@tescomobile can someone please get in touch with me to sort out my phones that have been cut off again because of your errors again. I’d like to cancel both accounts as I’ve had enough

@tescomobile It's happening at home as that's where I work. I havent tried it anywhere else. No I'm outside of the 14 days. I've never known a signal so poor even though your coverage tracker says I should have good signal inside and outside.

@tescomobile Thanks Liz. I literally have zero faith in your call centre or helpline so will see if I can find an email address online to complain more fully and to someone who will help

@tescomobile had terrible service from Tesco Mobile. Trying to sort my Dads phone who is dying in hospital. doesn’t not know his security question and asked me to sort. No one will help without the security answer or escalate the problem. Now can’t speak to his family.

@tescomobile The last (but 2) support person asked for 48 hours, hopefully that means it’ll be sorted tomorrow. However, it’s the fifth time I’ve been told that.
