@tescomobileire @tescomobile There is nothing Tesco Ireland can do for me. Dave Packard thought ge ideas of setting one bit of the company again another was stupid. He made his own rules and didn't follow IBM ideas.

@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile What's the point! @tescomobile I've been on hold since 8am this morning, 4 x dropped calls you're end, 2 x ppl that said they wld put me through but did so & it cut out! Quick enough to take ppls money "You're not owed" though.....

Can't tell you how fuming I am with @Tesco and @tescomobile bought a mollie from them with 6 months clibcard on it. I've never been able to activate it and now they are taking money from me. Whenever I call them they say they'll call back and never do What am I supposed to do now

@iCrowby @tescomobile Normally the sims are those 3 in 1 jobs where you can push out the plastic to make the sim 3 different sizes, standard >micro > nano. Is there not a bit of plastic still left on the sim otherwise it's a poor show to sell a sim that doesn't fit the phone

@tesco why is it so hard to return a phone? Been pushed between @tescomobile and yourselves, tweeted, phoned, waiting for calls and still no way to return this phone. Seriously bad customer service.

Hello @tescomobile we got my daughter a new phone yesterday we have put the sink card in everything works except text messages how can i fix this please
