I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!
