@tescomobile Hi, can anyone help with excessive data usage. I’ve added a data bundle and the app is saying I’ve used it straight away, even when I’m on wifi with wifi assist turned off.

@stephenflynn123 @tescomobile My husband left O2 and went to Tesco mobile and as soon as his contract is up he is leaving as we didn’t know there would be no WiFi calling I am staying with O2 for that reason we live in the countryside and have no mobile signal so we need WiFi calling

@tescomobile I asked for a 2 year contract to then find out last year that the worker on the agreement spreaded it out for over 3 years something I didnt ask for and now I'm stuck in 3 year contract I won't be upgrading my contract I will be getting out of Tesco as staff attitude is terrible
