@tescomobile I understand that. I have never not understood that. What I don't understand is why the instructions I recieved so many times over, which were intended to allow my husband to access help when he needed it, were consistently wrong.

I’ve switched to @tescomobile and my SIM card is arriving tomorrow. Was such an easy process. Well done @O2 for completely failing on customer service.

@tescomobile Thank you Jade. My final point is that multiple phones on one account should all be able to get support when needed. That doesn't need 3rd party security, but an ID or PIN to allow that person to request help.

@tescomobile You use the O2 network so why have you not started allowing your customers to utilise WIFI calling? This is not a new technology and its very disappointing that you do not offer this yet. Please consider this as the mobile signal I have at home is rubbish 2/3

@tescomobile Husband says: I never have phone/data when I need it, so I'll be leaving the family group thing when I get back and finding another provider. Leaving me with no phone in the middle of nowhere and unable to add minutes when I've given them 20 quid in topups is a nightmare.

@tescomobile I understand that. If they need to speak to customer support, however, that falls rather flat, though, doesn't it?
