Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

@tescomobile Hi Rob, I have actually tried that, but the number that it is currently Iinked to is no longer in use, so security text is not being received, hence the problem. Mobile tell me to speak to Clubcard and vice versa
