    @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

    @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area

    @cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?
