@tescomobile i'm disappointed with my recent visit to my local store. I cracked my phone screen and went to the store to purchase a new phone. The shop is open until 7pm and I got there at 6.45 to be told that all the phones had been locked away at 6.40pm so they couldnt help me.

@tescomobile That's a pretty poor response overall. Disappointingly so. To be a matter of weeks away from 2023 and to get a "don't know" response on what your charging approach will be - seriously? I'll start checking out the alternatives then.

@tescomobile absolutely appalled at the customer service of tesco mobile! My mum is a new customer and has got out 2 contacts. Dpd have lost a phone but will not replace it they are not helping at all. Its been 3 weeks now! I will be going to head office! Happy to the her money !

Well @tescomobile after all the phone calls I pulled the plug on a deal for the wife. Customer Service was absolutely poor and didn’t understand the issue at hand so being unable to confirm the order went back to @EE and got a decent deal. Thank you and goodbye

@tescomobile had issues with my phone since September and you keep telling me to wait 5 days for an update , what is going on ? If you can’t fix the issue end my contract and I’ll return the phone
