Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. Sahira who is customer complaints manager emailed me a few days ago,I have responded and she thanked and acknowledged me. Today I wake up and read and email saying as I have not responded she is closing complaint

Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?
