Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

(@RossandLucinda) reported@tescomobile I've been in store 4 times to buy a phone i keep getting told it must be a bank issue ive been in person to barclays and called their customer services they have not refused anything because it didn't even get past a visa check nothing is on their system to refuse.

I've been charged for full insurance and the phone sale was blocked by the computer before it even got to the visa credit search at the bank. Im paying for insurance for no phone by the sales team

(@RossandLucinda) reported@tescomobile Nobody has got somebody to help me in store they just guess and their manager on phone guesses & tells me its barclays and thats not resolving anything they shouldn't guess as its sending me on a wild goose chase taking longer to get the actual problem sorted.

They need to learn from seeing how quickly that dominance of the market can collapse. Try @tescomobile piggybacking on O2. 👍
