Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.
