@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile But I’ve had no damage or anything to my iPhone it’s as good as the day I got it from you. It’s only been playing up the last few weeks

@VendingJames @tescomobile Lucky you! I was only ever offered the same deal as new customers, despite ringing multiple times speaking to different advisors! In the end I lost faith and have switched to @O2 - same network, but so much cheaper and free roaming in Europe too.

@elgobsucram @O2 Have you considered moving to a network that doesn’t have annual increases? @tescomobile don’t 😌

@timsmyff @tescomobile I think your forgetting this might have been due to the fact it’s not only a mobile phone network? It’s a supermarket and an insurer too??

@tescomobile I am thoroughly and utterly disappointed at @tescomobile's lack of support for pay&go customers. We were considering a monthly contract but after the lack of support I have received I will be reconsidering.

@tescomobile I have only been able to get a 3G signal on my phone for the last couple of days. Is this a known problem or is there something I need to do at my phone end? (I have tried turning it off and on). North Herts/ Bedfordshire area.

@Djaievd @tescomobile Awful advertising? Genius to me. Get yourself to Aldi mate. People are so easily offended nowadays.

@tescomobile With the rate of a massive hike in prices, I would say 1 billion. Prices now go up not in pence but in increments of 25p to a 50p. Since the pandemic has not killed us all off, the suppliers of Food & Energy is doing a better job with jumping on the "Rob the poor," bandwagon

@JuanitoLiteral @seekqueen @tescomobile Hold on you left 3 because your signal was bad and went to O2? They have terrible coverage too. Was lucky to get 4G with them anywhere a couple of years ago.
