    Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

    @tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

    @tescomobile @tottsspurs Lies nearly 30 hours later and mine still says no sim..... on online chat now with an agent saying its not fixed..... so frustrated my IPhone 14+ says no sim and please do not insult me with try this and try that fix it!

    @tescomobile Since lunchtime today I have not been able to receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls. Tried a restart periodically but no joy. Please sort this issue - absolute nightmare.

    @tescomobile I have paid my bill and my card provider states they have authorised the payment but tesco haven't claimed it. I have been cut off and been trying since yesterday to get it sorted. The customer service team just keep saying the same thing and aren't helping me.
