  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

  @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mum‘s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

  @EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I don’t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about £10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.

  @tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. I’ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know it’s not an area issue
