    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

    @tescomobile Just when you think Tesco had exhausted all their stupidity.. guess what? Went to pick up a voicemail. Tesco voice message says om a new customer and need to set up a pin to lisyen to my messages???? Then when trying phone out . Message from Tesco now says ive used all my pay

    @tescomobile I have a 6 month old TCL 10 Pro with a sim plan, but the phone has been having software issues for a while. I contacted TCL who advised I send the phone back to them but this would have left me without a phone so I declined for now. Is there anything you can do?

    @tescomobile I am trying to contact you as I want to terminate my contract. One phone has been lost, the other isn't being used. I have been paying for them for months but cannot get through. The phone keeps getting cut off.

    @tescomobile Like I said, he was polite so no issues on that front. Point is, don’t send out texts confirming the additional data stating it’s valid until 02/01 if you mean it expires on 11.59 on 01/01. A day is 24 hours, so either say the 1st or specify a time 🙄

    @tescomobile The phone was received via Tesco Mobile when I took out a monthly contract. The device works it's just a few software issues with google that are a problem, and the fact if I send my device for repair I will be without a phone.
