@tescomobile Even the agent on the phone seemed outraged at how much the repair would cost (lovely woman, and she gave enough of a crap to actually get my name correct) Finally, do you know how the accident happened? The phone fell out of my pocket, approximately ONE INCH from the floor.

@tescomobile I confirm nothings changed,appalling service 3 weeks without ability to use what they pay for, post code CM1 4EX. This needs sorting straight away, they were with @TheO2 you aren’t out of the woods if you don’t sort this out between you I’m going to report you both

@tescomobile I'll be struggling to put dinner on the table after you thieves have tried to charge me £250 for a replacement screen! You aren't getting anything for it, and I'm also gonna stop doing food shopping at Tesco as well. Congrats on losing a customer!

@IanMartin55 @NeilDavoDavies1 Our reception here is intermittent so I find it easier to contact my colleagues who also have iphones I got a good deal from @tescomobile on the contract price & the cost of the phone far (Tesco use the O2 network) better than my previous O2 account it pays to shop around.
