-
Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reportedCalled @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!
-
Sarah Kears (@SarahKears) reported@tescomobile They are no help the whole thing is a disgrace.
-
Emma Lockhart (@EmmaLockha51775) reported@tescomobile I've never met a sales agent less interested in my life. I've just tried to take out a mobile and the order failed online. I called customer to make the 1
-
Sarah Kears (@SarahKears) reported@tescomobile disgusted with your costumer service this week after my mum reported my nephew being groomed online on a phone number she pays for 3 days later it is still active and you can’t tell us when it will be disconnected. Keep your kids and grandkids away from @tescomobile
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.
-
Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile also will I be compensated for not having phone signal as I'm paying for a service that you can't provide
-
James (@Wessiewhite) reported@tescomobile guys first time user of the network today, what can I expect? Hopefully it’s fine and I can get what I need out of my new iPhone 17 pro
-
Paul Varney (@silveryk) reported@tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!
-
Barbara (@BarbaraSutton15) reported@tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedThe vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).
