    @tescomobile I have registered for updates. The last one I had said I would get an update on the 25th March. Really! How is that informative. Your replies to my problem shows just how out of touch, and uncaring you are.

  • halesowenman Martin Tromans (@halesowenman) reported

    @tescomobile I hope so as no one from Tesco mobile has supported him properly during the 3 months that the problem has been ongoing, and for Tesco to now start making threats to remove his service is beyond any reason. And I will keep this going in the public arena until it is resolved

    @tescomobile @EE You do iPhone 13’s for £40 and it’s £68 with @EE, so yeah you’ve gained a customer from this April

  • Realistic_Live Real (@Realistic_Live) reported

    @tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow Good job, cos your service sucks! Day 7 of my “24hrs maximum of no service”and still no replacement SIM card. Customer service can’t even confirm it was sent or what address. Avoid this useless network!

  • JoshMid67542799 Josh Middleton (@JoshMid67542799) reported

    @tescomobile my contract with you is almost up. I've already changed network so can't call to cancel contract. What do I do?

  • Norwayspruce8 Norway Spruce (@Norwayspruce8) reported

    @tescomobile the service offered by @Tesco is absolutely shocking. Lie after lie. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but your manager Varsha is unbelievable and should not be working in customer services

  • CheekyLagers Mr Carling💙🇺🇦 (@CheekyLagers) reported

    @tescomobile Taking the Pistachio with your lack of signal, new customer, never again!

  • JoshMid67542799 Josh Middleton (@JoshMid67542799) reported

    @tescomobile Thanks. I've had a PAC from you and given it to my new network and I'm up and running. Does this mean Tesco won't renew my contract? I haven't received any message to say this.

  • jambon2021 jambon2021 (@jambon2021) reported

    @Happy_FT_ @wonkygonk @tescomobile Never had an issue, and if you do then you can leave after a month. Tesco charge £10 for 12gb on 24 month contract, SMARTY £10 for 60gb for 1 month contract.

    @_Jeevster @tescomobile They're an MVNO operating on O2's network. Better ask them, and tell your friend to do as bit of research so they don't look like such an arse
