    @tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

    @tescomobile Can you please explain what the issues are with porting numbers over, at mo? I've not had a smooth transition with porting my number from payg to 12m sim only deal. 48hrs later I still cannot text out, but can recieve text msgs. Customer service said it's part of a 'wider issue'?

    @tescomobile Hi been billed £166 for a contract cancellation that was done by customer care to try and retrieve my ‘lost’ number after a massive mess that took over 3 weeks to resolve - I never even wanted my contract cancelling in the first place and it was your error.

    @tescomobile so it's official. Tesco managers don't ring back when I'm told they will, I asked to speak with a manager and told that there wasn't one available and they couldn't have sorted my issue anyway. Absolutely abymsal service. I will be seeking compensation about this

    @tescomobile hi your customer service team advised me the other day there is a known issue with some customers not being able to pass verification when placing an order .and said they were working know it do you know when it will be fixed as I am having that issue thanks

    @tescomobile Then was told it would be the day after, guess what that didn’t work. Then told 3-5 days for a new sim, day five arrived and was told ‘it will 100% be there tomorrow, guess what, it wasn’t told. Told they were having problems delivering it to me, strange how my postbox works…

    So someone has gotten a phone from @tescomobile because they knew my fathers name? No help in the matter. Bailiffs coming round to his place. Not nice feeling for a 70+ year old. This is fraud. Where are the security checks?

    @tescomobile ‘You’re a loyal customer’. The latest fool I told at the beginning £10 wasn’t going to be enough and he still offered it like he was doing me favour? I have spent £10 on getting a sim that worked for a week, but still due to the incompetence of @tescomobile…
