@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile That's the issue, monqi don't seem to respond however you try to contact them. Presumably tesco mobile might be a little more interested in suggesting moving the sim to a new handset if that's an option?

@tescomobile Anyone else in horsford having problems with BT letting calls through and any time anyone tries to call us it comes up as INTERNATIONAL 012345678901234567 have spoken to a neighbour and they have the same issue does Anyone else have that issue it also comes up with that number..

@tescomobile I tried to help her forward it but she couldn’t work it out and she was a bit stressed about it all. I googled the number and there was reports of this number trying to scam people by pretending to be a daughter or son needing a bill paid.

Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌

Going to away games isn't that bad There was 1 guy who went to every Lokomotiv Moscow H and A game last season
