Simon Wright (@TYUIOP34) reported@tescomobile The point is you're making out you're doing everyone a favour when the deal you're offering can lock people into an expensive deal down the road that they can't get out of. That's fair enough if people want it but don't portray it as if you're doing them a favour by doing so.
