Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. A squirrel in a bunnet (@weeveebee) reported@tescomobile my partner has “used” all her monthly data in a week. It’s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?
