my local store yesterday at around 1500, still same problem, store staff were great , escalated to tech who wanted to transfer me to telesales, staff member refused saying that has already been tried, tech promised me a call back within 24 hours.
