    @tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

    @tescomobile topping up with your company is useless every time I try to top up all I get is an error has occurred and I have been trying to for 3 days now.i have just a large grocery order and have moved to vodaphone I will never trust tesco again

    @tescomobile I am still not being allowed to top up,as you keep stating payment declined. My bank has never declined any payments made by myself.i once thought you were the best,not now,I think you are the worst

    @tescomobile absolutely shocking customer service. Use another provider if you can. Been given reconditioned phone instead of new. Now won’t help with the problem mobile

    @tescomobile No. It’s my husbands phone that has the issue. He can’t tweet as his phone is completely rubbish and runs out of battery after 2 hours or freezes. He runs a small business and has lost out on work because of his phone not working and Tesco’s says they can’t help.

    @tescomobile hi I already have 2 contracts trying to add a 3rd line really cheap phone and its saying I need to provide id even though never had to before so I have a driving licence and there saying I need to show a driving licence ans passport 2 forms of photo Is that correct
