    @tescomobile hi just received a final bill from u guys for £162. I had 2 cancel contract early as no signal at work + no option 2 switch 2 wifi calls. Spoke 2 cust serv at time. Was told someone wld call back. No one did. I will not pay £162 for no service. I will contest this.

    @tescomobile fantastic service from William today who was sympathetic and helpful as my daughter who is at uni had her phone stolen. NOT so helpful is after sorting a new phone to be sent to her the person I then spoke would not send the new sim to her uni address. Why ??

    @tescomobile Whats going to improve that as its all day not during certain times? It's getting to the point can only use the phone when connected to WiFi. My phones fine as both my daughters and my dad are with Tesco Mobile and have the same issue.

    @tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

    I'm now recieving threatening letters from the debt collectors demanding payment with further threats if not paid from 02 this week from an account that is NOT ME and nobody from Tesco is listening. Please @Tesco can you close this account and actually help me?! #tescomobile

    Absolutely disgusted by the way I've been treated. My identity has been stolen to take out an almost £1000 contract over a MONTH ago. Every time I call #Tesco Customer Services I'm passed from person to person, no calls from the fraud squad, no help, nothing. @Tesco @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Hi, I know someone who has been in hospital for a year. She needs to cancel phone contract. The phone has been broken for a year. She was unable to cancel It as she was very ill. Can she get any refund. She asked me to do this

    @BrombleySarah1 @tescomobile i switched monday and having the same issue!!! spoke to 3 online chat people who have all said wait 24hrs and turn it on and off again 🙄
