@tescomobile It has taken me to going on Twitter for any sort of response and even then it is just empty promises. I have an ombudsman complaint ready to go. I think this should be taken more seriously.

@tescomobile I took it into a Tesco near me, at the weekend, and the girl reset the network settings. I lost all my Bluetooth pairings and had to put all my WiFi passwords back in. 2 days later, no network connection. I have 2 sims in, an O2 and Tesco and it does it to both.

@CitizensAdvice Theft? The phone was never my responsibility. I never received it or signed for it. Rang two weeks before this money was due to be taken out, told you it was on my bill. Assured it would he removed. Rang two days before assured it would be removed. @tescomobile

@tescomobile Ffs spent over 4 hours trying to get 2 business phones. Not a prob you would think as I am already a customer and have also had an 02 account for 20 odd years. No - 4 hours wasted in store and online with no joy. Now the customer service number is down. Very poor..

@tescomobile I am just glad I can cancel, looking at others on here who are still waiting months for fixes. Remember all those considering @tescomobile they had two jobs on this: send phone/port number. Failed at porting and can't fix after a 10 days. Abysmal. Stay away.

. @tescomobile Is there a reason that to replace a broken phone you sent me I have to call and there's no non-audio function? Disabled people with auditory issues still use phones.

@LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed
