Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile have been refused a refund on your app 'buying' 2 bundles in error at same time(app froze)informed you right away and told to wait till next bill. How is this fair? Surely you can just take it off as it was an error on your site. Previous happy customer #tescomobile

@tescomobile The best bit of the service checkers says use hotspots or your home broadband lol but we will still charge you every month for a service you are not getting basically stealing money every month

@tescomobile I’m a bit frustrated. We have a business contract for 4 sims. I was looking to upgrade 2 of these to sim+iPhone 13 pro. I pre-registered for info and have tried for the last two days to order them. I’ve used the website, phoned and text chat with no success. Help!

@tescomobile @BobG8 Yeah it with o2 in building out of building in the top of a hill. At work I’m the only one with. I signal my team mates have EE and virgin and both have excellent coverage I get nothing same in my house same at my parents worst network ever reason I wouldn’t go to Tesco

@zzpstagrt1197 @tescomobile someone upset u 🤡 doesn’t matter what u say or I say about the network coverage just look at the ranking of the mobile network providers 2021 both Tesco and o2 right at the bottom & both Tesco and o2 at the top for most complaints received Q1, Q2 and Q3 the figures dont lie lol
