Claire Jordan (@ClaireAnne_J) reported from Welton, EnglandWow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Kirsten Campbell (@bbckirstenc) reported@tescomobile I’m trying to replace my son’s broken phone but can’t sign the credit agreement because I need to enter a PIN number, which you send to the broken phone so I can’t access it. There must be a way round this but your help centre can’t help.
-
WinchesterMysteryMouse (@WinchesterMouse) reported@tescomobile I had to cancel my insurance as I could no longer afford it after becoming homeless and moving into a homeless hostel, so I'm not sure what to do. I'm disabled and on Universal Credit and need a phone to manage these things.
