@tescomobile worst customer service I have ever experienced! Faulty phone only replaced with a grade A replacement after being sent for repair 3 times (not a new phone, yet still under warranty) the replacement we received doesn't work neither 😡 shocking experience

@meloni1961 @tescomobile Not sure there's much they can do, unfortunately. The signal from over the channel is often stronger. Have you tried switching off roaming in your phone?

@williamshankly @tescomobile @Tesco I hear you, but it has taken me over a year to cancel. I didn’t expect anything from them, just thought it might be nice since they can easily see from records that Dad, 87, has been paying for a service that has been totally unused since mam died.

@tescomobile Hi guys ...I've just recently had a Samsung a22 5g from you and it seems to be having wifi issues ...one minute at home it connects to my bt wifi then the next it's the circle of death ...bt say its a phone issue ...any advice ? Maybe a setting ?

Also @tescomobile what are Dad’s chances of a refund on Mam’s monthly phone fee (£7) since her death? I realise it’s our fault for not cancelling, but you can check that he’s been paying for an unused service. It would really help him with his fuel bills. Goodwill? #tescomobile
