@tescomobile No explanation, nothing as to why it was closed.....only they closed wrong one! Not acceptable at all. Very poor. We are supposed to now go out of our way to return phone we didn't ask contract to be cancelled on or give permission to be cancelled.

@tescomobile shocking customer service! 5 phone contracts with you, a contract gets cancelled by mistake by yourselves after 3 weeks of constant convos with you and you say nothing you can do and we have to send phone back! Extremely poor and all will be cancelled!

@tescomobile Cancelled my contact twice - two days ago and yesterday. Refused phone as instructed and it is being delivered again today! I don’t want a contact, mainly because customer service has been so awful, but ironically cannot get you to process cancellation. Help!

@tescomobile The same response I've had...let me count...6 times now. I asked today for a Subject Access Request so the clock is ticking - you have 30 days to respond or it goes to @ICOnews as a complaint.
