@tescomobile having a nightmare with your network. Have had not been able to make any calls since 10am, no network coverage. This is a new contract. Went on tesco mobile chat earlier. Told to turn off, then turn on phone after 6pm and all would be well. Its not. Shambles.

@tescomobile what the hell is going on with your data services today? I have had NO data from you at all. Worked perfectly fine yesterday & from minute I left home, was at work & now back home, nothing. That’s Romford, Dagenham, Rainham & Purfleet. No service. Unacceptable. 😡

Been with @tescomobile for YEARS!!- go to upgrade my contract with a club card deal,realise they have my old address, cant upgrade for 72hrs, missed out on the deal&the cust service has been shocking -surely there is some autonomy to reward loyal customers?!?

@tescomobile 2/2 And four SIX months since my wife passed away you are forcing me to use an old model because YOU WON’T repair the current contract device which is BROKEN & you are CHARGING me for. How would YOU feel? I want to finish the contract & go to @lycamobile instead.
