    @tescomobile fault report; logged into my payg account and got an immediate text turning off the 'adult content sms' bar. I've turned it back on again from the account but you have something to fix.

    Disappointed to have my complaint rejected by @OmbudServices as apparently I haven't tried hard enough to contact @tescomobile... hard when they won't even answer my letters. Another four weeks wasted there...👏👏👏

    @tescomobile I today had bad service from Tesco mobile it should called "shambles mobile" Asked in a shop to go pay on you go the shop set up no problem (this was Monday afternoon) on Tuesday morning try to use mobile only to find out its NOT being setup. What a joke.
