Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.
