Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco

Jimbooooo (@seymourjames3) reported@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Before they do ask them to check out the chats I have had it should still be sitting on my file. The issue is just to be clear itwas never explained to me that the sim cards came with parents lock which need to be removed by customer.
