Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

Mike Hadley (@Baggypilot) reported@tescomobile shocking service from this provider following a recent family bereavement. It’s nearly a week since the issue was raised with them and still no resolution (despite calling them 5 times). If you want good customer care then I would look elsewhere
