@tescomobile I did not speak to a manager. The agent I spoke to put me on hold while she spoke to a manager. She then told me that her manager had told her that there would be no investigation as my complaint (mis-selling) related to an incident that happened in a Tesco phone shop

@tescomobile when will signal issues be resolved? Your online checker confirms a problem with a mast in the area but no indication of how long it will take to resolve. A bit of communication with your customers to keep them informed goes a long way!!

Advice PLEASE @tescomobile sold my mum a contract, her phone never worked properly complained day 3, told her new sim would help etc until she was out of her 30 days return policy. Now they are saying she has phoned a scam call & she has paid £40 on top if contract cont..
