@tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

  • si1881
Si (@si1881) reported from Barnsley, England

Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

  • BenWinterburn
Ben Winterburn (@BenWinterburn) reported from Leeds, England

@tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable

  • JulesCampbell1
    J Campbell (@JulesCampbell1) reported

@tescomobile - How can a mobile phone provider not provide a phone that can get incoming texts or calls? After 9 days of a new phone when called from a landline my number is still not recognised. Your customer support is dire. As a new customer I won't be with you for long..

  • legalstyleblog
    Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported

@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.

  • DaveGander
    Dave Gander (@DaveGander) reported

@tescomobile I legally able to pay using cash. I am also extremely happy to do so. How does the headline TESCO REFUSE PAYMENT sound? You need to significantly modify your systems. I’ll be leaving your system once I can sort the banking IT issue. I’m more than disappointed with your ****.

  • Beherren
    Brian Herren (@Beherren) reported

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Per their policy, texting PAC to 65075 from your Tesco Mobile phone should get you the code within minutes Request via online account (“Leaving Tesco Mobile?”) Customer Care on 4455 from a Tesco Mobile phone or 0345 301 4455 If none of that works, hello OFCOM

  • wots_kraken
    Lee James (@wots_kraken) reported

@tescomobile @RossGraham4780 It's not just area. I have 5g and I can have one bar etc and the signal is worse than old 3G. Let's be fair signals are a scam. Saying best 4G and best 5G etc when it's actually worse now. I can't wait til my contract is up. Im leaving Tesco and wouldn't recommend

  • moodleprof
    Philip Ian Butler (@moodleprof) reported

@tescomobile I paid £5 as suggested by one of your customer service advisers, but when I tried to login it said no balance so I was advised to top up another £10?

  • AndyOopNorthGB
    Andy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@AndyOopNorthGB) reported

@DerylLynn @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Agreed (O2) but I believe it’s essentially a lower priority part of their network. Will try a SIM on EE or another first before switching

  • fizenapp
    Fizen (@fizenapp) reported

@_EnglishMon_ @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border glitches happen even on Anglesey, Ireland's 50 miles away. A local eSIM would've kept you on the right network.

Any chance that you could get some to staff for your help lines or chat? @tescomobile
