    @tescomobile still having trouble understanding how in 3 minutes (11:30-11:33) I amassed 13 x 10mb internet usage charges at £1 a shot when the phone was plugged in the wall at home charging and I was twenty miles away. Help desk far from helpful.

    Hi @tescomobile can you please provide the phone number for your fraud department. My partner tried to contact them regarding an account opened in her name and was refused access without giving extensive information that could itself be used for fraud. Do you see the problem?

    @tescomobile we've topped our son's mobile up this morning with £10. We have checked the balance tonight and it is zero. Can you help please as to how he has spent £10.

    @O2 do you really expect me to believe the updates regarding a phone mast being down in my area now? Waiting for permission to close a parking space? I've had no service for 7 months now! @tescomobile I really think you should be questioning these updates at this point

    @tescomobile extremely disappointed, phoned up today to see if I could recontract with 1 extra gb data for same price and retentions unable to help. May have to go somewhere else at end of month.

    @tescomobile No I didn’t ask for the number to be moved to a new network. I just wanted to contract to be ended. I was charged for 2 additional months after I requested the contract to be cancelled even though the sim was not in use
