    @tescomobile Is there a problem with Tesco Mobile App at the moment. The payment card option doesn’t seem to be working.

    @tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

    @tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

    @_EnglishMon_ @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border glitches happen even on Anglesey, Ireland's 50 miles away. A local eSIM would've kept you on the right network.
