    I've been emailing back & forth all day between @tescomobile & @Tesco Clubcard department for the clubcard points I didn't receive when purchasing a phone last week. Both departments are telling me it's down to the other department to sort it. Just give me my points! 🙄 #Tesco

    @tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Sean I don't know about @Pig_Maiden but my issue was with restrictions that tesco put on automaticaly to sim card but there is nothing u can do about it for me tesco did not tell me and i have gone round in circles so I will be leaving no help whatsoever

    @tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Yes the guy in store sorted them within 15 mins . Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco

    @tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Before they do ask them to check out the chats I have had it should still be sitting on my file. The issue is just to be clear itwas never explained to me that the sim cards came with parents lock which need to be removed by customer.

    @tescomobile How often we read this useless answers.. “ Hi, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your service. If you’d like to contact Customer Care on Facebook…..” And at the end of the day the problem still remains…
