@tescomobile Not impressed, after inputting my bank details to purchase a new mobile, i was told to ring a number for further checks. I asked to provide details of both my passport and driving licence to prove my identity. I do not drive! I was turned down! What a waste of time!

@tescomobile the roaming service it’s down since yesterday afternoon, total blackout, issue reported and a customer service assistant had the cheek to tell me that it is since this morning!!!

@tescomobile no offence guys however the list of troubles it’s far too long to name it here in a tweet but include total blackout(now into the second day), no coverage, bill overcharging, 2 weeks waiting for a sim replacement, numerous occasions on customer service calls @1 h etc

@tescomobile Guessing I didn't get the right phone, never had any issue with my Android, you live and learn, never again will I buy an iPhone, trying to self isolate, get Tesco deliveries so I can look after my 91 year old mother and to update my new phone I have to visit a store unacceptable
