Been a loyal @tescomobile customer for many years now and I’m being told that the options for my faulty phone are wait and see if a new one is in stock or cancel my contract? They also don’t phone customers back from the exchange department because A NEW CUSTOMER takes 1/3

@tescomobile I cannot talk to customer services online because apparently yous are busy. I could not access a phone number also. Everytime I disconnect from WiFi, my mobile Internet automatically starts even though I turned it off in settings. Therefore I want to get it sorted.

@tescomobile I do keep checking but there’s never any stock…yet I get emails saying you have them. Is it not illegal to advertise items that you don’t actually have? When I’ve chatted with online help they can’t help at all with any idea of availability and can’t say when you last had them.
