    @tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

    @tescomobile Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. In the meantime, you might have some trouble with your calls, text & data. We’ll update you by Wed 22nd February 2023.😡

    @tescomobile So Tesco Mobile. Your service has been down in the CF38 2QA area since last Thursday. No updates and O2 has said it may be back by Weds 25th. Disgusting outcome. Your naff Indian call centre has been useless, and what are we the ones without WiFi calling going to do?

    I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent and useless customer service than the @tescomobile service. I’ve had half a dozen issues in the last 3 weeks and none have been resolved. Had to get 2 new SIM cards and even changed my number to resolve network issues #useless #tescomobile

    Absolutely shocking service by @tescomobile I’ve had no phone for 6 weeks as they’ve lost the number and all I get is “ask the customer to wait for it to be sorted” joke.

    @tescomobile Try going 4 days and counting in the CF38 2QA area. O2 mast down, and Tesco mobile users have no network. The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday 22nd as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

    Dear @tescomobile your customer service and complaints process is absolutely abysmal. You have left a mark on my credit file over £26. This is affecting my ability to get a mortgage. It is completely out of order.

    @tescomobile please help. I topped up £10 using a voucher code as normal. Today it’s saying that you couldn’t renew my rocket pack? I’ve tried to re-enter my code and it’s saying it’s already been used

    @tescomobile I’m having terrible issues at the moment with your network which have been ongoing for almost 7 months now, I’ve been calling up and had the phone cut off on me multiple times😡 however you are still happy to charge me £50 per month

    @tescomobile my nephew is having serious issues with his phone connection for over 7 months now. He's getting no where with customer services. They keep ending the call when he asks to speak to a manager regarding this. Is this the way you treat all customers??
