  @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

  @tescomobile For any prospective customers. Every aspect of this has been awful. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...

  @tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.

  @tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

  @tescomobile The mast must be down in Polegate. No 5G or even 4G for days. Can you advise exactly when my service will return please?

  @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?
