    @tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

    @tescomobile No, I'm thankfully moving to another provider after trying three different online support people today and waiting 10 minutes per reply throughout our interaction, while using someone else's hotspot on holiday.

    @tescomobile Thank you, I think it’s the latter. I’m asked to pass an “Arkose” test but it fails to load anything no matter how long I wait. Never had this sort of problem before. I’ll go a different route methinks but thanks again for trying.

    @tescomobile can you help me get back my colleague discount I done my upgrade few months ago had entered my privilege card no and I just realized the colleague discount is not applied I contacted the customer service and they could not help

    @tescomobile don't know if you'd be able to help, but keep trying to send finished hunt and it keeps failing to send! is that your end or mine?

    @tescomobile can't perform a SIM swap, also can't deliver replacement SIM cards, and have a customer 'care' team that tell you different things everytime. Took me 5 weeks to get a working phone last time I lost my phone... only on day 5 this time... @tescomobile SORT it out!!!

    @tescomobile I moved from O2 to Tesco Mobile over the weekend and the portability should have been done last night by 6pm. I have now called twice your service desk and it seems that it was rejected- what happens next? This is not a great experience for a brand new customer
