When @tescomobile take your money. Cancel the order, don't tell you they have, tell you a refund will be in 3 to 5 days and it's not. Then it will be in Within 24 hours.. and it's not. You phone & suddenly they can't access your details.

@tescomobile can you help? I have paid for a contract for 6 months which I can’t use. I have been given 5+ sims that fail to work. I keep going into store, given a new SIM card and no other solution. In the mean time I have had to pay for a pay as you go sim. Any ideas?

@tescomobile Hello, I've been in contact with O2 over the past couple of weeks. Reception hasn't improved much. Is there anything you can do? It was better last year. Is @tescomobile considering bringing out a similar service to Volte to help improve call quality?

@tescomobile Thanks Callum. I'm looking to cut household bills before April when some horrendous rises kick in. Getting rid of my landline calls would be a big help. Unfortunately not everyone has a good enough signal to allow a clear call each evening so cannot cancel the landline yet.
