    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    I been with @tescomobile 3 years time to upgrade soon.They been awesome not 1 issue.Applied for a clubcard 2 weeks ago got sent a @TescoBankNews card . Did not want it just rung to cancel it lady was brilliant no way am I leaving tesco GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE its rare these days

    @tescomobile Looks like a mast is down in the area so I’m guessing it’s been the same all week. Very frustrating when I’ve missed important phone calls and haven’t had the signal to return them either

    2/2 @clairefweir @tescomobile What more do I need to do? I've been a customer since 2017 (possibly earlier). How many days must I wait? How can 5 days keep getting longer and longer? Is this the right way to treat a customer? Just stonewall them & give stress and worry!

    @tescomobile What is going on with your network at the minute? Over the last couple of months my network signal has significantly dropped!! I've been in contact with the online chat team trying to resolve it, but its getting worse. Think I might need to use a coat hanger to boost

    @tescomobile please can you help? I ordered a new phone on your app and upgraded and should receive it tomorrow but I entered the wrong email on checkout and now have no tracking ID for my parcel.
