It appears your phone advisor on Friday didn’t process the PAC code properly so please ensure your poor service is fedback to relevant departments. Not a good first impression, thanks.

I transferred my SIM card, same size so no problem but my mobile data has gone from a fast 4G to a very slow H+ while in the house. I have tried reinstalling, restarting etc to no avail!
