Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

@tescomobile And seems you don’t even want new customers. Can’t even be bothered to answer my tweet. Doesn’t hold well for if you need customer services at a later date.

@O2 @Guard_Amos @tescomobile I always reset my mobile data, even restart my phone. The signal is slow everywhere I go weather it be internet or calls! I don't want to have to pay £400+ to change provider either!

@tescomobile hi my phone keeps dropping off 4G and the only way to get it back is to reboot my iphone. I try resetting my network connection by turning mobile data on/off to no avail.

@tescomobile Just my home location I think. I have full signal and I’ve checked to see if there are problems in my area and there are none. No one can get a call through to me
