@tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

@tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

@tescomobile That's why I've got Tesco mobile - I've never had a single problem, and staff have the answers. Tesco mobile staff in Cradley Heath are consistently good.

@tescomobile She has a spare sim at home she can try swapping across to, if that doesn't work presumably we'll have to return the phone. Is it something on her account that isn't correct though

@tescomobile Cont'd...So firstly, I was missold a SIM that was not suitable for my needs although I stated them when I made my purchase. I wasted what seemed like hours on the Tesco CHAT service without satisfaction and so spent more time writing a complaint. No response ! Frustration !...TBC

@tescomobile he bought for her from you in March. She has phoned many times to try and get this sorted. Hopefully new SIM will fix it but if not I'll move her to my provider

@tescomobile She's on a payg lite tariff I think (triple credit one, tops up. Now using wifi is putting her credit down, it's getting ridiculous. The phone was from yourselves so is the phone or sim at fault. If I dm details cqn you check her account
