Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

But it should be taken seriously and good contact with the customer should happen rather than this ramshackle approach. Being told different things etc.

Having to use WiFi after a month of you saying the mast is now sorted, when it clearly isn't. I've paid for a month's service that I have been unable to use. Refunds need issuing

Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.
