@tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

@tescomobile the only company who do not cancel your contract when it ends even after you ringing months in advance and telling multiple advisors you want it cancelled and not rolled trying to charge me for a year of a number I haven't used after can celling it absolute joke!!!!

@tescomobile I am absolutely shocked by your service! I took out a contract with you before Christmas but cancelled it within the 14 days and was told that someone would be in touch to arrange collection of the phone.I heard nothing! You have now taken £441 out of my bank account

@tescomobile She now cannot use her phone because ee have transferred her number to tesco but it doesn't work so she can't do anything. CANCEL THE CONTRACT I WANT OUT!!!!!

@tescomobile awful service. Sim deactivated as soon as new one is ordered so I am left without a phone for over a week. At the end of my contact I will be leaving Tesco and I will takemyother contract too. Appalling customer car, appalling customer chat agents!!
