@tescomobile when will signal issues be resolved? Your online checker confirms a problem with a mast in the area but no indication of how long it will take to resolve. A bit of communication with your customers to keep them informed goes a long way!!

@tescomobile hi! I ordered a new phone last Wednesday but still haven't received any notification on its delivery! Had a live chat saturday and they said it takes 3-5 days from date ordered! Never had this sort of delay when ordering a phone in the 10 years I've been with you! 🤔

@tescomobile thanks for a frustrating afternoon of absolutely zero phone and data signal, in the centre of Bristol. And now back home in Tetbury to a bare smattering of signal. Sort it the F out, may start looking at other providers.
