@tescomobile Today l decided to make my protest against Tesco's horrible TV advertisement by cancelling my Tesco Mobile account. I explained why and the girl put the phone down on me. You can't get much more anti English than that.

Can't believe @tescomobile! Firstly they lie that a stolen phone has been blocked, then they block the phone that you called them on to check! Mother in hospital, and no phone due to their stupidity! SERIOUS COMPLAINT AHEAD!

@tescomobile Yes, Rob, I did. This is not the problem. One problem is on the Tesco Mobile side. I asked your company for SIM card activation.Then I had got the assurance they are willing to do this for me. So I trusted them that they take it seriously. Do they really want to activate my SIM?

Don't know how I used all my data up when I never have 4g on. I literally had to have it on about 1 hr today as my broadband went off. @tescomobile

@tescomobile Hello Laura, apologies for not responding earlier, have been working so away from social media. Am pleased to say signal restored this morning although I had to switch the phone off & back on again first. Thanks for taking the time to reply though.
