    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    @tescomobile You have records of the call taking place but have conveniently no longer got details of the content of the call. There will be a complaint and I will go to small claims court and through the Ombudsman if you attempt to wriggle out of repair that was notified under warranty

    @tescomobile iv just bought a Samsung galaxy 4g watch , which won't connect to the o2 network, it would be fine if I was another mobile network, can you advise Best regards Dave pass

    @tescomobile I need some support as I currently have no network coverage. It’s lasted all day, I have taken SIM card out & cleaned it and still no network coverage at all. No one else in the house in Tesco mobile are having the same issues.

    @tescomobile so far I'm at 30minutes on your call waiting.... Quality service. And the tune playing on repeat would make you consider death a better option.

    @tescomobile It is an iPhone X and as well know from Google, battery longevity is an issue, so in addition under the Sale of Goods and Services act (or whatever it is these days!) it is not lasting a reasonable time nor is the fault not present at time of sale (since it's common)
