    @tescomobile Monday I called customer services to report a fault on my phone. Continually going to voicemail when people call me. Awaiting new SIM. Today not even accepting calls. I would ask you to contact me but oh, no you can’t 🤬

    @tescomobile Thanks. Unfortunately the order wasn’t completed. I will be issuing a complaint to your store in Penarth. I am now on hold again to your phone team after being on hold for 30 minutes already. If I get a bill for this phonecall, Tesco can pay it.

    @tescomobile upgrade: received email from u with incorrect tracking no. Am now on 3rd call 2 Cust svcs 1st handler told me to call dpd dpd told me 2 call Tesco again so I did 2nd call handler poor svc annoying & 0 help now on 3rd call…

    Hi @tescomobile I am disappointed to be told by one of your customer support people that it would cost me 25p/m to call 119. Especially since @Ofcom say this should be free from all phones.
