I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a ยฃ3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me ยฃ3 plus the ยฃ5 buffer back.
