@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile He is now being threatened with the baliffs despite this being recorded on his account and it was supposed to be sorted. I would like to request management details so that he can speak to someone other than fraud and customer services as that hasn’t got him anywhere

@tescomobile 2 x ltrs recd telling me my service restricted. My a/cs are closed. No email to point this out. I don't have a tesco mobile phone??? Circles come to mind!!!
