@tescomobile Very easy for you to say when you’re an MVNO who doesn’t actually own, operate, or invest in their own network coverage. 2020/2021 saw the biggest surge in data usage for decades, upgrading the infrastructure costs money. Not to mention morons burning during brand new 5G Masts.

@Albman55 @tescomobile My son is with Tesco mobile and they're very good. No issues with coverage at all. You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.

@tescomobile Moved to @tescomobile in December only to find no service at home and no WiFi calling option which is standard with bigger networks. Will pay more to use a proper network that offers WiFi calling as soon as I can exit @tescomobile contract.

@tescomobile I'm a @giffgaff customer. My Mum is, my ex and our daughter. We get free calls to each other, unlimited text and every time we refer someone, we get a fiver. All for £6 each. Stuff Tesco.

@AliBi40 @tescomobile They legitimately never will add wifi calling. It’s available as they use the O2 network. The reason they don’t is because they earn too much money from people going over their limit with calls. Wifi calling stops this.

@VSDawson @tescomobile Well profit margin has decreased over the pandemic from 4.1% in 2019, 4.4% In 2020 and then down to 3.1% for financial year 2021... So not a lot of profit at all in terms of money put in.
